后疫情时代我国供应链管理发展趋势分析

指出新冠肺炎疫情给世界带来了深刻而广泛的影响,全球供应链的发展也遇到新的问题。在此背景下,利用SWOT分析法,对我国供应链管理的优势、劣势、面临的机会和威胁等进行了分析,同时对这些要素进行交叉分析,得出我国供应链管理发展的SWOT策略矩阵,为未来我国供应链的发展提供参考。     

中俄跨境电商服务供应链发展研究——以全球速卖通为例

指出随着中俄跨境电商的迅猛发展,跨境电商平台之间的竞争不断加剧且竞争焦点逐渐从商品竞争过渡到供应链和整体服务水平的竞争。结合全球速卖通在俄罗斯的跨境电商服务供应链的运营情况,通过建立PEST-SWOT矩阵模型,分析全球速卖通在俄罗斯市场的服务供应链发展的竞争态势及宏观环境,并针对其存在的问题提出了优化路径。     

基于知识共享的供应链企业间协同创新行为研究

运用演化博弈论建立供应链企业间知识共享行为演化博弈模型,分析供应链企业间知识共享行为的演化路径和影响知识共享行为的影响因素。研究结果表明,供应链企业间选择知识共享的策略受到自身的知识水平、知识的吸收转化系数以及系统内知识共享的创新成果分配系数的影响,当企业间的知识类别和知识量越互补、企业的知识吸收转化系数越高以及创新成果分配系数越高时,企业会选择知识共享策略;而知识共享的成本、知识共享的风险越高时,企业间知识共享的意愿越低。     

粤港澳大湾区区块链应用研究--基于世界四大湾区对比分析

粤港澳大湾区作为我国经济最活跃、最开放、经济发展水平最高的区域之一,制造业和信息技术产业发达,具有率先发展区块链产业的优质土壤和先行条件。论文主要通过分析粤港澳大湾区区块链发展的现状,对比世界上其他三大湾区的科技、人才、投资机构等方面,挖掘粤港澳大湾区在对比分析下的发展潜能,分析存在的优劣势,补齐短板,抓住机遇,提出发展粤港澳大湾区区块链行之有效的策略。     

价值链成本管理模式在高新技术制造业的应用

随着高新技术制造业的不断发展,作为技术密集型的高新技术制造业对于成本管理的标准越来越高。企业竞争不只是某个环节的竞争,确保每个环节的成本控制、提高整个价值链的综合竞争力才能使企业拥有更强的竞争力。基于价值链的成本管理模式成为企业提高市场竞争力的一大利器。论文分析了价值链成本管理模式的理论和特征,以及现今理论的应用和结果,提出使用新型成本管理模式所要面临的困难与挑战,并对此提出部分建议。     

Monitoring recessions: A Bayesian sequential quickest detection method

Monitoring business cycles faces two potentially conflicting objectives: accuracy and timeliness. To strike a balance between these dual objectives, we propose a Bayesian sequential quickest detection method to identify turning points in real time with a sequential stopping time as a solution. Using four monthly indexes of real economic activity in the United States, we evaluated the method’s real-time ability to date the past five recessions. The proposed method identified similar turning-point dates as the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER), with no false alarms, but on average, it dated peaks four months faster and troughs 10 months faster relative to the NBER announcement. The timeliness of our method is also notable compared to the dynamic factor Markov-switching model: the average lead time was about five months when dating peaks and two months when dating troughs.     

Integrating sustainability and resilience in the supply chain: A systematic literature review and a research agenda

Sustainability has emerged as an important industrial strategic outlook expanding beyond organizational boundaries to include the supply chain. Simultaneously, the industry has also been faced with supply chain resilience concerns. Research on the intersection of supply chain sustainability and resilience is nascent and is a consequence of their observed mutual influences. However, confusion about concepts, implementation methods, and measurements of sustainable and resilient supply chains remains. This study completes a systematic literature review that critically examines several major observations and directions. We find the concept of sustainable supply chains is more established, and general agreement on its theoretical foundations exists. Supply chain resilience is relatively less mature. The nexus and relationships between the two topics are often incoherent: there is confusion on sustainable and resilient supply chains establishment; there is no clarity on what practices could jointly advance both areas. A major conflict exists since sustainability generally focuses on efficiency, while resilience seeks effectiveness. We recommend studies to analyze implementation relationships and impact. We also observe that performance measurement systems should be developed to assess supply chain sustainability and resilience performance taking with explicit consideration time horizons considered in these measures.     

Stakeholder management in sustainable supply chains: A case study of the bioenergy industry

Engaging with stakeholders and managing their issues when striving for a sustainable supply chain (SC) is a significant challenge. Although most studies on sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) consider stakeholder management necessary, little is known about related stakeholder management practices in SSCM. Thus, this paper seeks to enrich the theoretical debate on stakeholder management practices in SSCM through a case study approach to bioenergy SCs in Chile. Based on 28 interviews with SC actors and representatives from the surrounding stakeholder environment, the deductive–inductive analysis reveals that stakeholder management combines different practices to discuss stakeholder concerns, address them, and evaluate the process at the SC's external and internal levels. We propose structuring these practices based on two dimensions: “practices to address stakeholder requirements” and “practices whereby stakeholders are integrated.” The analysis' results indicate that although two-way communication with stakeholders can be seen as the core of stakeholder management, a certain willingness to learn and transform SC design is a prerequisite for true orientation toward stakeholder management in SSCM. Additionally, linkage development and local anchoring are practices used to obtain further legitimacy at the external level. Building on these findings, this study can guide practitioners in engaging with stakeholders and managing their issues across the SC.

戴尔公司的迅速成长一向为业界所称道，但是人们往往只看到了戴尔表面的直销模式，而忽视了其背后大规模定制的生产方式以及高效先进的供应链管理所起的巨大作用。对戴尔基于大规模定制的供应链管理的实施基础、总体模型、基本特点及弊端的分析表明，实行企业内部资源的有效整合，建立战略合作的外部协作关系，把握客户需求，才能使企业在竞争中得到先机并实现可持续发展。     

基于供应链管理的企业营销渠道创新

传统渠道链的内在缺陷和新竞争模式的外在压力迫使企业必须通过渠道创新以获得新的利润和竞争力。本文在借鉴供应链管理优势的基础上,从组织结构、成员关系和管理模式创新三方面入手,提出渠道构建的逆向模式,以实现渠道的系统优化及各成员的长远利益最大,并使得市场的覆盖更为有效。
