黔西南“精神扶贫”工作开展的现状与不足

黔西南州是贵州省连片贫困的典型地区,是打赢脱贫攻坚战的关键区域。通过艰苦卓绝的奋斗,黔西南州的精准扶贫工作取得了重大成果。在“精神扶贫”领域,黔西南州在“扶智”“扶志”方面取得了很大成效,但还存在对“扶智”“扶志”认识不足、投入不足、主体错位,缺乏“扶智”“扶志”的文化自信等不足,这是持续打赢脱贫攻坚战面临的重大挑战。     

INTEREG: A Twenty-region Input–Output Model for Italy

Since the regional scale turns out to be the scale at which fiscal devolution is likely to be accomplished in Italy, and that at which trade and growth interdependencies as well as regional convergence can be most conveniently investigated, a new 20-region input–output model for Italy seems to be a useful tool of analysis. Although various regional and interregional models have been constructed since the 1950s, none has been implemented for the whole system of 20 Italian administrative regions considered in their tight mutual dependence; also, the pool approach has not been greatly favoured, even in situations where direct information on regional trade is lacking. The main purpose of this paper is to report on the structure of the model, the rather complex procedure used in the model construction and the adopted solution technique. Some space is devoted to the problems encountered in handling regional trade endogenously in an input–output setting and to a comparison between the pool approach, used in the Italian model, and other current techniques. The paper also reports on some preliminary results regarding the regional impact of fiscal policy.     

Experimental evidence of gender effects in arbitration decisions

The study investigates arbitrator gender and arbitrator-grievant gender effects on the decisions of 146 arbitrators rendered on a hypothetical sexual harassment case. Gender was not found to have a statistically significant effect on the decisions examined. However, other characteristics of the arbitrator—level of experience and level of education—were found to influence the arbitral decision.

军事物流社会化保障研究

通过分析美军物流社会化保障,对我军军事物流的社会化保障提出了一些思考。指出军队物流社会化保障势在必行,我军应建立现代物流系统的观念、综合物流的观念、市场服务的观念,供应链管理的观念,调整军事后勤体制编制,从根本上解决我军的后勤问题。     

上市公司过度融资行为及其治理研究

上市公司过度融资行为,严重损害了债权人和中小股东的利益,扰乱了证券市场的定价和运行秩序,阻碍了我国证券市场的健康发展。本文通过分析我国上市公司过度融资行为的负面影响和经济成因,提出相应的治理措施。     

城市土地价格波动对房地产业的影响——1999～2005年中国20城市的实证分析

本文利用1999～2005年间的数据对我国地价与房价的关系进行了实证研究.研究结果表明房价对地价有显著影响,地价对房价的影响度较小.在对地价与房价互动传导机制进行研究时,提出了3个传导路径,这些路径上的各个变量大都相互影响.通过分析我们还发现金融支持和土地政策在地价与房价变动中扮演着重要角色,抑制房价不能只控制土地价格,还应从金融支持、投资等方面着手,制定更严格的信贷制度,增加房地产交易税和提高居民可支配收入.本文的研究对于政府制定正确的货币政策和房地产业政策具有积极的参考意义.     

跨国直接投资对东道国就业的影响

跨国直接投资在促进东道国经济发展的同时，在很大程度上对东道国的就业产生影响，特别是在发展中国家。论文分析了跨国直接投资对东道国就业的直接影响与间接影响，并对国内外学者的研究进行了阐述，最后，论文分析了该领域内存在的不足。     

Heteroscedasticity and Non-Monotonic Efficiency Effects of a Stochastic Frontier Model

We consider a model that provides flexible parameterizations of the exogenous influences on inefficiency. In particular, we demonstrate the model's unique property of accommodating non-monotonic efficiency effect. With this non-monotonicity, production efficiency no longer increases or decreases monotonically with the exogenous influence; instead, the relationship can shifts within the sample. Our empirical example shows that variables can indeed have non-monotonic effects on efficiency. Furthermore, ignoring non-monotonicity is shown to yield an inferior estimation of the model, which sometimes results in opposite predictions concerning the data.
