试析FDI对我国产业结构的影响

外商直接投资对一个国家产业结构优化有着重要的影响，它直接关系着产业结构优化的程度。就我国目前的情况来看，外商直接投资对中国的产业结构的调整和优化还需要有不小的改进。基于此．本文对外商直接投资对我国产业的利弊作分析，进而提出解决的对策。     

依托高新带深化带动西部大开发

依靠高新技术产业驱动区域经济发展是当今国内外落后地区实现跨越式发展的必由之路,也是深化带动西部大开发的内在要求。西部重点经济带具有较强的科技实力和较好的技术创新基础,已逐步形成了具有相当规模的陕西关中和成—绵—渝两条高新技术产业开发带,对推动西部高新技术产业和经济社会全面协调发展发挥了强大的辐射带动作用。提出应确立依托西部高新带深化带动西部大开发的新的发展战略。     

非正式制度视角下的集群企业信誉机制

产业集群中的企业信誉是保证产业集群有序运作的前提,要保证企业间高效的合作就必须有强有力的制度保障。与科层组织的信誉机制不同,产业集群中企业间的信任和合作主要是依靠非正式制度。文章从关系性嵌入、专用性投资,以及联合制裁三个方面对此问题进行了阐释。文章的结论是,产业集群中特有的信誉机制是导致产业集群竞争优势的一个重要原因。     

我国电子信息产业国际竞争力现状评析

随着信息化时代的来临,信息产业已经成为国民经济中的关键产业和战略产业,一国信息产业国际竞争力将对该国综合国际竞争力有举足轻重的影响,本文借鉴了其他学者的基本评价体系,就我国电子信息产业的国际竞争力现状及成因进行了整体上的初步分析。     

External cooperation and entrepreneurial orientation in industrial clusters

ABSTRACT

The aim of this paper is to examine the relationship between external cooperation and entrepreneurial orientation (EO). This relationship is explored in cluster environment, wherein entrepreneurial organizations compete and cooperate simultaneously to pursue opportunities. The following hypothesis is tested: External cooperation is positively correlated with entrepreneurial orientation. The hypothesis is tested with a correlation analysis on a sample of 77 small-sized enterprises operating in the Malopolska region in Poland, wherein several clusters are active. Additionally, the regression analysis is conducted to examine the associations between inter-organizational cooperation and EO dimensions. The findings confirm that external cooperation is positively correlated with EO. This observation is confronted with a pro-competitive approach that is a constitutional element of the entrepreneurship concept. Moreover, the findings show that the correlation between external cooperation and a firm’s performance is stronger than between some other EO dimensions and performance. Additionally, the findings show the important role of relationships between organizations and their clients. In the paper, several remarks for development of the theory are discussed, including the need for incorporating inter-organizational cooperation into a set of entrepreneurial traits and reflecting it in entrepreneurial orientation scales. The findings confirm the importance of that direction of theory development that focuses on inter-organizational collaboration in the context of entrepreneurship.     

Important Intermediate Transactions and Multi-sectoral Modelling

For the maintenance and development of a disaggregated econometric model, the present paper deals with some aspects related to the identification of important intermediate transactions. First, some methodological aspects related to earlier works are discussed. By comparing the properties of different selection methods based on the recent West German input–output table, the calculations confirm the common finding that the necessary level of endogenization can be bounded meaningfully by an a priori investiga tion of the intersectoral transactions. This is also valid if the selection method considers restrictions that deal with the consistence of input–output tables and if some broader error criteria are applied. The main result of the empirical applications seems to be that some attention should be paid to temporal changes of important coefficients.

分析了生态园林城市的概念及提出背景;对园林城市、生态园林城市、生态城市建设理论模式进行了辨析;探讨了生态园林城市规划理念,即整体协调发展理念、综合要素统筹理念、有限目标理念、城市开敞空间管制理念、科学指标体系理念;指出生态园林城市实现生态化的主导途径为城市结构生态化和城市功能生态化;提倡在继承、发展和保护的基础上规划生态园林城市的主体--生态园林绿地系统.

由于城市核心具备多方面的功能与价值特征 ,作者认为 ,其可持续发展战略需要从多学科角度进行融贯综合的研究 ,形成包含历史、创新、特色、环保、社区、经营诸多理念的新的城市化观 ,并以此为指导进行旧城更新 ,以达到城市核心文脉永驻、文化永续、魅力永存、环境平衡、社区永生、活力永现的目标 ,实现可持续发展。
