基于"认知-属性"研究范式的消费者品牌认知研究虽然取得了丰硕的成果,但对消费者品牌认知仍缺乏深层次的理解。基于分析心理学的原型理论(Archetype Theory)为研究者从更深层次思考消费者的品牌认知以及消费者品牌理论的建构提供了新的概念依据,而且为创新品牌理论提供了思想和方法上的启示。本文回顾了原型的概念、品牌与原型的关系、品牌原型的分类、原型的研究方法,最后提出了原型在品牌领域有待未来研究的主要问题。 相似文献

Through an ethnographic study of how consumers perceive and experience Louis Vuitton flagship stores, we show that luxury stores are becoming hybrid institutions, embodying elements of both art galleries and museums, within a context of exclusivity emblematic of luxury. We create the term “M(Art)World” to capture the essence of this aesthetically oriented strategy. Participants take note of the company's sleekly elegant architecture, interior design, and adroit use of lighting that are modelled after those of museums housing world-class exhibits. The store's merchandize is artisanal, often produced in collaboration with artists. Objects for sale are displayed alongside actual art, rendering both products equivalent. Employees function as curators, offering guidance and knowledge, as well as goods for sale. We analyze how luxury consumers experience and evaluate the ways in which luxury stores operate as contemporary art institutions, and extrapolate those insights into managerial implications for other retail venues. 相似文献

When cultures interact within the family, consumption decisions take on meaning beyond simply who is the decision maker. The usual compromises all spouses face are amplified when one spouse is displaced from another country. Interviews and observation are used to examine the lived-world of bi-national (where spouses are from different countries of origin) and mono-national families. Key themes emphasize how members of families insert their cultures in navigating consumption decisions and reconciling preferences. Using food consumption as context, findings reveal the extent to which individual partners relinquish part of their personal cultural identities to gain a synergistic collective identity at the family level. In discussing strategies of acknowledgment, negotiation, accommodation and unification, implications are drawn for family decision-making, family identity and consumer–brand relationship theory. 相似文献

While most brands belong to individual enterprises, some brands are collective and based in a single territory. This paper, based on qualitative research, examines the characteristics of these territorial brands using the case study of the wines of Champagne in France. Employing a series of primary data sets and past studies the paper first explores the nature of the territorial brand (including its overarching nature and emergent development), then develops an analysis of the preconditions for strong territorial brands. The proposition is that these include a specific type of brand manager, a definite willingness to co-operate, a common mythology and local engagement. The paper considers goods that are inseparable from their origin whereas prior literature focuses only on services of this type. This paper also provides insights for marketers of territorial products in terms of how to ensure their success both in local and global markets as well as how to leverage the origin appropriately. 相似文献

Brand orientation has been recognized as having a positive impact on organizational performance in both commercial and nonprofit sectors. However, limited studies have examined the moderating effects of brand orientation in the nonprofit sector, particularly in the higher education context. This study attempts to examine the construct of brand orientation from the perspective of the students and examine its moderating role on the relationship between service quality, satisfaction, loyalty, and word-of-mouth (WOM) communication behavior. Two hundred and fifty-eight questionnaires were completed by undergraduate students of an Australian university. The study found that students’ perception of a university’s brand orientation significantly moderates the relationship between service quality, loyalty, and WOM communication behavior. Increasingly often, companies ‘co‐create’ with consumers in open innovation practices to develop new products more effectively. Little is known about how co‐creation affects consumer brand perceptions in the mass market. We hypothesize that co‐creative brands – as opposed to non–co‐creative brands – are perceived as more authentic and sincere, and are associated with relatively positive behavioural intentions. A between‐subjects experiment was conducted to test these hypotheses in an online panel of consumers who did not take part in co‐creation. The experiment had a 3 (control vs. co‐creation vs. co‐creation supported with some visual proof) × 2 (well‐known existing brand vs. fictitious brand) design. Quantitative data analyses (n = 530) confirmed that for both brands, co‐creation affects brand personality perceptions directly and behavioural intentions indirectly. This study shows that co‐creating with consumers can be a strategic method to positively influence product perceptions and behavioural intentions. 相似文献

为了能够获得最大的经济效益和传播效果,旅游电商企业必须寻求最佳的广告媒体组合策略。本文在分析国内旅游电子商务企业SWOT现状的基础上,阐述在线旅游消费者的构成及其消费行为,揭示旅游电子商务企业广告媒体组合的可行性、互补性、效应性等原则,并以携程旅行网为例实证分析行之有效的媒体广告媒体策略。提出网络媒体的充分利用是携程网媒体组合策略最凸显的部分;各种丰富的品牌合作活动拓宽了媒体宣传渠道,接触到了更多的目标消费者;通过定期出版的杂志来培养受众的阅读和消费习惯,并与电子媒体进行功能上的互补。但也在市场细分、广告媒体组合推广策略、品牌个性塑造、与消费者的反馈互动等方面存在不足。 相似文献

[目的]通过分析当前海南生态农业旅游品牌开发现状及其模式类型,试图推动海南生态农业旅游产业转型升级。[方法]从国际旅游岛视角以例证法论述海南生态农业旅游业存在的问题,并提出解决问题的具体措施。[结果]当前海南生态农业旅游项目真正建立起自主品牌仅占总数的8.9%,比例不高,且地区间差距明显;海南生态农业旅游项目在特色产业、景观、文化等3个方面对品牌的拉动乏力。[结论]海南开发生态农业旅游品牌、打造国际旅游岛具有诸多天然优势,包括自然环境独特、农作物类型多样且观赏价值高、旅游业发展基础好及对外开放历史长等,应秉承可持续发展原则进一步挖掘自身内在的优质旅游资源、创新生态旅游产品、提高基础设施建设、优化整合旅游资源、丰富旅游产业形态。 相似文献
