应急管理课程体系的构建

应急管理专业正在逐渐地走进中国高校,但应急管理课程体系尚未建立。本文分析了应急管理课程体系建立的必要性,阐述了现代应急管理人才应具备的能力,并依此构建较完善的课程体系,对应急管理专业的建设和发展具有一定的指导意义。     

课程建设视角下职业核心能力培养探析

职业核心能力是职业能力体系中最基本、最核心且最具承载性和工具性的基础能力。从课程建设的角度,将核心能力的培养整合到课程开发与实施之中,充分发挥核心能力在职业教育领域课程学习过程中的基础性、承载性、工具性和过程性的作用和功能,既有助于在核心能力的应用过程中实现专业能力、行业能力的习得,又有助于促进核心能力在学习与应用过程中的培育、提升与迁移。     

高职院校项目化课程实施效果评价研究

辽宁石化职业技术学院抓住国家骨干校建设的大好时机,在课程建设上,借鉴"3343"课程改革模式,凝练形成了基于工作过程的课程开发和行动导向的课程改革模式,在评价体系建设上,借鉴CIPP评价模式,建立了比较完善的项目化课程建设评价指标体系。调查结果显示,该院正在实施的项目化课程,实施效果好,主要评价指标为学生考核成绩合格率和优秀率",三评"优秀率高,学生对项目化课程实施效果满意率高,就业质量高。

文章从《微控制器技术与应用》课程在专业中的地位与作用、课程设计、实践教学环节、考核方式进行探讨。     

Relationship between the curriculum system and the understanding of nutritional terms in elementary school children

To clarify the relation between the curriculum system and the understanding of nutrition terms, 944 students aged 8–12 years living in Japan, the USA and the UK, were asked about the recognition, medium for recognition, and understanding of nutrition terms. The effect of nutrition education from an early stage in elementary schools in the UK and the USA was confirmed. These results suggest the possibility of beginning nutrition education earlier in the elementary school in Japan. American students had paid attention to food labels. These results showed that a learning and teaching strategy founded on comprehensively based subjects in the USA had influenced good behaviour for dietary life. On the other hand, there was not a relationship between an understanding of nutrition terms and a developmental stage. Many students in three countries were influenced by television commercials to buy candy or soda. We think that it is important to develop a curriculum that includes practical learning and ensures hours of teaching for the purpose of acquirement of nutritional knowledge. It is also necessary to encourage critical thinking skills to evaluate television commercial messages through school lessons.     

面向应用的物流管理本科专业课程体系设置研究

虽然我国物流教育规模不断增大,物流专业发展迅猛,物流教育质量稳步提升,但同时也存在着一系列如专业定位不明确、课程体系不合理、课程设置与企业实践结合不紧密等亟待解决的问题。结合专业实际构建了面向应用的物流管理本科专业课程体系,在课程设置、开课时序、学分分配等方面都进行了详细的安排,希望能够为各学校物流管理专业课程体系的改革提供参考。     

工程应用型人才培养课程体系的构建

基于工程应用型人才培养目标,提出了以能力培养为主线的课程体系设计思想,构建了理论实践并重的课程体系,充分体现了知识、能力、素质协调发展的工程应用型人才培养的目标。     

The Governance of Networks and Economic Power: The Nature and Impact of Subcontracting Relationships

Abstract.  Current debate on networking focuses on network structures and firm strategies. In this perspective, theoretical analysis has been concerned with allocative issues. This essay proposes a different interpretation. Starting from the existing theoretical framework, we emphasise the nature and the implications of different types of networks with respect to socio‐economic development from a distributional point of view. Within this context, we develop the analysis of subcontracting starting from the concept of economic power. We then provide an analysis of governance in production by considering the attitudes and the nature of the actors involved. The externalisation of activities by large transnationals, which characterises current corporate restructuring, is often related to the search for greater flexibility, but also for greater power over governments, labour, and subcontractors. Differently, networks based on the mutual dependence of actors, which are not necessarily built around a large firm, could – under particular conditions – reach large production scales or more complex scopes without breaking the links with territorial systems, thus including local objectives in the strategic decision‐making process. Our conclusion is that the impact of subcontracting networks varies enormously. This is crucial to an understanding of future trends and possibilities. Not least, firms and public policy agencies need to understand the implications of different forms of subcontracting network and how those forms actually differ in practice.     

The Status of Econometrics in the Economics Major: A Survey

In this article, the authors describe the place of econometrics in undergraduate economics curricula in all American colleges and universities that offer economics majors as listed in the U.S. News & World Report “Best Colleges 2010” guide (U.S. News & World Report 2009). Data come from online catalogs, departmental Web sites, and online course syllabi. About one-third of the schools require econometrics of all students majoring in economics, about half require it of none, and a sixth require it of some, but not all, economics majors. Among universities with economics PhD programs and liberal arts colleges, almost all those ranked in the top 10 require it. Below the top 10, there is little correlation between ranking and econometrics requirements. Liberal arts econometrics classes are much more likely to require research projects than their counterparts in universities.     

工作本位学习理论的系统分析

工作本位学习是基于从学校到工作岗位(school-to-work)的理念下提出来的,试图整合学习策略和工作实践,促进学习者的学习,以更好适应工作的需要。工作本位课程理论是在上述理念基础上开发出来的,对我国高职教育提供有益的启示。
