中国与东盟主要竞争产品在日本市场上的竞争力分析

文章首先根据历史数据找出中国与东盟在日本市场上的主要竞争产品，再应用转移——份额法分析与东盟同类产品在日本市场上的竞争力状况。结果显示：中国与东盟在日本市场上竞争的主要产品有三类，它们的2位数HS编码分别为84、85和27。与东盟同类产品相比，目前我国前两类产品已具有总体出口竞争力优势，但仍处于产业结构竞争劣势；后一类产品则一直处于总体出口竞争力劣势和产业结构竞争劣势。因此，应该深化产业结构调整，增加这些产品的出口附加值。     

The Value of Biodiversity in Pharmaceutical Research with Differentiated Products

Biologists and conservation advocates have expressed grave concern over perceived threats to biological diversity. ``Biodiversity prospecting' – the search among naturally occurring organisms for new products of agricultural, industrial, and, particularly, pharmaceutical value – has been advanced as both a mechanism and a motive for conserving biological diversity. Economists and others have attempted to estimate the value of biodiversity for use in new pharmaceutical project research. In this paper we apply a new approach to estimating values: we employ two models of competition among differentiated products. Each model confirms previous findings that the value to private researchers of the ``marginal species' is likely to be small. The models can have very different implications with respect to social values, however. These findings underscore the need for a better understanding of the true meaning of diversity.Resources for the Future

中国出口贸易与保障措施壁垒——从中美“轮胎特保案”说起

本文以轮胎特保案为例，从国际法规则、美国国内法和调查实践出发，比较了一般保障措施和特保措施实施条件规定的差异，反映了对外贸易中我国产品现实的国际法治环境，针对2008年金融危机爆发后抬头的贸易保护主义，从法律、政治外交和产业结构调整等方面，提出反思和应对策略。     

Evaluating change in European industrial relations: research evidence on trends at organizational level

This paper uses evidence from organizations with more than 200 employees in several countries across Europe to explore the proposition that industrial relations in Europe is becoming more convergent around a non-union HRM model. The evidence indicates that, although there are some similar moves taking place, national patterns remain distinctive, the IR/HRM distinction may not be sustainable in Europe and there are significant elements of continuity in industrial relations in Europe alongside the changes that are taking place.     

我国外贸出口将逐步陷入长期困境

2011年下半年以来,我国外贸出口增长率急剧下降,2012年2月还出现了多年未见的贸易逆差。通过对宏观经济的全面研究,由于我国物流成本居高不下,人力、资源、土地、环境等成本不断增长,主要出口目的地欧美市场萎靡不振、新兴市场开发缓慢,替代竞争者成长迅速,税收体系不合理,生产效率低下,人民币持续升值,这些都必将导致我国外贸出口越来越陷入困境。要解决这些问题,我国经济必须在制度层面进行彻底改革,进行产业升级,开发出一系列能够带动我国乃至世界经济走出困境的新兴产业,占领世界经济发展的制高点。     

全球化背景的加工贸易模式和发展历程观察

对墨西哥、新加坡、日本、韩国、印度5个国家和我国的苏州、珠三角地区以及重庆加工贸易模式发展历程和特色效益的分析表明,由于各个国家和地区自身资源禀赋和技术条件等方面存在差异,在不同的历史阶段,面对不同的国际政治经济环境,采取不完全相同的经济发展战略和政策,各种加工贸易模式具有各自的特点。     

International Trade and Accounting Policy Choice: Theory and Canadian Evidence

The accounting policy choice literature has identified many factors which have been shown to be useful in explaining cross-sectional variation in the accounting methods used by public companies. One relationship which has been relatively unexplored in this literature is the potential effect of international trade on accounting choice. This study proposes that international trading activities may create incentives for firms to choose income increasing accounting policies. This proposition was tested by examining the depreciation choices of a sample of Canadian firms. Results suggest that importers were more likely to choose income increasing accounting methods than non-importers, while exporting was not found to be related to this accounting choice. These diverging results may be caused by the declining value of the Canadian dollar (relative to the US dollar), which tends to benefit exporters, but is of detriment to importers.     

Trade Credit, Corporate Groups, and the Financing of Belgian Firms

We investigate the role of trade credit as a source of financing. Using a sample of 661 large non-financial Belgian firms for the 1989–1991 period, we find that the amount of trade credit a buyer takes is determined by his need for funds and the internally available funds. Trade credit is primarily used to finance short-term assets. As such, it seems to be an important alternative not only for short-term bank debt but also for long-term financial debt, including intragroup debt. We find no evidence that the amount of trade credit taken is influenced by affiliation with the supplier.     

基于重心法的农产品收购站选址问题研究——以海伦市共合镇甜菜种植区为例

以海伦市共合镇甜菜运输问题为研究对象，运用重心法对该镇甜菜收购站的选址问题进行优化研究，优化后原料收购站选址更加合理、有效缩短了甜菜的运输距离并降低了运输成本、提高了物流效率。
