灌注式护坡桩的设计方法

本文从分析护坡桩常见的破坏方式及原因入手，提出在设计中应对一些主要问题根据不同的条件具体进行考虑，并对灌注式护坡桩的设计方法进行了探讨。文章首先分析了护坡桩五种常见的破坏方式及原因，并按悬臂式、单锚浅埋、单锚深埋三种类型探讨，论述了灌注式护坡桩的设计方法，同时对基底隆起问题及锚杆设计问题进行了分析。     

宽带信号数字信道化及跨信道重构侦测技术

针对在无源探测大带宽信号的过程中会产生跨信道失真问题,提出了一种跨信道可重构的信道化方法。首先经过均匀滤波器组粗滤波,再引入检测时间自适应的双门限能量检测机制,对粗滤波信号进行跨信道判决,之后对各个跨信道信号分别进行可重构信道化设计,从而恢复出原始信号。与传统的数字信道化方法相比,该算法能够更新能量检测门限对跨信道信号进行实时判决,对跨信道信号的重构准确率高于98.3%,实现了对跨子信道带宽信号的近似无失真重构。Matlab仿真结果验证了算法的有效性。     

How passive ownership restrictions affect the rate of franchisee failure

What variables influence the adoption of passive ownership restrictions in franchise systems and what are the effects of these restrictions on the rate of franchisee failure of such systems? This article shows how standard performance models that do not account for self-selection of these contractual decisions can improperly suggest a negative relationship between the adoption of passive ownership restrictions and a performance outcome of franchise systems – the rate of franchisee failure. However, models that do account for self-selection of these restrictions indicate that these contractual decisions per se do not affect such a performance outcome. The findings also show that franchise systems with misaligned passive ownership restrictions show a higher rate of franchisee failure than their better-aligned counterparts.     

Institutional Ownership Type and Earnings Quality: Evidence from Iran

Institutional ownership is an important factor in corporate governance. Institutional investors play important roles in firms because of their substantial shareholdings and their capability to monitor managers. However, the question is whether they are capable of monitoring the managers. The literature has provided different evidence for the monitoring role of institutional investors. This study attempts to provide insights into the monitoring roles of institutional investors by examining the relationship between institutional ownership and earnings quality on the Tehran Stock Exchange. Institutional investors are classified into two groups, namely active institutional investors and passive institutional investors, based on their monitoring power in Iran. A multidimensional method is used to measure the various aspects of earnings quality, such as earnings response coefficient, predictive value of earnings, discretionary accruals, conservatism, and real earnings management. The results show that institutional ownership has a positive effect on earnings quality. Similar to total institutional ownership, active institutional ownership has positive effects on proxies of earnings quality. Nonetheless, passive institutional ownership does not have any power to affect earnings quality. Moreover, lead-lag tests of the direction of causality suggest that institutional ownership leads to more earnings quality and not the reverse.     

基于MATLAB的机械振动分析

大多数情况下机械振动是有害的。机械振动特别是在共振情况下,可使机器和仪器的功能受到影响,结构和构件损坏或产生变形,因此必须进行有效的控制。利用MATLAB软件强大的计算分析功能,可以较好地分析振动情况,解决实际问题。本文利用MATLAB软件对两自由度系统的振动进行了详细分析,通过改变参量的数值研究其运动规律,从而更好地理解振动特点,为实际生产提供理论参考。     

语用视角下的会议同声传译译员的主体性

语用学认为语言的使用是一个连续不断的选择过程,语言的选择应根据语境进行动态的顺应.同声传译过程中,译员应根据不同语境发挥主观能动性对语言作出选择,以尽可能充分地传递源语的意义.文章以语言顺应论为理论框架,探讨分析了同声传译过程中译员发挥主体性对语境的主动顺应和被动顺应.     

被动城市化进程中失地农民安置现状调查——以厦门“金包银”工程为例

以厦门市2005年以来为解决失地农民安置而实施的"金包银"工程为例,通过实地调研其发展现状,探讨被动城市化进程中失地农民的安置问题。研究发现,"工有其业"已成为被动城市化进程中解决失地农民安置问题的真正难点,尚需更多综合有效的配套措施,以帮助失地农民积累起能够在城市生存与生活下去的资本,最终真正融入城市生活。     

Risk choice and emotional experience: a multi-level comparison between active and passive decision-making

Abstract

Previous studies have consistently indicated the important role of emotional experience in decision-making. While both active and passive decision-making coexist in our daily lives, whether and how active and passive decision-making induce different emotional experience remains unclear. In the present research we conduct three studies to examine differences in emotional experience associated with active and passive decisions at multiple levels. First, at the individual level, using both active and passive modes of the Balloon Analog Risk Task in a laboratory behavior study, we demonstrate that active decision-making is associated with more positive emotional experience compared to passive decision-making, including more happiness, less distress, a greater sense of control, and a stronger sense of achievement. Second, at the neural level, we use functional magnetic resonance imaging and find greater activation in the brain’s emotional circuits during active decisions compared to passive decisions, regardless of the decision outcomes. Finally, at the population level, we conduct a large-scale survey to capture the perception of emotional experience during real-world active and passive decisions, and our results confirm that active decisions engender a greater sense of achievement and sense of control and people prefer active decisions to passive decisions. These findings provide valuable insights into the role of emotion experience in decision-making research and practices.     

毫米波辐射计探测装甲目标立体特性建模与仿真分析

以往的毫米波被动探测系统中为了简单往往将装甲目标等效为平面金属目标,忽视了它的复杂立体特性。针对这一问题,提出了装甲目标立体特性的概念,理论推导了装甲目标立体特性的客观存在,仿真分析了装甲目标的立体特性,并概括总结了装甲目标立体特性的影响因素。文中结论对装甲目标毫米波辐射特性研究及毫米波被动探测领域具有一定的参考价值。     

区域工业结构调整与专业化——基于广东省2000～2006年的实证研究

改革开放以来,广东四大区域经济都得到了前所未有的发展,区域间工业发展水平差异显著。东西两翼和山区都进行了一系列的结构调整,但与珠三角的差距不见缩小,反而日益扩大。文章认为这种现象可以归结于东西两翼和山区的工业结构调整的被动性以及不适当的专业化。为此山区与东西两翼必须采取变被动调整为主动调整,实现产业结构高度化。
