关于建立火灾隐患整治长效机制有效整改顽固性火灾隐患的几点思考

消防安全工作在保卫经济发展、社会稳定方面发挥着重要的作用。因此火灾隐患不断得到整改,但是一些顽固性的隐患一直无法得到彻底根除。文章结合常熟市近年来火灾隐患整治的实际情况,就建立火灾隐患整治长效机制、有效消除顽固性火灾隐患进行了探讨。

解决管理冲突 加强区域扬尘污染控制的管理机制

地处上海市中心城区的静安通过滚动实施环境保护和建设三年行动计划,环境质量得到持续改善,扬尘污染程度持续减轻,尤其在世博会期间,区域环境空气质量创下历史新高,本文分析总结了静安区在扬尘污染控制管理中的经验,指出在扬尘污染防治方面依然存在问题,如:意识不足、管理部门之间和管理时间上存在冲突等,提出通过强化高位协调,加大财政投入;加强执法检查,建立科学化考核机制;找准扬尘污染重点突破口,加强三监联动;加强宣传,做好公众监督等措施,进一步做好区域扬尘污染控制,建立扬尘污染控制管理的长效机制。     

Moderating Effect of Relationship Life Cycle in Long-Term Orientation of Firm-Supplier Relationships

Abstract

The study of the long-term orientation of the commercial relationships established between companies and their suppliers is a topic of great interest at the present time. But although many authors have analyzed this temporal orientation, few have examined its dynamic nature. Moreover, there are no previous studies looking at the moderating effect of the relationship life cycle on the factors determining the temporal orientation of these relationships, comparing how some antecedents could have different effects depending on the specific stage the relationship has reached.

Thus, in the context of the Spanish agro-food sector, the current work examines this moderating effect, considering the industrial customers' point of view. Specifically, we analyze the effect of the initial stage compared with the intermediate stage of the life cycle on a set of antecedent factors of this long-term orientation. Our research offers important implications for the management of elements such as communication, cooperation, trust, satisfaction and commitment.     

Impact on Target Firm Risk-Return Characteristics of Domestic and Cross-Border Mergers and Acquisitions in Emerging Markets

Using a large sample of partial cross-border mergers and acquisitions from emerging countries, we show that these acquisitions significantly reduce the risk of the target firms and that the risk reduction is directly related to the changes in the international shareholder base and the strength of the investor right protection of the acquirer. We also find that these acquisitions are value creating because we see improvements in both the short-term and long-term risk-adjusted stock performance in target firms during the postacquisition period.

高校开展创新创业教育是高等教育改革发展的客观要求,是高等教育接轨国际的必然趋势,是高等教育服务社会的重要途径。以文化建设为引擎,构建长效机制是推动高校创新创业教育发展的有效举措。本文以南京工业大学为例,全面介绍学校在创新创业文化建设方面的现状及成效,以期为更多高校提供有益的决策参考。     

基于长期客流量的餐饮类团购经营策略研究

近年来餐饮类团购在都市十分盛行,但一次团购过后,商家却难以留住消费者。针对商家如何留住消费者的问题,文章通过问卷调查、深度访谈等的方式收集了关于团购前、中、后的一手和二手数据,分析描述了团购用户对于餐饮价格、餐饮种类、服务质量等因素的敏感程度,其结论与商家现状基本吻合。最终,文章针对长期客流量的转化提出可行措施,如团购用户优惠办理储蓄卡、享受额外服务等等,从而力求从根本上使服务价格与消费者的期望价格相一致,达成餐厅服务库存和用餐人数的统一。     

Commodity futures returns: more memory than you might think!†

This paper investigates long-range dependence in 14 commodity and 3 other financial futures returns series from 1993 to 2009 and shows that long memory is a pervasive phenomenon in contrast to the extant evidence. Utilizing a semi-parametric wavelet-based estimator with time windows, the results provide overwhelming evidence of time-varying long-range dependence in all futures returns series. Structural break tests indicate multiple regimes of dependence, in the majority of which the persistence parameter is statistically significant. The results also provide evidence of predominantly negative parameter values which are known as anti-persistence. The latter is consistent with investor overreaction to shocks and suggests temporary departures from market efficiency.
