宏观调控对我国房地产业发展的影响研究

2006年是我国房地产业宏观调控政策出台最多和调控力度最大的一年.经过一年的宏观调控,房地产业发展的长效机制逐步建立与完善,土地资源严格控制和规范出让的制度逐步形成,房地产业最终实现了以规范求发展、以稳定保持续的目标.此次调控对房地产业的影响具体表现为:一、二线城市的房地产供需呈现出不同的发展态势;房地产市场五大主体的行为方式产生了新变化;对房地产业督察力度的加大使得部分项目陷入搁置危机;等等.     

Parental eating messages and dietary guideline compliance of college students

The purpose of this study was to identify parental eating messages from the point of view of 340 college students and the relationship of these messages to dietary guideline practices. Four types of parental eating messages were identified: (1) threat or guilt, (2) picky eater, (3) food as health, (4) critical weight. Five types of dietary guide practices were identified: (1) fat meals and snacks, (2) vegetable–fruit, (3) sugar‐salt convenience food, (4) fitness–protein–carbohydrate, (5) fat add‐ons. The lack of association of parental eating messages with any of the dietary guideline factors suggests that messages are not affecting the food choices of these college students. Parental messages may in fact represent the way different cultures address eating, parenting and caring.     

Making healthy eating messages more effective: combining integrated marketing communication with the behaviour ecological model

Encouraging healthy living involves a complex set of factors that interact with each other. Effective social communication strategies and conceptual models are needed in order to plan and maintain a desired level of societal change. More understanding is needed as to how different levels of society are affected by social communication messages. This paper examines how a social marketing strategy should be targeted in order to maximize societal change. In this paper the Multi‐levelled/Multimedia Model of Social Change is presented. This amalgamates integrated marketing communication principles and the Behavioural Ecological Model. It provides a basis for understanding how consistent messages and methods of communication affect long‐term behavioural or attitudinal change at the individual and societal levels.     

因势利导地促进我国房地产业健康发展

1998年以来我国房地产业的快速发展对促进国民经济增长、推进城镇化进程、改善人民生活等方面发挥了积极的作用。但是,也应当看到,当前房地产市场区域性、结构性问题比较突出,主要表现在一些地区存在房地产投资规模过大,商品住房价格上涨过快,供应结构不合理,市场秩序比较混乱等突出问题。这就要求必须进一步加强对房地产市场的引导和调控,及时解决商品住房市场运行中的矛盾和问题,努力实现商品住房供求基本平衡,切实稳定住房价格,促进房地产业的健康发展。     

论传统养生与现代休闲

在我国,中医养生由来已久,是我国传统文化的精髓所在。而现代人休闲生活的理念,源于西方,是一种全新的生活方式。二者虽然产生的文化背景不同,但在调节心情保持健康上都发挥着不可替代的作用。本文就这一问题,提出了几点看法。     

大学生坚持诵读经典名篇有利于培育健全人格

中华民族历经千百年岁月淘洗流传下来的经典诗文,不但是汉语言文学的典范和精华,更是蕴蓄着中华民族的精神和品格.组织大学生诵读语言凝练、意存高远、富有哲理的经典诗文,有利于学生增进语文能力,提高文化素养;有利于开发学生的记忆潜能.培养好学精神;有利于大学生陶冶高雅情操.提升人生境界;有利于开拓心胸志趣,锻铸坚强意志;更有利于把传统优秀文化的种子播撒到学生幼稚的心田,让学生成长的根深深扎在民族文化的沃土里.     

物联网技术在农村基层医疗卫生管理中的应用

物联网技术在医疗机构的应用,特别是农村基层医疗卫生管理机构中应用并不广泛。本文主要分析物联网在现阶段农村基层卫生管理中的应用现状;提出物联网技术在农村信息化,医疗管理硬实力和基层医疗机构布局3个方面的可行性应用。并指出了物联网技术在实施农村基层医疗卫生管理中的问题。     

体育与健康课程教学对学生多元智能发展作用的研究

本文运用问卷调查法和座谈法对海南省部分大学、中学从事体育研究及教学工作的教师进行了调研,从新课程理论实施的可行性入手,旨在了解体育新课程教学对培养学生多元智能发展的作用。     

Studying food tastes among young adults using Bourdieu's theory

The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between social position and food tastes. The empirical data stem from a survey carried out in 1991 on 703 people aged 23–26 years. Bourdieu's theory of the relationship between social position and consumption was used as a theoretical framework. Bourdieu attacks the position often expressed by economists that consumers are similar in most respects except for their economic capital. He introduced the concept ‘cultural capital’ when describing different consumption practices and emphasizes the relationship between gender and food tastes. The social position variables in this study include economic and cultural capital, and gender. Participants were asked to evaluate exotic, healthy, filling, inexpensive and traditional food. Two dimensions of food orientations were observed: food as form and food as function. Economic capital was of importance concerning the costs of food and its filling functions. Groups rich in cultural capital were more interested in healthy and exotic food and less interested in filling food than those possessing less cultural capital. Women were more concerned about healthy food than men. Cultural capital had an independent effect when economic capital was constant.     

试论大学生文明礼仪与心理素质的关系

在大学校园有许多不知礼、不守礼、不文明的行为,还有许多与大学生的礼仪素养、与精神文明建设极不和谐的现象。通常情况下,这部分人和行为都被视为没有素质、没修养。殊不知有些情况是与大学生不健全的心理素质息息相关的。文中以这部分学生为例,来探讨一下大学生文明礼仪与心理素质之间的关系。
