旺村水利枢纽一期施工导流设计与优化

旺村水利枢纽处于桂江与西江汇合口附近，受西江洪水位顶托严重，施工过程洪水情况非常复杂，因此该工程采用了过水围堰的方案，减少了上游库区淹没几率，节约了工程投资。文章着重介绍了施工时段选择，过水围堰的设计与优化，特别是采用了基坑预充水等一系列简单易行的措施后，石渣保护的过水围堰体很牢固，供同类工程设计人员借鉴。     

基于价值流图析的生产线连续流创建

针对M企业A生产线在制品积压、交付周期长等问题，通过现状价值流图分析其原因，提出在考虑改善效益大于投入成本的条件下，选择合适的自动化水平，以克服物料供应不及时、工艺特性等制约因素。从工艺流程、布局、工装等方面进行改善并绘制未来价值流图，创建生产线连续流。生产线连续流创建后，生产周期缩短了13天、搬运距离减少41m、车间面积节省约168m2、作业人数减少6人，为企业降本增效打下了坚实基础。     

In the Bear’s Shadow? Russia’s International Image and Its Influence on Investments of Russian Companies in Post-Socialist Europe

The paper examines Russia’s international image and its influence on investment by Russian companies in post-socialist Europe. Findings are based on the cases of Gazprom’s South Stream Pipeline project, and Sberbank’s acquisition of Volksbank’s Central and Eastern European assets in Hungary and Serbia. The paper demonstrates that international positions and economic interests of two countries determinate decisions regarding investments of Russian companies, while Russia’s image to some extent accelerates these decisions in Serbia. The paper is based on the results of interviews with representatives of business communities conducted in Hungary and Serbia in 2012–2017, professional reports, and official documents.

中国全过程减排效应实证研究——以省域二氧化硫减排为例

全过程污染减排,是以经济发展模式转变为前提,构建从资源能源消费,污染物产生以及到污染排放的全过程减排机制.文章以省城二氧化硫减排为例,根据全过程减排内涵,选择减排率作为全过程减排评价指标,选择节能降耗、技术进步、产业结构、治污、监管激励等环节指标,对中国全过程减排效应进行实证分析.结果表明,全过程污染减排已在中国存在一定程度的效应.作为“中端”减排的三产比重效应较小,而技术进步效应更小,这应该是今后减排工作的重点.由此提出相应的政策建议.     

Conditional ordering extensions

We produce a solution to the problem of extending a quasiordering conditional on a finite list of ex-ante comparisons between pairs. This constitutes yet another extension of the classical Szpilrajn’s theorem. Some examples of use of our result follow.

Effects of in-store live stream on consumers’ offline purchase intention

Live stream marketing through social media has attracted the attention of digital retailing marketers in recent years. However, there is a lack of evidence in understanding the influence of in-store live stream on offline purchase intentions. This study aimed to investigate the influence patterns of environmental stimuli on consumers' intention to purchase offline/in-store after watching an in-store live stream session. The Stimuli-Organism-Response (SOR) model was employed as the theoretical framework, and a structured questionnaire was used to collect data from individuals who had previous experience with in-store live stream marketing. Structural equation modelling was then applied for data analysis, with a total of 234 valid responses. The findings revealed that environmental stimuli have a significant positive effect on consumers' intentions to make in-store purchases, and the attitudes towards influencers and products substantially mediate the relationship between stimuli and purchase intention. More specifically, consumer attitude towards products has a pronounced effect on whether they will make an in-store purchase. The novelty of this research lies in its investigation of the impact that live stream marketing has on offline or in-store shopping experiences. This contrasts with the majority of existing live stream studies, which focus on consumers’ online shopping experiences. In addition, this study broadens the scope of the application of the SOR model to contribute to the growing body of literature on live stream marketing.     

基于P2P技术的VOD系统研究

由于流媒体数据流具有严格的前后时序关系,多媒体文件又与一般的数据不同,较大的传输负荷将使得网络丢失和拥塞的概率大大增加,因此如何提高音视频传输的服务质量是流媒体技术所面临的最大挑战。文章主要研究流媒体终端系统的服务质量控制,以求在多个上行带宽受限并存储有媒体的节点上利用终端的一些控制策略进行满足播放速率也就是帧率的点播,使用户尽可能享受到好的服务质量并尽量减轻网络的负担。     

Improving road transport operations through lean thinking: a case study

Traditionally, logistics and transportation problems have been addressed through mathematical modelling, operations research, and simulation, but criticism has emerged about their effectiveness to actually address real-life problems. This paper documents a case study whereby the road transport operations of a leading Mexican brewery were improved through lean thinking and waste reduction. Two lean-based principles and tools were combined: the Seven Transportation Extended Wastes and Transportation Value Stream Mapping. Three systematic steps were proposed to facilitate the implementation of improvement. Feasibility studies conducted in this research suggested that lean thinking is an effective alternative for the improvement of road transport operations. The findings of this research could be used as guidance for transport managers to improve road transport operations. This paper also expands the limited evidence of the application of lean thinking in road transport logistics and highlights the research areas where its application has been concentrated in this sector.
