基于改进GA的滑行道路径冲突解脱研究

为解决多航空器在飞行区场面活动时存在的冲突问题,以优化后的滑行路径距离作为目标代价函数,提出一种滑动时间窗与GA相融合的冲突解脱模型。首先在滑行规则、安全间隔与滑行道实际条件等约束条件下构建场面滑行路径模型;其次提出基于滑动时间窗与GA融合的求解算法;最后选取成都双流机场为例进行仿真,并与传统GA算法进行对比分析,证明基于改进GA的算法模型在飞行区冲突解脱上更具有鲁棒性与自适应性。

Bush v. Gore and the Effect of New Source Review on Power Plant Emissions

New Source Review (NSR) is a Clean Air Act regulation that requires electric utilities to meet emission standards when making modifications to existing power plants. The regulation increases the cost of replacing worn out parts, and limits the firm’s scope of potential capital investments. Such restrictions may lead to greater retirements and lower utilization, adversely affecting profits. Prior to the 2000 presidential election, investors expected Bush to have a narrower interpretation of NSR than Gore. Therefore, we use changes in stock prices to estimate the effect on profits of differences in NSR policy. Our results indicate that investors expected the average boiler to be $38 million more valuable under the Bush administration. Over the boilers’ lifetimes, the additional utilization will have increased emissions by 19 million tons of sulfur dioxide, 5.9 million tons of nitrogen oxides and 980 million tons of carbon dioxide, relative to natural gas generation.      

一种高效的Turbo码硬件实现算法

针对Turbo码译码实现中硬件消耗、时延和纠错性能之间的矛盾，对Turbo码硬件实现中的译码算法进行了优化研究，提出了一种基于MAX-Log-MAP算法的高效Turbo码硬件实现算法。实验表明，本文所实现的Turbo码是硬件消耗与译码性能的良好折衷。     

FPGA实现高速FFT处理器的设计

介绍了采用Xilinx公司的Virtex -II系列FPGA设计高速FFT处理器的实现方法及技巧。充分利用Virtex -II芯片的硬件资源 ,减少复杂逻辑 ,采用流水方式对复数数据实现了加窗、FFT、求模平方三种运算。整个设计采用流水与并行方式尽量避免瓶颈的出现 ,提高系统时钟频率 ,达到高速处理。实验表明此处理器既有专用ASIC电路的快速性 ,又有DSP器件的灵活性的特点 ,适合用于高速数字信号处理     

一种Link16信号的检测识别算法

在Link16信号侦察中,Link16信号的检测识别是实现信号分选的基础和关键。设计了一种基于双滑动窗的自适应双门限Link16信号检测识别算法,具有检测识别准确率高、实时性好、易于工程实现的特点。仿真结果表明,当信噪比在7 dB以上时,脉冲检测识别正确率均在95〖WT《Times New Roman》〗%〖WTBZ〗以上。     

基于灰水足迹的粮食主产区农业环境效率与水环境可持续性测度与评估

[目的]为实现粮食主产区农业水环境的可持续发展。[方法]文章应用灰水足迹理论,选取我国粮食主产区洞庭湖区34个县(市)为案例研究区,采用非期望产出的SBM窗式分析模型,系统解析农业环境效率的时空演变特征。通过构建农业资源节约与灰水足迹减排潜力、缩减规模和水环境压力降低潜势模型,进行农业环境效率与水环境可持续性测度与评估研究。[结果](1) 1994—2014年水环境污染约束条件下洞庭湖区农业环境效率相对较低,总体呈波动增长的态势;21年来灰水足迹具有较高的减排潜力。(2)洞庭湖区农业环境效率分布呈较大的空间差异特征,高效率区主要集中于环洞庭湖区与远离湖区的南部地区;农业环境效率相对有效的地区呈逐渐增加的态势,且分布趋于均衡。(3)湘阴县与华容县农业生产的灰水足迹减排潜力较高;湘阴县灰水足迹具有较高的潜在缩减规模和水环境压力降低潜势,应成为农业面源污染的重点防控区域。[结论]通过农业结构优化、测土配方施肥等多途径与措施,减少灰水足迹排放,以缓解当地水环境压力。研究成果可为粮食主产区水环境调控与农业可持续发展提供理论与方法依据。     

Two-stage flowshop earliness and tardiness machine scheduling involving a common due window

This paper studies a non-preemptive two-stage flowshop scheduling problem to minimize the earliness and tardiness under the environment of a common due window. The window size and the window location are considered to be given parameters. The just-in-time problem exists naturally and has many practical applications. The problem is shown to be NP-complete in the strong sense. We develop a branch and bound algorithm and a heuristic to solve the problem. We conduct the computational experiments to test the performances of the algorithms. A strong lower bound is derived for the branch and bound algorithm that can efficiently solve 15 jobs problem for about 5 minutes. The heuristic is shown to be efficient and effective, which can solve the problem of 150 jobs for about 20 seconds and provide near-optimal solution. We justify that the heuristic is an excellent solution approach for large problem instances. We also show that four special cases are either polynomial solvable or NP-complete in the ordinary sense.
