关于制约电视数字化发展的几点思考

数字电视是指节目从摄制、编辑、播出、发射到接收的整个过程都是采用数字化技术实现的。数字电视与现在的模拟电视相比具有很多优势,发展数字电视已是信息时代的必然发展方向和趋势。     

The U.S. Television Set Market

The U.S. television set market is projected to reach the $27 billion mark by 2010, up from $25 billion in 2006. The bulk of this growth will come from the flat-panel television set segment, which is projected to grow 65 percent from 2006-2010. The transition to digital television continues to be a major underpinning of the television set market in the United States. Additionally, consumers are increasingly looking to use their television sets for a myriad of non-traditional activities including accessing the Internet, checking e-mail, and watching content accessed from hardware devices like digital video recorders. Local television,citizen knowledge and U.S. senators' roll-call voting

I study the effect of access to local television on citizens' political knowledge. I do so by utilizing the mismatch between U.S. television markets and state borders, causing some citizens to receive local television which primarily covers neighboring state politics. I find that access to relevant local television causes citizens to be more informed about their senators' roll-call votes, and more likely to hold opinions about these senators. I also find that citizens with access to relevant local television are more likely to assess their senators based on how well the senators' roll-call votes align with the citizens' policy preferences. These results suggest that passively acquired information through television can help individuals evaluate their elected representatives.     

浅谈高职院校影视后期制作专业的发展

目前,我国影视后期制作行业正处于快速上升的通道,但影视后期制作人才目前较为缺乏,现在国内大多数高职高专院校均开设了动画专业,影视后期制作课程在动画专业中的重要性日益凸显。本文就高职院校影视后期制作专业的发展情况进行了研究与探讨。     

广告收入上限的规制涵义--基于电视产业的分析

文章在电视产业规制实践的基础上,把节目编排作为衡量电视传播企业的主要产出,在理论上证明了当观众的总需求固定时,三类电视频道都存在基于DEA的广告收入上限,其规制涵义在于,当把广告收入看作规制者给予电视传播企业的一种转移支付的形式时,基于DEA的广告收入上限给出了促进三种经营方式竞争的规制框架,因此,国家对广告收入上限的规制有着合理的理论基础。     

Social context and advertising effectiveness: a dynamic study

Consumers of movies, videos, and television programmes enjoy sharing the experience with groups of family and friends. Group consumption or co-viewing of audiovisual entertainment helps make co-exposure to advertisements fairly common across media vehicles and technologies. Research in marketing and psychology has consistently shown that the presence of, and/or the interactions with, others affects cognition. Therefore, co-exposure should sway advertising effects. Still, most media planning assumes that the value of reach and frequency for advertisers does not change over social contexts. The present study investigates co-exposure to programme ‘promos’ as an antecedent of individual consumption of the advertised programmes on people meter panel data. Our findings support and extend those reported in the sparse experimental literature, provide the basis for a theoretical model of social context of exposure, and point to possible research directions for practitioners and academics.     

浅析转型后广电网络企业固定资产的管理

随着我国市场化进程不断加快,我国的广电网络纷纷由事业单位转型为现代企业进行运营。本文主要阐述了转型后广电网络企业在固定资产管理方面出现的一些问题,并提出相应的解决方法,同时简要阐述广电网络企业固定资产管理制度构建。     

浅谈县级文化广播电视事业的发展及改革——以湖北省洪湖市广电为例

县级广播电视事业是我国广电传媒产业的重要组成部分,在广播电视公共服务中起着非常大的作用。但近年来,由于种种因素的影响,我国县级广播电视台在发展中存在着诸多问题,严重制约我国广电事业的进一步提升。为厘清目前我国县级广电事业的真实状况及未来改革路径,以湖北省洪湖市广播电视台为研究案例,通过深入剖析该地区广电事业的现状、特色及存在的问题,对我国县级广播电视事业的发展作出自己的思考,希望从中探索出一条适合其发展的有一定针对性的改革路径。     

Allotment holding as an eco‐leisure practice: the case of the Sataf village

This article explores the phenomenon of allotment holding as a leisure practice, by drawing upon on a 2‐year field study conducted at the Sataf village allotment site near the city of Jerusalem. The findings indicate that plotting at the Sataf involves an ideological commitment to nature and environment‐friendly related themes. Accordingly, plot holding at the Sataf is termed an eco‐leisure practice. In addition, the findings indicate that plotting at Sataf is an individual rather than a socially oriented experience. These findings are interpreted with regard to all of the particular features and developments in Israel, the specific literature on allotment holding, the study fields of leisure and tourism, and George Simmel's philosophy of experience.
