超滤膜性能指标检测技术现状

本文简要介绍了超滤膜的起源及发展前景,分析了开展超滤膜性能指标检测方法研究的必要性,通过分析和总结调研结果,初步提出超滤膜性能评价指标,并简要阐述了各项指标检测方法的研究现状,最后对于改善超滤膜性能指标检测方法研究现状提出几点建议。     

一种新的顾客满意度指数测评模型

顾客满意度指数是近年来许多国家和地区积极开展研究和采用的一种新的经济指标。本文在已有研究的基础上,结合我国消费者行为的特点,构建了一种新的顾客满意度指数测评模型。该模型在期望不一致模式的基础上,同时考虑了公平模式和需要不一致模式,引入感知公平和感知价格变量,并为这些结构变量设计了相应的观测变量和路径关系,建立了由顾客满意、企业形象、感知价格到顾客忠诚三条路径关系,改变了传统模型中从顾客满意到顾客忠诚路径过于单一的情况。     

论电力电缆的安全运行与防火技术

现代城市电网中,电缆应用十分广泛。如果没有针对性的安全运行措施,一旦发生故障,危害极大。文章阐述了电缆着火的原因和特点,防止电缆延燃的措施和扑救方法及日常采取的措施和检查内容。     

基于数字化变电站的电力设备故障诊断研究

现今数字化变电站中的电力设备发挥着重要的作用。随着现今社会经济和科学技术的飞速发展,人们的生活有了很大程度的提高,同时人们对用电也提出了更高的要求。现今电力系统为了满足人们的需求,开始逐渐向自动化发展,都是为了能够满足人们在生产和生活中对电力的要求。电力系统因此在运行过程中会随着新技术和设备的运用,产生更多的新问题,因此现今对电力设备故障的深入研究具有十分重要的意义。     

The ‘Human’ Touch

Abstract

This article critically discusses the almost mythical conception of voluntary and ‘grass-roots’ organizations as problem solvers in current welfare policy – a myth, which over the last twenty years has become increasingly dominant in social policy programmes in advanced liberal welfare states. In particular, the article examines the assumption that voluntary and local organizations are permeated by a different rationality that enables human beings to act as ‘real humans’ rather than as professionals and clients – a rationality which is, however, permanently at risk of being contaminated by bureaucratic influence. It is demonstrated that among the conditions of possibility for this discourse are explanatory models and concepts in modern organizational theory and in voluntary sector studies. The article argues that the conceptualizations of power, rationality and social change dominant in these studies are unsatisfactory. Instead, it applies a Foucauldian approach to the domain of drug addiction treatment, analysing a social work ‘regime’ that transgresses the traditional boundaries between state and voluntary sector.

The Price Effect on Spatial Structure: Revisiting the New Economic Geography Model

Abstract

This paper adds a factor of production, land, to the standard core-periphery model of the New Economic Geography to analyse the effect of land rent on the price index and spatial structure. The result indicates that when production of the manufacturing sector has high dependence on land, and high demand elasticity for differentiated goods, the price index of the core region is higher than that of the periphery, and that the price index could rise with a degree of agglomeration. Meanwhile, the market forces cannot generate a core-periphery structure, which indicates the significance of the price effect on spatial structure.     

Innovation and HRM: Absences and politics

This article analyses the role of HRM practices in the implementation of an innovative cross-functional approach to new product development (concurrent engineering, CE) in Eurotech Industries. Contrary to CE methodology stipulations, and despite supportive conditions, HRM received scant attention in the implementation process. Organizational power and politics were clearly involved in this situation, and this article explores how their play created such HRM ‘absences’. The article builds on a four-dimensional view of power in order to provide a deeper understanding of the embedded, interdependent and political nature of HRM practice and innovation.     

Gender, emotion and power in work relationships

We offer a theoretical account of how gender and emotion combine to influence the development of power in work relationships. We document the profound impact gender has on the display, perception and evaluation of emotion in the workplace. We illustrate the reciprocal relationship between emotion and power, and identify cycles of powerlessness that prevent women from developing and leveraging power in their work relationships. By exploring the nexus of gender, emotion and power in work relationships, we offer new insights into how the gendering of emotion creates and perpetuates gender differences in power in organizations. Implications for research and practice are offered.
