本文结合现代物流特点,对徐州目前物流业发展状况进行分析,并提出具体解决措施,这些措施为徐州物流业的发展提供很好的借鉴意义。     

高等职业教育校企合作的现代学徒制人才培养模式

我国的高等职业教育是为社会培养人才重要的场所,应该坚持校企合作和工学结合的教育方针。但是在实际的实施中合作层次比较浅,缺乏一定的管理机制,合作方在各个方面表现得不够积极。因此,我们应该针对这些问题作出一些新的尝试和改变。要吸取校企合作中现代学徒制的成功经验,结合高等职业教育实际情况,找到校企合作的现代学徒制人才培养模式。     

The organisation of urban agriculture in Cape Town,South Africa: A social capital perspective

This article explores urban agriculture in Cape Town and its organisational forms. Based on a literature review of peer-reviewed articles and grey literature, it examines the state of linkages among urban farmers and various supporting organisations of urban agriculture. Moreover, it examines the coordination of activities among key supporting organisations. By analysing the roles of state and non-state actors and linkages, the article discusses implications for the development of urban agriculture. This article suggests that a lack of effective coordination of initiatives among supporting actors presents a significant pitfall in the development of urban agriculture. Furthermore, the failure of farmers to self-organise is identified as equally detrimental. Therefore, it calls for improved synergies between state and non-state actors involved to ensure that the gains of urban agriculture are enhanced.     

基于物联网技术平台的O2O商业模式研究

在国家大力推进产业结构调整、信息化的压力下,物联网技术和O2O商业模式作为信息时代的新型生产力,在国内的普及率并不高。本文运用案例分析的方法通过研究大学生创业项目引入O2O商业模式的概念,并与物联网技术有机结合,把握两者之间优势互补的关系,提出两者创新应用,同时从商业模式构成要素的角度对该模式进行系统、深入分析,为中国现代农业信息化建设和结构调整提供了新思路。     

现代职业教育视野下,对建筑企业教育培训工作的探讨

当代社会,企业之间的竞争归根到底是人力资源的竞争,企业为了能在激烈的市场竞争中独占鳌头,使尽浑身解数,其中员工培训就是极其重要的一种手段。然而,大多数建筑企业培训无论是战略层面还是操作层面,违背现代职业教育的规律,难以对培训进行科学有效的管理。本文结合现代职业教育的相关理论,围绕员工"智能倾向定位"、"能力本位定位"等内容,探讨职业教育理论在建筑企业培训中的应用,强调"行动导向"培训方法的重要性。     

Adoption of precision farming tools: A context-related analysis

This paper deals with precision farming tools (PFTs), a way of farming which relies on specialized equipment, software and information technologies services, whose importance is underlined in recent documents of the European Union. Precision farming is an integrated and sustainable farm management system making use of modern technologies to increase farm’s profitability, by reducing environmental impact. In this paper we explore the complex mechanisms that affect PFT’s adoption by Italian farmers. More precisely, we try to analyse the context-related factors affecting adoption of PFTs in the Italian farms.Little research has been carried out in Italy on this topic, therefore our paper tries to fill a gap in literature. In order to investigate the process of technology adoption related to precision agriculture, a questionnaire was submitted to a sample of Italian farms. The questionnaire has been structured in order to apply the AKAP (Awareness, Knowledge, Adoption, Product) sequence. Our analysis underlines that context-related factors are fundamental dimensions to be explored in order to specify uptake of PFTs. Therefore, the paper has relevant policy implications, within the context of a new participatory approach to agricultural innovation characterized by bottom-up processes boosted by farmers, which has informed the recent policies of agricultural innovation at the EU level.     

LABOUR PRODUCTIVITY GROWTH IN THE LONG RUN: JAPAN, 1600–1909

This article examines long-term labour productivity change in Japan from the early seventeenth century to the nineteenth century. We constructed sectoral labour force estimates based on the methodology presented in a previous study, who provided a sectoral GDP series covering the Tokugawa period. Our results show the industrial structure in the Tokugawa period remained relatively stable in comparison with the economy after the Meiji Restoration. Nevertheless, the estimates of sectoral labour productivity suggest expansion of the market economy in Tokugawa Japan influenced the development of industrialisation after the Meiji Restoration.     

数字经济时代会计变革及对策

随着数字经济时代的来临，以人工智能技术为代表的现代信息技术越来越多地应用到会计工作中，会计工作将进入数字会计时代，向共享会计、管理会计、智能会计发展。为了适应数字经济带来的变化，会计机构要成为企业的“数据中心”，发挥管理和服务职能。会计人员要积极学习现代信息技术和管理知识，实现由核算型向管理型转型。     

青岛德租时期城市园林规划与设计探析

德国租借时期的青岛园林在中国近代园林中独树一帜，是世界范围的造林典范，是从造林到造园的成功探索，城市层面的建设意义突出。以史志、老照片、规划图与建设状况图等史实为依据，结合现场调研，梳理青岛园林规划，揭示其城市设计、科学生态、林业生产以及经济实用的规划思想。考证出公园、绿地以及林荫道布局在城市重要功能区；这些公园绿地既受到德国近代思潮的影响，又在地域环境中追求自然之美与森林化景观效果。希望理清青岛德国租借时期园林建设的状况，对当前我国城乡园林建设有所启发。
