《计算机网络安全》课程教学模式改革探究

通过参加全国职业院校信息安全大赛,计算机网络技术专业可以引入“以学促赛、以赛促学”教学模式,改变以往的教学方式,完善教学环节,并在现有实训环境的基础上,从分析信息系统的安全风险评估、网络设备安全和主机系统安全三个方面出发,重新设计课程,实施赛教结合的教学改革.     

高校教学团队绩效评估模型与实证研究

科学的绩效评估是调动教师积极性和促进教学团队持续发展的关键环节。基于主成分分析法的绩效,评估模型有利于促进教学团队建设。提高团队绩效,要遴选学术水平、管理能力和品德皆优的团队带头人,形成合理的团队结构,建立考核与反馈机制,制定有效的保障措施。     

我国不同地区金融发展与居民收入分配差距影响实证分析

通过实证分析,探究东中西部以及东北部典型地区间居民收入差距情况,研究各地区金融发展与居民收入分配差距的关系,有利于研究国家在实施东部率先发展、中部崛起、西部大开发、振兴东北老工业基地战略中面临的问题以及取得的成果和不足之处,了解我国部分地区的国情和现状。     

高校党的建设科学化研究述评

近年来提高党的建设科学化水平问题已经成为学界研究的热点。从推进高校党建科学化的重要意义、高校党建科学化存在的问题、高校党建科学化的途径和高校党建科学化工作等几个方面,对学界研究的成果进行初步梳理,以期推进对该问题的深入研究。     

Linking Order Fulfillment Performance to Referrals in Online Retailing: An Empirical Analysis

Referral management for online retailers is a strategically important activity, as referrals offer a highly cost‐effective method of customer acquisition. In fact, online customers mention referrals as the second‐most common reason for choosing to shop at a particular retailer, second only to search engine suggestions. However, while online retailers are able to improve their visibility on search engines through focused keyword insertions, they are often unable to pinpoint the drivers of referral behavior among their customers. The current research examines the relationship between two key dimensions of online retailing: order fulfillment cycle times and referral behavior. Employing a theory of customer appraisal and empirically testing the ensuing model using structural equation modeling, we find that excellent order fulfillment is instrumental in generating referrals for the online retailer, even after factoring in product quality.     

公司治理结构与超能力派现的实证研究

本文选取了2004年深圳主板市场超能力派现的42家公司作为测试样本，建立Logistic模型。通过实证研究发现，公司治理结构是上市佥司发生超能力派现行为的重要影响因素，其中独立董事比例、高级管理人员薪酬水平对超能力派现具有显著性影响，公司治理结构的优化有利于制约上市公司的超能力派现行为。     

基于EMD分解的螺纹钢期货价格发现的实证研究

运用经验模态分解方法(EMD),分别将螺纹钢期货价格和现货价格时间序列分解成若干IMF分量和趋势项。通过对分解后的不同分量进行统计和计量分析发现:①与期货价格与现货价格的相关性相比,相应的趋势项之间具有更高的相关关系;②期货价格的主IMF分量在形态上对现货价格主IMF分量具有引导作用;③IMF中期波动分量和长期波动能够很好的表现出期货价格和现货价格的因果关系。这些结果表明,螺纹钢期货市场已经基本具备了价格发现的功能。     

北京市科技创新人才环境：实证分析与政策建议

本文依据科技创新人才环境的基本理论,通过对北京市20家企业的实地调研,得到了科技创新人才对宏观和微观环境的需求及其满意程度的第一手数据资料,在资料分析的基础上,有针对性地为政府和企业提出了完善科技创新人才环境的政策建议。     

Cloud computing in high tech startups: evidence from a case study

ABSTRACT

This paper focuses on the implementation of cloud-based systems in startups to answer how and why hi-tech startups use cloud computing, an overlooked question to date. Thus, referring to an extended version of Ross and Blumenstein [2015. “Cloud Computing as a Facilitator of SME Entrepreneurship.” Technology Analysis & Strategic Management 27 (1): 87–101] framework, encompassing issues of context and culture following Spanò et al. [2019. “Context, Culture and Control: A Case Study on Accounting Change in an Italian Regional Health Service.” Journal of Management and Governance. doi:10.1007/s10997-019-09458-0], we analyse cloud adoption in startup firms and rely upon a case study of an Italian hi-tech startup. The case study allowed us to tap into the main issues relating to cloud implementation that is increased opportunities, reduced costs, scalability, access to global markets, and access to international venture capital. The results offer interesting insights to the literature on cloud computing, and also have some managerial implications in that they better unfold the effects played by context and culture.
