基于GREY—TOPSIS模型对高校教学评价研究

教学评估是教学改革中的一个重要内容。本文运用灰数理论和TOPSI$方法构建评价模型,将定性评价指标与定量分析方法相结合,克服教学评估中的模糊性,对高校教师教学质量进行综合定量评价。最后通过算例分析,该评价模型具有多层次性、可扩展J陛和可操作性等特性。     

The evaluation of tourism destination competitiveness by TOPSIS & information entropy – A case in the Yangtze River Delta of China

Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) was proposed by Hwang and Yoon as a multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) method, which identifies solutions from a finite set of alternatives. TOPSIS is based on the concept that the chosen alternative should have the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution (PIS) and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution (NIS). In this study, the method was applied to evaluate the tourism destination competitiveness (TDC) of the Yangtze River Delta in China. This empirical study was based on a two-step procedure. The first procedure consisted of three hierarchies, four aspects and 35 evaluation indices, which were weighted by the information entropy weight (IEW). Secondly, the TOPSIS method was applied to the ranking analysis. This gave the most important index for each aspect by IEW. It also provided the ranking for 16 cities in the Yangtze River Delta based on four aspects, as well as the final overall ranking among them. Finally, the tactics and means for the cities to improve their tourism competitiveness were discussed. The results showed that TOPSIS & IEW can be implemented as an effective method in TDC evaluation.     

Reply to “Comment on using a modified grey relation method for improving airline service quality”

This is a reply to the comments on the previously published paper entitled “Using a modified grey relation method for improving airline service quality”. The commentators question that the paper does not offer any improvement over Chen and Tzeng’s (2004) work and uses the same data as in Liou, Tsai, Lin, and Tzeng’s (2011b) paper. However, the modified grey relation described therein actually does improve on Chen and Tzeng’s (2004) work in two ways. First, the ideal and negative ideal referential sequences are replaced by the aspired to and tolerable levels. Second, the similarity used in the grey relation model is transformed into a weighted gap, “the smaller the better”. The same survey data is used in both papers, but the targets and purposes differ. One is focused on economy class passengers, while the other targets all passengers. Therefore, we argue that the comments indicate misunderstanding of the modifications.     

基于TOPSIS法的江苏省开发区经济实力综合评价

本文运用TOPSIS分析方法,选用地区生产总值、工业增加值、第三产业增加值、财政收入、税收收入、实际使用外资金额和进出口额8个指标,对2012年江苏省19个国家级经济技术开发区经济产出的相关数据进行分析,得出各开发区综合经济实力得分和排名,评价结果能够反映开发区的实际现状,说明TOPSIS方法具有科学性和公正性。     

多指标决策方法在社会管理综合治理中的应用

基于几个基本原则构建了社会管理综合治理指标体系,然后通过层次分析法(AHP)对治理指标进行了单层排序和总排序,根据排序结果,选取几个主要指标,代入理想法(TOPSIS)多指标决策模型中,利用所采集的数据,对五个省市进行了实证研究。结果证明该方法简单易行,并对社会管理工作具有实际的指导意义。     

A robust hybrid decision model for evaluation and selection of the strategic alliance partner in the airline industry

Owing to the cut throat competition and economic uncertainty in the market, airlines are focusing on strategic alliances for satisfying customer needs, especially in the current time which is dominated by global integration, demanding customer and fast changing technologies. This strategy is widely adopted by airlines. However, the selection of strategic alliance partner is a very decisive decision, and this selection process engrosses a number of complex processes which is result of compound reflection of associated various factors. In addition, the decision makers may be inconsistent in their views and preferences, arising due to imperfect information or intrinsic conflict between various departments. This paper presents a model based approach of an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) for evaluation of criteria and fuzzy technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution (FTOPSIS) for the selection of strategic alliance partner. A case of Indian airline industry demonstrates the application of the proposed approach. Eventually, robustness of the model is demonstrated by sensitivity analysis.     

Assessment of safety culture among job positions in high-rise construction: a hybrid fuzzy multi criteria decision-making (FMCDM) approach

The construction industry is known as one of the most dangerous industries, which not only requires sound operation of executive laws and regulations, but also necessitates the safety culture of all workers at workshops. Therefore, the aim of this research is to identify the factors of safety culture and ranking occupations in jobsites based on those factors in order to proactively improve the safety culture of construction projects and subsequently promote safety conditions and worksites. In this study, safety culture criteria are weighted by a combination of Fuzzy Decision Trail and Evaluation Laboratory and Fuzzy ANP methods. Next, different job positions in high-rise projects are ranked using the Fuzzy Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution method. Findings demonstrated that the project manager, site superintendent and supervisor occupations had the highest and labourers had the lowest level of safety culture in the high-rise construction industry. Furthermore, factors such as safety supervision and training must be considered more seriously in order to create a positive safety culture among workers.     

Formulation of Bank Melli Iran Marketing Strategy Based on Porter‘S Competitive Strategy

ABSTRACT

The presence of a modern and predefined marketing strategy is essential for every enterprise like banks in order for the bank to be able to benefit from an appropriate and efficient strategy based on the current market conditions, competitors' status and so on. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to develop a marketing strategy based on Porter's competitive strategy at BankMelli. the number of managers working at BankMelli is 2456 and 337 of them were selected as samples to be used in the calculations. the result of this article, which were obtained based on the fuzzy TOPSIS test method, indicates that the differentiation strategy is the first priority and then are the focus and cost leadership strategies. In addition, prioritization of indices indicates that personnel thinking, personnel abilities, market development, service provision and ultimately, product presentation are the first five priorities in determining the strategy of BankMelli.     

第三方航空维修企业维修站选址评价——基于熵值CRITIC合成赋权的TOPSIS分析

第三方航空维修企业维修站的选址直接影响到航空维修服务的效率和可靠性,进而对民航业的经济发展产生重要影响。以维修站选址特点为基础,从政策条件、城市条件、市场条件、自然条件四个方面构建第三方航空维修企业维修站选址评价体系,选取50个国内机场作为研究对象,采用熵值法和CRITIC法对评价指标组合赋权,进而利用TOPSIS方法计算各选址方案的综合得分,根据得分对50个机场进行分级,使第三方航空维修企业维修站选址更为科学。     

基于熵权法与TOPSIS法的房地产项目投资风险评价

房地产项目的风险评价是有效提高房地产项目成功率的主要工作,在对房地产投资要素分析的基础上,构建了基于投资环境分析的风险评价指标体系。对主要指标的评价进行了量化。利用熵权方法及TOPSIS法对房地产项目风险指标进行评价,不仅在理论上对房地产项目评价进行了创新,而且也有助于在实际项目操作时对房地产项目风险进行有效控制。结果表明计算方法简单,在权重确定上弥补了单一方法的不足,多项排序指标的运用进一步提高了结果的可靠性。项目级风险评价的方法构建对实践决策提供了依据。
