我国发展高等职业教育的背景、现状和问题

发展高等职业教育是在优化高等教育结构、建设高等教育强国的大背景下，高等教育适应经济和社会发展需要，改革教育模式的产物；当前的问题是：社会需要高等职业教育针对技术岗位实施教育，这将有利于社会经济的既定需要；而这种以社会为本位的教育模式却不一定有利于学生的长远发展。     

Organizational types and leadership roles

Certain managerial functions are necessary or of greater importance in certain organizations. The following relations between organization types and leadership roles are hypothesized: expert organizations and producers, bureaucratic organizations and administrators, group organizations and integrators, and task organizations and entrepreneurs. The analysis shows that striving for results and achieving goals (i.e. producer role) is a role requirement that appears in all types of organization, whereas integrating behavior was required as a secondary requirement, again in all four types of organization. It was also found that the union stewards overestimated their leaders’ efficacy as administrators and entrepreneurs, whereas the leaders themselves overestimated their own efficacy as producers and integrators. The leader’s length of service with the organization reduces the inclination towards the producer role, but is conducive to the role of administrator.     

Identifying an Advertisement Presenter's Tribe

ABSTRACT

In African countries it is generally important to identify another person's tribe when meeting that person for the first time. A similar process of identification also seems to take place when a consumer sees a presenter in an advertisement. This paper identifies the cues that are used in tribal identification, demonstrates that multiple cues are employed, and shows that nonvisual cues are generally more important than visual ones. It also finds that audience members notice a presenter's tribe more frequently in advertisements appearing on television than in those appearing in print or outdoor media. The managerial implications of these findings are discussed.     

Optimized Software Licensing – Combining License Types in a License Portfolio

Although software licenses usually range among the most expensive items within the IT budget, they still lack the necessary attention by many companies. Therefore, most companies inadequately have implemented their software asset management neglecting further potential for cost reduction, which can be obtained by optimizing the use of different license types. This paper shows how possible savings can be realized by combining different types of licenses in a license portfolio. The model presented is based on the most common license types considering different user groups as well as their behavior. Additionally to cost risks, the risk of service quality is also taken into consideration. The following examples illustrate the model’s high relevance and show how it can be applied in practice. 论长株潭“两型”社会建设视野下生态道德意识的培养

长株潭＂两型＂社会建设的本质就是实现生态化发展,而实现生态化发展最根本最有效地手段是提高全体社会成员生态道德意识。为此,要从政府决策宏观层次、企业中观层次和社会公众微观层次三方面来提高生态道德意识,同时,还应发挥学校教育在环境道德意识培养中的特殊作用以及加强环保部门组织协调作用。     

IPTV(网络电视)广告类型和产品类型的广告效果

在本研究中，从IPTV作为一种新媒体的角度，根据不同的IPTV广告类型和产品类型存在的效果差异进行探索。为此，依据广告类型和产品类型的不同分别进行了4个实验调查，IPTV广告效果测定了广告态度、广告点击意向、产品购买意向。首先，由于IPTV广告种类的不同，使广告效果的差异表现在广告态度和点击意向上；第二，根据产品类型的不同，IPTV广告效果也出现了差异。在广告态度和点击意向及购买意向存在差异的同时，IPTV广告中探索研究比经验型研究显示出更有效的反应；第三，由于广告类型和产品类型的不同，相互作用效果在购买意向上表现了出来。这些为广告中利用IPTV的媒体两面性提供了依据；其次，倡议在广告实行战略中开发能预期对消费者起到积极广告效果的带有图标和字幕的网幅广告；再次，在IPTV广告的制作方面，为探索性的IPTV广告能够诱发更有效的广告效果提供了理论性的依据。

水电是廉价而清洁的再生能源,其开发与建设,不仅能促进经济社会又好又快发展,而且对保障能源安全具有十分重要的战略意义.余姚市小水电站的蓬勃发展,在取得显著成绩的同时,也存在着产业基础和条件有待改善、自动化水平需进一步提高、财政扶持需进一步加大以及水电站开发如何避免对生态环境产生负面影响等问题.在此基础上,探讨了进一步发展小水电产业的对策与措施.     

推进农发行两类业务经营管理体制改革的外部条件

本文认为:灵活、主动设置分支机构建立员工配置与职工收入分配机制;完善农发行财务管理体制和财务资源配置机制;完善两类业务的风险监管制度和统一五级分类口径;规范两类业务信贷资金来源渠道,充实农发行资本金;完善农发行的业务风险补偿机制是推进农发行两类业务经营管理体制改革的外部条件。     

云南九大高原湖泊的演变与生态安全调控

系统梳理了云南九大高原湖泊(滇池、洱海、抚仙湖、程海、泸沽湖、杞麓湖、星云湖、阳宗海、异龙湖)的演变历程,依据湖泊演化阶段、湖泊生态系统发育阶段、流域社会经济特征、湖泊富营养化阶段、水质类别、生态安全水平、主导功能核心导向划分9个湖泊的管理类型,并提出了预防型、控制型、治理型湖泊流域生态安全调控途径。
