经济开放、承接技术外溢与促进中部崛起

入世后过渡期结束的过程,也是我国加大开放,融入全球化的过程.该过程为中部地区通过加速区际贸易和引入外部直接投资,发展外向型经济,接受技术外溢,实现经济跨越式发展提供了重要渠道和契机.中部地区应充分利用对外开放的技术传递作用机制,通过市场与政府的协同作用,建立可持续的自我快速发展机制,实现自身崛起.     

Creative Destruction, Investment Volatility, and the Average Age of Capital

In this article, a new numerical procedure is used to compute the equilibrium of a vintage capital growth model with nonlinear utility, where the scrapping time is nonconstant. We show that equilibrium investment and output converge nonmonotonically to the balanced growth path due to replacement echoes. We find that the average age of capital is inversely related to output, which is consistent with recent micro evidence reinforcing the importance of the embodied question. We also find that an unanticipated permanent increase in the rate of embodied technological progress causes labor productivity to slowdown in the short run.     

我国玩具产品主要出口国技术法规的研究

我国是世界上最大的玩具制造国,近几年美国、欧盟等国家相继出台玩具产品的新法案,我国制造的玩具频频遭退回,出口遇到新障碍。文章从我国玩具出口国技术法规对我国玩具出口贸易的影响出发,对我国主要的出口国美国、欧盟、日本和加拿大的技术法规进行了概括和评析,并探讨了出口国技术法规对我国技术法规的构建和应对技术性贸易壁垒的启示。     

质检机构中实验室信息管理系统的设计与研究

论文结合质检机构的实验室信息管理系统的实际运用,研究了主要集C/S三层分布式体系结构在信息系统设计中的特征体现,并根据质检机构检验流程、组织结构职能影响下的LIMS多个模块功能以及仪器连接、报表模板设计等技术要求。     

跨境供应链技术性贸易壁垒应对机制探析

分析了中国面对技术性贸易壁垒现状及中国技术性贸易问题,提出了跨境供应链移除壁垒的几点政策建议。     

Nonparametric Evaluation of Economies of Scope in the Context of Technical Efficiency: The Case of Rice and Vegetable Farms in Korea

This paper provides a nonparametric evaluation of economies of scope in the context of technical efficiency allowing for non‐convexity, with an application to Korean rice and vegetable farms. Relying on non‐parametric‐free disposal hull and data envelopment analysis approaches and input–output data for rice and vegetable farms from the Korea Farm Household Economy Survey data collected in 2007, this article examines technical inefficiency and its decomposition under non‐convexity and convexity. Empirical measures of technical inefficiency and its decomposition results are provided, with a focus on a component of technical inefficiency associated with economies of scope (i.e. diversification benefits) under non‐convexity in production technology. The decomposition measures of technical inefficiency include pure technical inefficiency, size inefficiency and diversification inefficiency. The results provide empirical evidence supporting size‐dependent diversification strategies, where benefits of diversification are larger for small farms on average compared to those of large farms.     

我国科技成果市场化营销模式研究

技术市场是我国科技成果市场化的主要途径,但是由于被动的管理体制,阻碍了我国技术成果市场化的效率。基于技术交易的本质是市场化运作这一认识,提出科技成果市场化营销的概念,并分析我国技术成果市场化营销的模式,为我国科研单位进行科学研究和技术成果市场化提供科学决策的依据。     

从X效率探讨我国商业银行效率影响因素

提高与改善银行业的效率 ,不仅是银行的经营管理者和监管当局的重要目标之一 ,也是防范金融风险 ,有效配置金融资源的需要。本文主要通过对 4家国有商业银行以及 10家股份制商业银行X效率的影响因素进行理论与实证分析 ,并找出其中的相关关系 ,以求能打开银行经营管理的“黑匣子” ,进一步为商业银行的效率改进提供明确的方向。     

警惕小标签带来的大麻烦——浅析美国对中国食品营养标签的技术贸易壁垒

中国出口至美国的食品,由于营养标签问题而遭受技术贸易壁垒的比例很高,中国并因此蒙受了巨大的损失。本文从这一实际出发,从美国和中国两方面谈了对该问题的认识,以引起重视。

随着经济全球化、知识经济的发展,提高创新水平、加快创新步伐,寻求一条强国、富民的道路,已经成为国内人士的共识。众所周知,中国是一个发展中国家。在技术、经济、文化、教育各个方面和发达国家相比有很大的差距。因此,创新理论上有待于进一步研究,要了解创新的分类、内在联系及其作用,对于全面理解创新会有所帮助。
