文章从理论与实践结合上论述了三个问题：一、正确认识组织企业管理培训的关键因素。二、正确处理三个关系：组织者与被组织者的关系，组织机构与政策文件的关系，计划调训与面向培训市场的关系。三、抓好四个切入点：一是加强培训队伍、培训基地和培训网络建设；二是提高培训质量，突出强调“学以致用”；三是贯彻执行国家经贸委三条措施；四是政府各有关部门和社会各界联动，形成组织企业管理培训的合力     

代际关系的价值基础及其影响——对江汉平原农村家庭养老问题的一种解释

利用问卷调查资料,定量描述了现阶段农村家庭养老的基本情况,并从代际关系的价值基础角度探讨了农村家庭养老面临困境的原因。当前农村家庭养老遭遇问题并不仅仅是养老资源匮乏的结果,更是农村代际关系内含的价值失调的结果。家庭延续的价值取向已很难为家庭养老提供终极动力支持,家庭养老作为一种超经济的伦理性行为的特征正在消失,这是当前农村社会出现严重的家庭养老问题的根本症结所在。

网络为社会关系的发展提供了一个全新的虚拟空间。今天,网络已成为社会关系发展的重要领域,但同时也带来人际关系、群际关系、代际关系的异化。文章就网络对社会关系各个方面的异化分别进行讨论。

东道国劳资关系对FDI构成影响吗?——基于中国数据的经验分析

本文运用1985-2008年中国相应数据，检验了中国劳资关系因素对外国直接投资的影响。结果表明，由于中国劳资关系制度仍不健全，工会力量较薄弱，因此其对FDI不构成显著影响，一些传统因素如GDP、工资以及对外开放政策等仍然是影响FDI的显著变量。但可以预见，随着中国劳资关系规制的健全、工会谈判力量的增强以及行业、地区水平集体谈判的推进，劳资关系因素对FDI的影响将逐步显现。     

Buffalo Bill' Wild West and John M. Burke

Abstract

Public relations and advertising textbooks either ignore or treat the old fashioned press agent with contempt. Yet the origin of modern day sports and entertainment promotion dates back to a group of press agents who made important contributions to the marketing communication tactics we take for granted. From 1884 to 1917, the promotion of Buffalo Bill' Wild West incorporated advertising, public relations, and integrated marketing communication strategies and tactics. Many of these tactics are still in use today. A case will be made to view Buffalo Bill as a ?brand“ By doing so, the promotion of the Wild West takes on a new meaning. Buffalo Bill' press agent, John M. Burke, for more than 30 years increased the ?brand equity“ of the Buffalo Bill product through effective and strategically sound advertising and public relations campaigns. For example, building upon the long circus tradition in American folk culture, Burke staged parade events headed by Buffalo Bill to generate major press coverage when the Wild West arrived in local communities. Although Burke might not have had the formal education and access to the latest in communication technology to promote the Wild West, he certainly had the brains and skills

人类社会系统的信息、能量交换依赖传媒发展,传媒追随先进生产力而前进。传媒与其他产业,特别是新兴产业发展关系紧密,相互影响,在国民经济中处于重要位置。传媒经济活动和经济现象具有自身特性和运行规律,并与工业经济向知识经济发展的情况契合,是社会经济活跃的元素,有着独立的运行状态。传媒的发展需要经济力量的支撑。     

Labour reform in a neo-liberal ‘protected’ democracy: Chile 1990–2001

This paper analyses the direction and degree of labour reform in Chile since the restoration of democracy in 1990 after seventeen years of military dictatorship. The regime of General Augusto Pinochet (1973–90) adopted a highly repressive political character and implemented neo-liberal economic policies, which, together with the institutional restructuring that accompanied them, transformed vast sectors of Chilean society. The 1979 Labour Plan significantly changed the character of industrial relations legislation and the roles and balance of power among social actors, transforming the way in which industrial relations had been conducted since the 1920s. We argue that, despite more than a decade since the restoration of democracy, and after several rounds of reform, the current legislation presents remarkable continuity with the one enacted under authoritarianism, contradicting claims that profound change has been achieved. In attempting to explain the direction and degree of the so-called Transition's Labour Reforms, we emphasize the importance of political-economy approaches. We explore the conservative nature of the Chilean transition to democracy, the continuity of the neo-liberal economic model and the increasing imbalance of power between capital and labour, in an effort to account for the persistence of the authoritarian legacy in today's Chilean industrial relations.     

Human resource barriers to partnership sourcing in China

Building on previous research on both buyer–supplier relations and human resource management in the PRC, interviews with managers in each of 47 UK-owned PRC subsidiaries were undertaken. The majority of firms are actively pursuing close and cooperative relationships with local suppliers, but there are substantial human resource barriers to the establishment of partnership sourcing arrangements. Grounded analysis reveals key HR barriers to partnership sourcing in the form of difficulties in staff recruitment and retention, problems in cross-cultural communication, poor working practices in supplier firms, and corrupt staff behaviour. This paper describes and analyses these problems, discusses measures that are being taken in an attempt to overcome the problems, and comments on the progress being made towards ‘ideal type’ partnership sourcing arrangements.
