中国农业现代化建设之路

在阐述中国农业建设成就与差距的基础上,提出了发展非农产业,加大智力投入,保护和农业资源与生态环境,促进可持续发展中等中国农业现代化建设任务。     

认清形势明确任务开创农业计划工作新局面——在全国农业计划工作会议上的讲话

分析了2000年农业和农村经济形势,指出农业结构调整取得明显进展,农业和农村经济发展中存在的突出问题是农民增收困难。在此基础上从6个方面明确了2001年农业计划工作的主要任务：一是推进农业结构调整;二是加快西部农业开发;三是大力发展农业产业化经营;四是编制和实施“十五”计划;五是研究应对加入世贸组织的措施;六是加大农业投资建设力度。最后从3个方面提出了做好农业计划工作的意见;一是突出农业发展和建设主线;二是加强制度建设,规范计划管理;三是提高干部队伍素质,进一步转变作风。     

系统性金融风险：来源、最新研究进展及方向

本文对系统性金融风险的概念界定、生成原因、传导渠道以及防范等方面具有代表性的文献进行了梳理和述评,总结了系统性金融风险的最新研究进展,指出了今后的研究方向及对中国的启示。     

Remaining focus increases task evaluation and future task perseverance

Across six studies, the present research explores the effect of task progress focus—that is, attending to the distance of one's present state from either the beginning of a task (i.e., accumulated focus) or the end of it (i.e., remaining focus)—on task evaluation and subsequently on future task perseverance (i.e., willingness to perform the task again upon finishing it). The results show that relative to accumulated focus, remaining focus increases people's feelings of productivity on the task, which increases their task evaluation and subsequently their perseverance intentions toward the task. Moreover, we find that remaining (vs. accumulated) focus increases task evaluation regardless of whether people are in the early stage of the task or near the end. However, it decreases people's motivation to complete the task in the former stage but increases their motivation in the latter stage. Alternative interpretations in terms of task duration, self-efficacy beliefs, and task quantity are evaluated and ruled out.     

When Power Hurts: Task‐dependent Resource Control Creates Temporary Discomfort that Motivates Helping Behaviour

This study investigated why workers in a position of power are motivated to help their dependent co‐workers. Previous research has assumed that powerful workers would experience increased behavioural approach and disinhibition, leading to selfishness and lower levels of help. However, this assumption fails to explain the helping behaviour often observed at work. In this study, 563 participants were placed in situations of power across three experiments, which measured helpfulness, discomfort, and behavioural approach and inhibition. The results suggest that power creates psychological discomfort, which mediates helping behaviour. Providing help reduced feelings of discomfort. This study helps reconcile previous mixed findings when applying power theories to work situations, and tested a new discomfort‐reduction explanation for helping behaviour. Copyright © 2018 ASAC. 银行基层党组织服务中心工作的若干思考

企业的思想政治工作是我党宣传思想工作的重要组成部分。党的十七大报告强调,科学发展观、社会和谐是发展中国特色社会主义的基本要求。这就要求我们要从贯彻落实科学发展观与构建和谐社会的高度,解放思想、更新观念,这既是企业发展大局的战略要求,也是思想政治工作者的基本素质要求。本文紧密结合思想政治工作理论,从基层企业的实际需求出发,针对思想政治工作有效服务基层企业的中心工作这一课题提出了几点想法及思考。     

Multi‐Level Efficacy Evidence of a Combined Interprofessional Collaboration and Project Management Training Program for Healthcare Project Teams

Project work is essential for the improvement of healthcare organizations; yet, project management and collaboration in the project context are not taught to healthcare professionals. Three half‐day training workshops integrating project management and collaboration were designed and delivered to 14 interprofessional healthcare project teams. Multivariate measures were taken over the course of 36 weeks. Individual, team, and project‐level results showed high satisfaction and perceptions of utility; improved self‐efficacy for project‐specific task work and teamwork; increased goal clarity and coordination; and a significant impact on the functional performance of projects. This study provides initial benchmark measures regarding the pertinence of project management and interprofessional collaboration training for healthcare project teams.

党的先进性是历史的和具体的。“三个代表”重要思想使党的先进性有了新的时代内容。积极践行“三个代表”重要思想,我们就保持了党的先进性。     

情绪智力与工作绩效关系的研究综述

文章对近年来情绪智力与工作绩效关系的研究进行了回顾和总结,依据组织中不同层次的工作绩效的划分,综述了情绪智力与管理者工作绩效、员工工作绩效、团队工作绩效的关系,并指出了未来研究的五个方向：对情绪智力定义与结构的研究、情绪智力与关系绩效关系的研究、情绪智力影响工作绩效机理的研究、情绪智力与工作绩效关系的实证研究、情绪智力与工作绩效关系研究的本土化问题。     

论土地科学技术普及

文章根据《中华人民共和国科学技术普及法》的精神和《国土资源科学技术普及行动纲要》的要求,论述了我国土地科学技术普及的意义、现状、开展土地科普应坚持的指导思想和原则、所要实现的目标和任务;提出四项保障措施:①认真学习《科普法》和《国土资源科普行动纲要》,进一步提高对土地科普工作的认识;②编制土地科普年度计划;③落实土地科普机构和工作人员;④落实土地科普工作专门经费。
