本文研究了电子商务对商业企业库存业务的影响,提出了商业企业的库存业务信息系统应与电子商务相结合,分析了在电子商务环境下商业企业库存业务信息系统应具备的功能,并系统地对其功能结构进行了划分与介绍.     

基于不完全契约理论的军队运用地方第三方物流思考

文章以不完全契约理论的视角，分析了军队用户与地方物流服务商的契约所具有更为显著的不完全性，提出了强化军事物流服务商管理机制、构建含有军事物流服务商的信息网络、加强有军事物流服务商参加的物流演练等对策。     

Work Values and Preferences for Employee Involvement in the Management of Organizations

This study has 3 objectives: to develop a scale to measure preferences for involvement in management (PIM), to examine if PIM are related to work values (altruism, pride in craftsmanship, collectivism, and individualism), and to examine if PIM are affected by a bundle of work values. Data are taken from 749 participants to develop a psychometrically appealing scale for measuring PIM. Using the universalistic perspective, we predict a positive relationship between PIM and altruism, pride in craftsmanship, and collectivism, and a negative relationship between PIM and individualism. Using the synergistic perspective, we hypothesized that PIM are likely to be positively affected by a bundle of work values. Our results support the universalistic perspective because PIM are positively related to altruism, pride in craftsmanship, and collectivism, and negatively related to individualism. Our results did not support the synergistic perspective. In the final section of the paper, we outlined the implications of our results for organizational practice and public policy.     

第三方物流企业提高运作效率的必要性分析

近年来,随着社会分工的细化,众多制造企业将非核心的物流业务外包,这极大地促进了第三方物流的发展,但同时也应当看到,其合作之中仍然存在着竞争,要想提高第三方物流企业的竞争力,必须首先提高其物流系统的运作效率。文章以石化销售企业的运作实际为背景,应用博弈理论分析比较了两种不同购销渠道的特点,最终指出第三方物流企业运作效率与其竞争能力之间的关系。     

Does subsidised temporary employment get the unemployed back to work? Aneconometric analysis of two different schemes

Subsidised employment is an important tool of active labour market policies to improve the reemployment chances of the unemployed. Using unusually informative individual data from administrative records, we investigate the effects of two different schemes of subsidised temporary employment implemented in Switzerland: non-profit employment programmes (EP) and a subsidy for temporary jobs (TEMP) in private and public firms. Econometric matching methods show that TEMP is more successful than EP in getting the unemployed back to work. Compared to not participating in any programme, EP and TEMP are ineffective for unemployed who find jobs easily anyway or have a short unemployment spell. For potential and actual long-term unemployed, both programmes may have positive effects, but the effect of TEMP is larger.     

基于多元统计分析的封闭式基金业绩评价

本文引入在险价值(VaR)和基金折价率指标,利用因子分析和聚类分析方法对基金业绩进行综合评价。实证分析发现我国封闭式基金收益率优于市场收益率,少数几只基金业绩相对突出,实现低风险高收益的目标。但封闭式基金折价幅度较大,基金内部收益水平与外部评价状况背离,反映了市场投资者的投资非理性现象。     

Infrastructure provision and international market share rivalry

The paper examines a model of strategic infrastructure investment. Two oligopolistic firms compete on home and foreign product markets for market shares. The national governments support the firms in the market rivalry by providing cost reducing public infrastructure services that are financed out of taxing an input used in the production process. It is shown, that infrastructure policy can be used as an instrument for strategic trade policy. However, governments are facing the problem of balancing the burden of taxation and the benefits of infrastructures. The theoretical model also raises some critical issues with respect to the policy relevance of recent empirical infrastructure research.
