国外非营利组织监督机制研究综述

非营利组织蓬勃兴起,在社会、政治和经济中发挥着重要作用,但是一系列财务丑闻却严重损害了非营利组织的公信力,因此应着力探索和构建非营利组织监督机制,以引导其健康快速发展。我国非营利组织发展起步较晚,关于非营利组织监督机制的理论研究尚不健全,实证研究尤其匮乏。通过对非营利组织的内部监督、信息披露以及外部监督这三个方面的国外文献进行综述发现,监督机制对改善非营利组织治理结构、提高组织绩效、维护行业公信力具有一定效果,这对我国非营利组织监督机制的建构具有一定借鉴意义。     

民族地区流通产业发展研究综述

加快民族地区流通产业发展,具有重大的理论与现实意义。当前研究在民族地区流通产业发展的重要性、民族地区流通产业发展现状与存在问题、民族地区流通产业发展制约因素以及加快民族地区流通产业发展的对策等方面取得了一定进展。未来研究有望在采用主流经济学分析框架、把民族地区特色纳入研究范畴以及引进现代经济学定量研究方法与工具等方面取得突破。     

Chinese Outward Foreign Direct Investment: A Review of Empirical Research

In the past decade, Chinese outward foreign direct investment (OFDI) has become a major element of global capital flows. As a consequence, recent years have witnessed an increasing growth in the number of papers focusing on Chinese companies “going global.” This paper reviews 112 empirical papers focusing on Chinese OFDI that were published in major scholarly journals between 2002 and 2014. We report on individual and institutional contributions, citations, the theories and methods used and the research topics. We also identify the research gaps and discuss the implications of our literature review for future theory building.     

The Resource-Based View within the Export Context: An Integrative Review of Empirical Studies

Despite widespread research on the resource-based view (RBV) in exporting, there is a lack of any integrative review of the empirical studies connected to resources and capabilities in the extant literature. To address this gap, this study offers a comprehensive review of 129 export-related articles published between 1990 and 2016. Relevant articles were examined through content analysis in terms of the scope of research, research methodology, and conceptual issues. Certain limitations related to the scope of research are identified, particularly with regard to country setting, industry effect, and firm size. Methodologically, the sampling designs, data collection methods, and analytical approaches employed have attracted criticism. The results also demonstrate that, in spite of significant progress in the pertinent literature with respect to conceptual issues, research on the RBV within the export context is still at the stage of identification and conceptualization. This study is expected to contribute considerably to the pertinent body of knowledge by presenting a comprehensive literature review focusing on the RBV. This study also provides new insights by investigating the trends in the evolution of the RBV and by demonstrating the research gaps in the field of exporting which were not addressed by previous academic research.     

Determinants of how individuals choose,eat and waste: Providing common ground to enhance sustainable food consumption out‐of‐home

The transformation of food consumption in wealthy economies is regarded as an essential measure to reach global sustainability goals. However, existing policies and research activities to change food consumption in the increasingly relevant out‐of‐home sector relate to a wide set of options on how to influence behaviours and may be criticized to lack a general focus. Against this background, our study provides a structured review of the existing research body on the determinants of individuals’ food choices and food consumption out‐of‐home. It structures the various research approaches and findings for 110 selected papers according to a general ecological framework where personal, social and environmental determinants for food behaviours are considered. By providing a collective overview and linking results for different behavioural aspects and settings, this study supports a more general understanding of consumer food behaviour in out‐of‐home settings. Consequently, it also provides a means to identify research gaps and to suggest relevant aspects for future research to draw from the combination of findings and to enhance sustainability in food consumption.     

What happened to complex product systems literature over the last two decades: progresses so far and path ahead

Complex product systems (CoPS) industries largely contribute to industrial development, economic growth and creation of national wealth in both developed and developing economies. CoPS also show a number of specific characteristics as a distinctive category of industrial products in comparison with mass-produced consumer goods. These aspects have attracted the attention of scholars to study CoPS over the last two decades, resulting in a fairly extensive body of literature on the subject. However, there is a further need to connect research findings in this area, to illustrate a macro view of the development in the field, explore common themes, and identify possible paths into the future. This study aims to contribute to these ends by: (i) exploring the quantitative aspects of the CoPS literature; (ii) illustrating topical classification of CoPS studies and their findings; and (iii) suggesting opportunities for future research through examining common trends and unresolved issues in the literature.     

欠发达地区科技人才成长机理——基于文献综述

科技人才是欠发达地区的重要战略资源,科技人才的开发与培养是欠发达地区创新发展的重要战略措施。国内外学者一般从欠发达地区、科技人才、人才开发与培养等几个方面进行研究。通过梳理相关政策、研究文献,总结相关经验,从欠发达地区、科技人才、人才开发与培养三个理论角度进行了研究总结,并提出当前研究中存在的主要问题与未来研究方向,对于欠发达地区建立科技人才管理机制具有重要的理论价值和指导意义。     

国外移动服务消费者行为研究综述

移动通信产业的迅猛发展,引起了学者们广泛的研究兴趣。文章对国外关于移动服务消费者行为的文献进行梳理,结果表明,当前的研究聚焦于移动服务消费者的满意度和忠诚度、移动服务采纳理论、移动服务资费、移动服务消费者特性等对消费者行为影响的研究上。最后,提出了对移动消费者行为的未来研究及展望。     

国内外第四方物流理论述评

随着信息技术的迅速发展,第四方物流越来越受到人们的关注,对于第四方物流的研究,不同学者都有不同的看法。从第四方物流的定义、优势、研究方法等几方面梳理了第四方物流理论并进行简要的评述,为第四方物流的进一步研究奠定理论基础。     

消费者自我控制:文献评述与研究展望

本文对消费者自我控制的相关研究成果进行了回顾,比较了偏好随时间不一致、热(情感)—冷(认知)处理机制、自我消耗、思维方式、过度自我控制及理由启发式等各种理论学派对消费者自我控制的界定、测量、起因、影响因素等方面的不同研究,从而对消费者自我控制的相关研究成果进行了系统梳理、总结与讨论,最后提出了在中国社会文化背景下进行消费者自我控制研究的设想与展望。
