技术管理的知识基础——管理学视角

基于文献共被引分析技术,对1984—2013年Web of Science收录的1134篇技术管理文献进行了知识图谱分析,识别了技术管理研究领域的高被引文献,从管理学的视角探索了技术管理的知识基础。结果表明:技术管理的知识基础包含7个主要知识群,即新产品开发/研发管理、创新管理、技术演化理论、战略管理、知识管理、组织理论和全球化理论。在解释每个知识群如何支撑技术管理理论发展的基础上,构建了技术管理的知识基础模型。     

机械制图课程教学改革探索与实践

机械制图是高等职业技术院校机械类专业的一门重要的技术基础课,课程教学质量的好坏将直接影响到学生对后续专业课的学习和课程设计。如何使学生既有一定的理论知识,又有一定的操作技能、识图能力,在教学中根据专业特点及学生的实际情况,选择合适的教学方法,激发学生学习兴趣,培养空间想象能力,大胆实施教学改革创新,将会起到事半功倍的教学效果。     

中国家庭农场研究进展与展望

本文以1998~2018年CNKI数据库收录的以家庭农场为主题词的800篇CSSCI文献为分析对象,运用文献计量和知识图谱方法,着重对家庭农场研究的知识演进路径和核心主题进行阐释,发现既有研究文献存在多学科共同关注、研究内容逐渐丰富、研究方法从规范分析趋向实证分析等特征,但仍存在对家庭农场微观层面研究不足等问题。据此,本文从研究内容、研究视角、研究数据等方面提出了对家庭农场未来研究方向的展望。     

Career success schemas and their contextual embeddedness: A comparative configurational perspective

We introduce career success schemas as critical for understanding how people in different contexts perceive and understand career success. Using a comparative configurational approach, we show, in a study of 13 countries, that two structural characteristics of career success schemas—complexity and convergence—differ across country contexts and are embedded in specific configurations of institutional factors. Adopting complexity and convergence as primary dimensions, we propose a taxonomy of career success schemas at the country level. Based on this taxonomy, we contribute to the understanding of subjective career success across countries, discuss the importance of schemas for organisational career systems in multinational enterprises, and propose specific guidelines for future comparative careers research.     

A structural approach to social representations of destination collaboration in Idre,Sweden

Collaboration is a social activity shaped by interactions. Taking a structural approach in social representations theory, the present research used a cognitive mapping method to analyse and compare the mental models of actors regarding collaborations in Idre, Sweden. Tourism actors share a core system in their representations which develops around packaging and selling of the tourism product to an international market, indicative of a hegemonic representation. Issues of quality, shared responsibility, trust, inclusivity and power were also revealed and should be taken into account in planning tourism and collaborations in the area. Findings indicate that actors hold multiple representations of collaboration, which reflects the social complexity apparent in the tourism destination, and the evolutionary character of social representations.     

Knowledge mapping of hospitality research − A visual analysis using CiteSpace

Hospitality literature constitutes a considerable accumulation of data for follow-up studies. This study used CiteSpace to analyze investigations published in three top journals of hospitality research: International Journal of Hospitality Management (2008–2014), Cornell Hospitality Quarterly (2008–2014), and International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management (2009–2014). This application resulted in comprehensive knowledge maps of hospitality research. The study identified major disciplines that provide knowledge and theories for the hospitality discipline as well as contemporary research topics and most influential researchers.     

国际企业孵化网络研究的图谱分析——基于SSCI数据库20年以来文献的科学计量

随着知识经济和信息技术的发展,创业网络在20世纪末以来被赋予新的涵义,企业孵化网络作为其重要的一个分支近年来获得了更多的关注。但受制于创业情景中体制、经济、文化等差异的影响,企业孵化网络尚未形成一个一致的理论分析范式。基于此,文章应用科学计量方法对其研究的力量分布、热点分布以及未来趋势进行分析,系统阐释国外企业孵化网络研究的形成和演进,研究对于相关领域研究方向的选定与规划具有重要的借鉴意义。     

IP电话系统网守的研究与实现

IP电话系统是具有广阔发展前景的新型电信业务。研究了在H .32 3协议下 ,IP电话系统中网守所起的作用 ,探讨了具有地址映射、域管理、呼叫代理、计费功能的网守的实现方案 ,并对该网守的特点进行了分析。     

基于应用型人才培养的《机械制图与零件测绘》课程教学改革分析

论文对《机械制图与零件测绘》课程开展教学改革进行研究,从而创建四位一体的教学内容。机械制图测绘的完整过程可以让物到图再回归物,形成闭环控制,提高学生的业务水平,培养应用型人才以满足社会发展的实际需要。     

中国水资源利用与产业结构协调发展研究可视化分析

以1995—2022年中国知网核心数据库收录的218篇中国水资源利用与产业结构协调发展研究文献作为数据基础,利用CiteSpace可视化软件,分别绘制学者、机构、关键词知识图谱,系统探究该领域知识基础和前沿热点并揭示该领域的研究进展。研究表明：该领域发文量波动增长趋势与水利政策颁布趋势契合;领域研究机构合作紧密度小于学者合作紧密度;近年来“脱钩关系”“环境规制”“协调关系”等关键词在研究演化路径图谱中高频出现,构成领域前沿热点研究。
