基于网络处理器IXP2400的组播包高速转发技术

传统的IP报文的组播技术,由于在处理过程中需要把整个报文的内容报文复制多份,因此处理器需要对缓存报文的外部存储空间进行多次I/O操作,这严重制约了当前处理器,特别是网络处理器的高速报文处理能力,转发效率不高.为此,提出了一种新的技术--"零拷贝"转发技术.该技术只修改报文头,报文体不复制,减少了大量的I/O操作,提高了转发效率.     

基于体积分方程法的起伏地形三维电场正演

利用体积分方程实现了起伏地形三维电场的正演模拟。首先推导了起伏地形条件下的积分方程,在求解电并矢格林函数积分这一关键问题时,将其分解为一次电流项、一次电荷项和二次项;随后进行了模型试算,结果表明电场在地形和地下不均匀体处均有异常出现。

Endogenous market structures and contract theory: Delegation, principal-agent contracts, screening, franchising and tying

I study the role of unilateral strategic contracts for firms active in markets with price competition and endogenous entry. Traditional results change substantially when the market structure is endogenous rather than exogenous. They concern (1) contracts of managerial delegation to non-profit maximizers, (2) incentive principal-agent contracts in the presence of moral hazard on cost-reducing activities, (3) screening contracts in case of asymmetric information on the productivity of the managers, (4) vertical contracts of franchising in case of hold-up problems and (5) tying contracts by monopolists competing also in secondary markets. Firms use always these contracts to strengthen price competition and manage to obtain positive profits in spite of free entry.     

Social exchange: Empirical examination of form and focus

We investigate similarities and differences among prominent types of social exchange (psychological contract fulfillment, perceived organizational support, trust in the organization, leader-member exchange, and trust in the supervisor) and propose that two higher-order factors represent social exchanges with the organization and with the supervisor. We investigate their prediction of important employee work attitudes, citizenship behaviors, and performance. Based on data from 448 employees, empirical tests support the existence of organization- and supervisor-directed social exchanges. Tests using structural equation modeling support unique predictions of attitudinal and behavioral work outcomes.     

协同通信系统中差分调制在Rayleigh衰落信道中的误码性能分析

根据源-中继-目的节点链路的等效信噪比模型,推导了检测传送和选择检测传送两种 协议下目的节点瞬时信噪比的概率密度函数和特征函数,基于此推导了协同DMPSK调制近似 误符号率的闭合表达式。推导结果不含积分表达式,方便计算,为系统设计和功率分配提供 了理论基础。最后通过仿真验证了推导结果的正确性。     

制度诱制型跨越式发展:破解发展悖论的战略选择

2020年是我国全面建成小康社会的关键年份,跨越式发展已成为国内战略规划以及经济研究领域的热点问题。跨越式发展是落后地区赶超先进的过程,要么学习先进地区的经验实现赶超,要么在先发地区挤压的空间中亦步亦趋,面临发展悖论。对照国内外的发展情况,以贵州省的跨越式发展为例,通过诱制性制度,既尊重客观的市场规律,培育市场主体,又充分发挥社会主义制度的优越性,通过一系列措施诱导市场、社会和民众积极参与经济发展,实现了跨越式发展,走出了贵州跨越式发展的独特道路。     

Uncertainty perception in bidding for Product-Service Systems under competition

This research investigates what impact of uncertainty perception arising from the existence of competition has on the pricing decision for Product-Service Systems (PSS) under uncertainty. PSS provision is an increasingly important area for many businesses and competition increases cognitive pressures on providers even further. We present an experimental study with industrial costing and bidding experts from the defence and aerospace sector. The study consisted of an experimental set-up via two questionnaires which differed in the existence of competition in the bidding scenario. The findings showed that bidding decision makers changed their evaluation of the cost estimate due to the introduction of competition but kept their evaluations of the profit margin and price bids constant. Furthermore, the participants listed the relevant sources of uncertainty that influenced their decision-making process. This research contributes to the literature in two ways. First, our findings showed that predictions from current theory regarding decision-making of cost estimation and pricing are not confirmed when competitively bidding for PSS. Second, we show uncertainty sources that influenced the decision makers and identified p the importance of internal processes of the PSS provider and environmental uncertainty.     

基于嵌入式平台的高速CCSDS帧处理设备设计

针对空间链路数据传输速率的提高,设计了一种基于嵌入式PowerPC和FPGA平台的高速、可配置的实时帧处理系统。主要描述了系统的硬件电路,采用了PowerPC作为主处理器进行控制与数据处理;采用FPGA作为外部输入输出接口,并进行CCSDS帧的解析处理。FPGA映射到PowerPC中EMIF一段地址空间,通过总线进行数据交互。FPGA设计采用VHDL语言描述,主要对帧同步机制、RS译码进行设计。PowerPC设计采用Vxworks系统,满足实时性要求。实践证明系统的高速性和高可靠性。
