The present study extends the established theoretical lenses for understanding the work–family interface beyond conflict and enrichment, suggesting role balance as a theory for understanding how balance among roles can be beneficial for employees. The present study develops a measure of work–life balance and tests whether work–life balance is beneficial beyond conflict and enrichment for all employees. Two employee studies were conducted on (1) 609 parents and (2) 708 non-parents, and structural equation modeling confirmed that the balance dimension was distinct from other work–life dimensions and outcomes, and the analysis of multiple models showed that work–life balance plays a significant indirect mediation effect between conflict and enrichment toward outcomes. Overall, work–life balance was important and broadly identical for both samples with consistent effects toward job and life satisfaction, and psychological outcomes, with work–life conflict being detrimental, work–life enrichment beneficial and work–life balance providing additional benefits, especially toward life satisfaction. The findings provide greater generalizability and highlight the importance of balance for all employees, especially those typically excluded in the work–family literature such as single and childless employees. 相似文献

在知识经济成为社会经济主导的今天,文化创意不仅仅是一种理念,而且具有巨大的经济效益和经济潜力。从全球角度讲,文化创意产业已成为国家竞争力的一部分。为了更加深入和直观的了解文化创意人才的培养模式,文中在人才供应链管理知识的基础上,收集了我国不同地区样本的9个指标的现实数据,并运用结构方程模型的方法和AMOS17软件对数据进行统计分析,拟合为一个文化创意人才培养相关性模型,找出四个相关性因素的比例。研究发现文化创意产业环境占比过半,而高校对于文化创意人才的培养、人才对接以及人才政策支持占比分别近似于2:2:1。研究采用了社会学科定量研究的结构方程模型及运用了人才供应链作为研究切入角度,其研究结果将为我国文化创意人才培养模式提出建设性对策与建议。 相似文献

氧化改性活性炭吸附去除水相中磺胺类抗生素 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
采用浓硫酸,浓硝酸,30%过氧化氢以及高锰酸钾溶液作为氧化剂,氧化改性活性炭以提高其对于水相中磺胺类抗生素的吸附能力。研究微波改性,浸渍改性,回流改性和超声辅助改性四种氧化方法对于活性炭吸附磺胺类抗生素能力的改善。实验结果表明,四种氧化剂氧化改性活性炭对于磺胺类抗生素的去除率均有明显提高,硝酸和硫酸改性可使去除率达到90%以上,但硫酸改性更适合大规模工业生产。回流改性是四种改性方法里最优的氧化方法。红外光谱和扫描电镜表征实验结果表明硫酸氧化改性会增加活性炭表面极性,但是会使微孔容积减小,由此推断这一吸附过程为化学吸附占主导地位。 相似文献

按价值取向将税收征管绩效分为税收征管效能和纳税服务品质,讨论组织资源能力对这二者及二者之间的相互关系。采用问卷调查法,运用描述性统计分析,信度和效度检验,验证性因子分析以及结构方程建模模型研究了组织资源能力对税收征管绩效影响,结果发现,组织资源能力对税收征管效能和纳税服务品质具有很强的正向影响,但纳税服务品质对税收征管效能的影响并不显著,且结果为负。说明在中国的国境下,组织资源能力的提高可以提升税收征管绩效,但服务品质的提高却未必能改善税收征管的成本和效益,政府应做好税务管理现代化实施过程的调控。 相似文献

In this paper a generalisation of the dividend growth model is developed. This model relates the growth in dividends to a company's earnings and asset base. The resulting model involves the solution of an eigenvalue system of equations. It is shown how a closed form approximation to this system exists. This longitudinal study attempts to examine those effects and relationships of various performance measuring dimensions using the balanced scorecard conceptual framework on travel agencies under different strategic orientations in Taiwan. A three-stage research design is adopted to explore a valid and reliable e-commerce strategy performance measuring model for travel agencies. The research also uses the structural equation modeling (SEM) approach to further empirically build up e-commerce cost leadership and differentiation strategy performance measurement models. The theoretical model identifies an underlying variable construct, dimensions, and their associated attributes which combine the traditional subjective or objective measures with operating measures of e-commerce strategy performances. According to this research, Taiwanese travel agencies consider five financial, three customer, four internal process, and three innovation and learning perspective indicators of performance measurement that also have cause-and-effect relationships among themselves under two different strategies. Finally, this paper proposes two optimal models that match the essential needs of e-commerce cost leadership and differentiation strategic development and overcomes the traditional performance measuring shortcomings. 相似文献
