基于AdaBoost的组合网络流量分类方法

针对单一分类方法在训练样本不足的情况下对于小样本网络流分类效果差的特点, 通过自适应增强（Adaptive Boosting, AdaBoost）算法进行流量分类。算法首先使用CFS(Correlat ion-based Feature Selection)特征选择方法从大量网络流特征中提取出少量高效的 分类特征,在此基础上,通过AdaBoost算法组合决策树、关联规则和贝叶斯等5种单一分类 方法实现流量分类。实际网络流量数据测试表明,基于AdaBoost的组合分类方法的准确 率在所选的几种算法中是最高的,其能够达到9892%,且相对于单一的分类算法,组合流 量分类方法对于小样本网络流的分类效果具有明显提升。

A SCIENTIFIC CLASSIFICATION OF VOLATILITY MODELS

Abstract.  Modeling volatility, or predictable changes over time and space in a variable, is crucial in the natural and social sciences. Life can be volatile, and anything that matters, and which changes over time and space, involves volatility. Without volatility, many temporal and spatial variables would simply be constants. Our purpose is to propose a scientific classification of the alternative volatility models and approaches that are available in the literature, following the Linnaean taxonomy. This scientific classification is used because the literature has evolved as a living organism, with the birth of numerous new species of models.

通过对以往语言学家对行事行为的分类的观察,阐述了不同种类的行事行为。其实在英语中,间接言语行为一般比直接言语行为更多与礼貌联系在一起。应该观察更大的范围,而不是一个单一的话语实施一个单一的言语行为。言语活动就是很好的材料。对言语活动的分析是研究更多言外之意的另一种途经。     

Endogenous fertility, international migration and growth

An endogenous growth model with heterogeneous agents and endogenous rates of fertility is developed to study the relationships between population growth, human capital, migration and economic development. A variety of patterns of migration, from the migration of the unskilled to the brain drain is considered, where the decision to migrate reflects the agents’ optimising behaviour. The analysis yields implications which accord with the empirical evidence on the relationships between demography and development. Macroeconomic policy can foster growth by influencing labour mobility through taxation and the provision of public goods such as social infrastructure, sanitation, environmental control and medical research that affect locational preferences and child quality. 文章对现有的网络流量分类方法进行了分析和总结,比较了基于模式匹配和基于机器学习的两大网络流量分类方法的优缺点,并在此基础上提炼出基于机器学习方法的流量分类框架,指出当前网络流量分类方法亟待解决的问题与五大研究方向,为网络流量分类的相关研究提供了参考。
