高职物流管理专业人才培养思路

在对国家重点大学、一般大学和高职开设的物流管理专业的师资、专业特点、核心课程、教学要求及毕业生就业方向等的对比分析可知，高职物流管理专业人才培养应针对经济市场、小型企业和私企中、低层管理人员的需求为目标，克服教学中的弱项,从微观和宏观两方面完善毕业生的就业技能和竞争能力。     

全球化背景下我国跨国企业的本土化管理

随着经济全球趋势的不断加强,我国越来越多的企业走出国门,到境外开办企业,从事生产和贸易,但是我国企业在跨国经营中遇到了各种矛盾和问题,尤其是文化冲突。本文主要从中国企业境外经营的现状出发,来探讨我国企业跨国经营中遇到的文化冲突等问题,提出全球化背景下企业跨国经营必须实施本土化管理的对策。     

高职《国际金融》课程教学改革实践研究

本文结合笔者的教学经验,通过对北京地区部分高职院校《国际金融》课程的教、学、用的调查,从高职学生的特点与高职《国际金融》课程教学改革的现状出发,提出“以学为本”的《国际金融》课程教学改革建议与具体实施方案。     

浅谈高职计算机辅助设计与制造专业课程体系与职业资格标准的融合

为了培养出企业满意的具有较强综合职业能力的高素质技术技能型人才,构建符合人才培养需要的课程体系。文章调研了计算机辅助设计与制造专业学生就业岗位群,分析了岗位能力要求,并探讨了满足这职业能力的高职计算机辅助设计与制造专业课程体系建设及与职业资格标准的融合。     

关于中国跨国油气管道安全问题的思考

近年来,我国能源对外依存度不断提高,我国通过多条跨国管道保障国家的能源供应安全。本文简要介绍了我国陆上油气通道的情况,分析了这些跨国油气管道所面临的政治、社会、宗教、战争等风险,提出了应对这些风险的措施,供相关企业及部门参考。     

基于工作过程系统化的“证券投资分析”课程设计

目前,基于“工作过程系统化”来开发课程已成为高职课程建设的主流思想。文章首先阐述工作过程系统化课程的基本思想,然后以这一理论对高职投资与理财专业的“证券投资分析”课程从企业岗位分析与课程目标确定、教学内容选取、学习情境设计与课程教学实施、课程考核等四个方面进行了重新设计。     

对我国本科经济学专业课程结构和课程内容的调研

在所调研的十二所高校中,各高校都为毕业生设定了较为广泛的就业范围,有些高校也将学生学术深造和出国留学设定为培养目标之一。各高校对学生获得学位的最低学分要求存在差异,学位总学分要求的均值为155.5学分,除了实践教学类学分,课堂教学总学分要求的均值为142.7学分。各高校对于经济学基础课程的设置具有一致性。鉴于多元宏观思潮的影响,各高校对中级宏观经济学课程内容的侧重点存在差异。相对于经济学原理课程,中级经济学课程更加重视对学生数学能力的训练。各高校定性类课程的开设也存在较大差异。     

课程思政融入高校英语教学的反思与重构

高校英语教学实施课程思政是新时期高等教育教学改革面临的新要求。其深入落实高校立德树人根本任务,严格恪守英语教学发展规律,迎合当代大学生健康成长的现实诉求,是为国家发展和社会进步培育具备国际视野和爱国情怀人才的重要路径。文章围绕课程思政下高校英语教学反思与重构价值进行分析,在对高校英语教学实施课程思政现状进行剖析的基础上,提出优化顶层设计、深度挖掘课程思政元素、提升英语教师育人素养以及建设课程思政评价与反馈机制的英语课程思政重构实践路径,以期增强高校英语教育教学研究者的课程思政意识,并为相关研究提供参考。     

Case Studies of Ethics Scandals: Effects on Ethical Perceptions of Finance Students

Ethics instructors often use cases to help students understand ethics within a corporate context, but we need to know more about the impact a case-based pedagogy has on students’ ability to make ethical decisions. We used a pre- and post-test methodology to assess the effect of using cases to teach ethics in a finance course. We also wanted to determine whether recent corporate ethics scandals might have impacted students’ perceptions of the importance and prevalence of ethics in business, so we used in-depth case studies of several of the major scandals (e.g., Enron, Tyco, Adelphia). Our results are somewhat surprising since studying ethics scandals positively impacts students’ ethical decision making and their perceptions of the ethics of businesspeople.     

Exploring the Effects of Union–NGO Relationships on Corporate Responsibility: The Case of the Swedish Clean Clothes Campaign

In the current era, governments are playing smaller roles in regulating workers’ rights internationally, and transnational corporations (TNCs), non-governmental organisations (NGOs) involved in the struggle for workers’ rights, and labour/trade unions have started to fill this governance gap. This paper focuses on the least researched of the relationships among these three actors, the union–NGO relationship, by analysing the ways in which it affects definitions of TNC responsibility for workers’ rights at their suppliers’ factories. Based on a qualitative study of the union–NGO relationship in the Swedish garment industry between 1996 and 2005, we propose that there are six main configurations of union–NGO relationships. By linking these configurations to their effects on TNC responsibility, we propose that co-ordination relationships between unions and NGOs, particularly high-commitment co-ordination relationships, are likely to result in a broadening of the definition of TNC responsibility, while conflictual relationships, both high and low commitment, result in a narrowing of the definition of TNC responsibility. The study indicates that co-operation is generally more beneficial for both unions and NGOs than is any form of conflictual relationship, in terms of broadening the definition of TNC responsibility.
