加入WTO后我国民族自治地方发展边境贸易的政策及其机制探析

边境贸易长期以来一直是民族自治地方经济发展的主要推动力之一。然而,我国民族自治地方的边境贸易总量规模小、出口商品档次低、与有关周边国家的边境贸易不平衡、贸易政策不对等。民族自治地方边境贸易发展还存在一些深层次的制约因素。目前,我国边境贸易政策与WTO有关协议存在一些不一致的地方。今后,加快发展我国民族自治地方的边境贸易,应该从边境地区实际情况出发,按照WTO规则和鼓励我国民族自治地方经济发展的要求,调整和完善现行民族自治地方边境贸易的政策与管理,进一步提高边境贸易的档次,规范贸易行为,以促进边境贸易的健康发展。     

浅论比较优势理论与中国服务贸易

利用比较优势理论对我国服务贸易进行分析。探讨比较优势理论对服务贸易的适用性及影响服务贸易比较优势的因素。通过对1998—2002年我国服务贸易的出口竞争力系数的计算,考察我国在服务贸易领域的比较优势状况,最后得出我国现阶段发展服务贸易,将比较优势转变为竞争优势的措施。

通过对嘉兴地区服装企业的广泛调研，阐述了本地区服装行业中呈聚集效应的平湖服装、海宁皮革、桐乡羊毛衫、丝绸服装等产业在现阶段发展中所保持的优势及存在的不足。在此基础上指出嘉兴实现从服装大市到服装强市的发展策略。     

知识型服务贸易与经济增长

在罗默、格罗斯曼和赫尔普曼知识国际流动增长模型的基础上，比较分析了在知识国际流动的情况下，没有知识型服务贸易和有知识型服务贸易的经济增长差异，指出了知识型服务贸易对消除知识和技术在国际间的重复研发，提高长期创新率和经济增长率的重要作用，并就加快我国知识型服务贸易的发展提出了政策建议。

中国出口产品频繁遭遇倾销指控长期以来受到理论界的关注，大量的研究成果从不同侧面对如何应对国外倾销指控进行了探讨。频繁遭遇倾销指控与中国出口企业的营销战略存在重要联系。出口企业在产品定位、营销定价、市场选择和渠道建设等方面存在的一些问题，导致中国出口产品过于依赖低价竞争，易于引发倾销指控。为避免反倾销对出口贸易的不利影响，出口企业应主动调整营销战略。     

英国脱欧后美欧贸易投资关系及其变化

由于英国正式脱欧,美国与欧洲的贸易和投资关系快速变化。从贸易角度看,商品贸易中欧盟地位有所下降,成为美国第三大商品出口市场和第二大进口来源市场,美欧之间的贸易商品构成也发生了变化;服务贸易中由于英国所占份额最大,英国脱欧也将影响美欧之间的服务贸易额。从投资角度看,美欧仍是彼此最大的外国直接投资的来源地和目的地。     

The Pollution Terms of Trade

This paper introduces the concept of a ‘pollution terms of trade’ index. It measures the environmental gains or losses that a country sustains from engaging in international trade. The index distinguishes between the trade composition effect and the environmental technology effect. Calculations of the trade composition effect reveal a gap between developed and developing nations.     

Industrial Concentration,Output, and Trade: An Empirical Exploration

This paper explores the relationship between concentration, output and trade usingtheory and empirical analysis of matched data on 82 manufacturing industries in seven countries. It finds that the higher is domestic concentration in an industry compared to international concentration, the lower is the domestic share of world output and thesmaller are net exports. This relationship persists even when industries with high levelsof concentration are excluded.     

On the Distribution of CBOE Option Trade Prices Occurring Between Consecutive Stock Trades

This paper examines the volume distribution of option trade prices that occurs when the underlying stock price remains constant. The width of these option trade price bands provides direct evidence on the law of one price and the redundancy of options assumed in many option models. We find that index option bands are narrower than equity option bands. Furthermore, for both equity and index options, puts have narrower bandwidths than calls. In general, option price bandwidth is narrow and can be explained by the minimum price movement allowed by the Chicago Board Options Exchanges (CBOE). This supports the single price law and the redundancy assumption. The existence of bid/ask quotes on the option does not materially affect the above results although it does alter the frequency of multiple option trade prices for a given underlying stock price. We note that over 53% of option trading volume occurs without bid/ask quotes on the CBOE compared to less than 15% a decade ago. Our results suggest that the effective bid/ask spread on options is probably no larger than the minimum price movements allowed by the CBOE. Furthermore, the need for the liquidity services of market makers may be declining if the decline in quoting activity stems from cross trading (i.e. trades not involving market makers).
