基于社会认知理论的虚拟社区信息共享影响因素分析

目前,我国各种类型的虚拟社区、社区成员间信息共享存在的问题主要体现在虚拟社区监管制度很难规范,虚拟社区成员参与不足及交流方式不规范,虚拟社区成员间缺乏信任等方面。影响虚拟社区中信息流动和信息共享的三个因素:自我能力感、结果预期和信任。在虚拟社区中,应提高社区成员信息共享的自我能力感,增强社区成员信息共享者的自豪感和满足感,加强对虚拟社区信息的共享者的激励,从而更好地促进虚拟社区信息流动和信息共享。     

浅析高校资产管理问题

21世纪我国高等教育的发展已经站在一个新的历史起点,高校间的竞争不仅是人才、科技和文化等"软实力"的竞争,同时,也是经费、设施等"硬实力"的竞争。充足的高校资产为人才培养、科学研究提供物质基础和竞争保障,而目前高校在资产管理方面存在诸多问题,如资产管理制度不健全、资产管理环节存在缺陷、管理手段缺乏创新等,这些问题严重制约高校资产资源利用的效益最大化,从而在一定程度上阻碍了高等教育的良好发展。本文旨在通过分析高校资产管理方面的现存问题,对深化资产管理提出相应的措施和建议。     

谈人事档案管理

目前,干部人事档案管理存在交接程序不完善、管理手段落后、硬件设施有限、职称评审无纸化与传统人事档案管理方式的冲突、档案材料范围狭窄等问题。随着我国人事制度改革力度的不断加大,在新形势下,为使人事档案的管理工作与时俱进,日臻完善,笔者建议通过档案集中管理、提高管理人员素质、加强基础设计建设、改革档案装订制度等措施,全面提升人事档案管理工作。     

Too transparent for signalling? A global analysis of bond issues by property companies

Bond issues often result in negative revaluations of the market value of equity. These market reactions are usually explained by negative signals and asymmetric information about the use of the proceeds. In industries with rather transparent investment opportunities these arguments are not applicable and we expect to find no negative revaluations. Consequently, analysing the stock price reactions to 2299 bond issues by real estate companies between 1996 and 2019, we observe none to positive reactions on the announcement of an upcoming bond issue. The findings underpin the necessity for controlling of industry effects in empirical studies on capital structure decisions.

Issue linkage versus ringfencing in international agreements*

Issue linkage is often regarded as a means to enhance international cooperation in the presence of a sovereignty constraint. This constraint means a country can leave an agreement whenever it likes, if the perceived gains from leaving are larger than the gains from staying in the agreement. We set up a model of international agreements in which future gains from cooperation are uncertain, and it is bad realizations that can lead to exit. In this environment, we show that ringfencing dominates issue linkage, even in the absence of complementarities between separate issues, if the degree of uncertainty is sufficiently large.
