该文提出了波浪理论符合《周易》八卦思想的新观点。

On Hypothesis about the Second Eigenvalue of the Leontief Matrix

If an arbitrarily positive eigenvector is repeatedly premultiplied by a positive matrix, then the result tends towards a unique, positive (Frobenius) eigenvector. Brady has demonstrated that the expected absolute magnitude of the estimate of the second largest eigenvalue of a positive random matrix (with identically and independently distributed entries) declines monotonically with the increasing size of the matrix. Hence, the larger the system is, the faster is the convergence. Molnár and Simonovits examined Brady's conjecture in the case where entries of a stochastic matrix are close to 1/n. We prove this hypothesis for any stochastic and positive matrix.     

Legal Restrictions in Personal Loan Markets

This study examines the pricing of personal loans in the form of second mortgages to determine whether state-specific default laws have an effect on the availability and cost of that debt. We examine the pricing of loans to higher risk borrowers and whether borrowers in states that limit lender ability to seek default remedies pay higher credit costs. Our results indicate that, for the most part, lenders rationally price loans to higher risk borrowers. However, when we focus on borrowers with low credit scores, the results indicate that mean actual loan rates are higher than those predicted by our model. The results also indicate that state-specific default laws have an effect on the price of credit. Finally, the results show that there is a greater degree of error in the pricing of second mortgage loans to borrowers with low credit scores than to borrowers with high credit scores.

介绍了不对称槽线的特性,分析了以不对称槽线构建的复合环、支线定向耦合器、平 衡功率分配器、多层滤波器、多信道功率分配器等组件的性能。这些组件体积小、重量轻、 频带宽、电压驻波系数小,并且大多数可应用于毫米波段,是三维微波集成电路中的重要组 成部分。研究表明不对称槽线具有优良的特性。     

一种新型无线数字窄带通信系统的设计与实现

提出了一种新型无线窄带通信系统的设计方案,该方案基于数字化的信源和信道编码 方法,采用了两点调制和二次调制等技术,可兼容欧洲公众数字对讲机标准(DPMR),并通过 研制得以实现。实测结果表明,系统接收灵敏度达-110 dBm,可满足远距离无线语音通 信和 中低码率的数据通信的要求。     

风险资本能改善风险投资企业治理效率吗?——一个盈余管理视角

从风险资本积极投资者的角度研究了风险资本投资企业的公司治理结构对风险投资企业创业板上市时盈余管理的影响。实证结果表明,风险投资企业公司治理结构中仅有董事会规模对公司盈余管理有抑制作用;独立董事比例、风险资本董事比例、监事会规模和外部监事比例对公司盈余管理都没有显著影响。同时,董事会、监事会持股比例,CEO持股比例对公司上市时盈余管理也没有显著影响。创业板上市风险投资企业的盈余管理程度主要受公司规模、财务杠杆比例以及公司行业特征影响。     

封闭箱体海洋水产养殖系统设计工序研究

本文旨在研究海水环境中刚性封闭箱体水产养殖系统的潜在设计工序。封闭箱体水产养殖技术通过限制并操控养殖鱼类与外部水环境相互作用以将环境影响最小化。系统的箱体单元通常紧密排布并锚泊到海底。研究关注的地理区域在加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省乔治亚海峡。本文研究了含多个单元的箱体水产养殖系统的设计构造。设计程序包括检验以下内容:当地环境条件;多个箱体单元上受到的阻力;波浪荷载;无阻尼升沉运动;锚泊设备组件;刚性控制结构的材料应力。还讨论了操作以及其它设计要素。初步研究结果表明波浪力是至关重要的。     

The Friedman Rule in a Model with Endogenous Growth and Cash‐in‐Advance Constraint

This paper introduces money into an overlapping‐generations model with endogenous growth. The main message of the paper is that as long as the modified golden rule is attained, the Friedman rule is optimal. The result holds regardless of the ability of the government to internalize the externality and control the level of human capital. Other results include: (i) violation of the Friedman rule for a different second‐best environment wherein human capital accumulation is controlled but not physical capital accumulation and (ii) existence of a negative relationship between money growth rate and the economy’s endogenous growth rate.
