推荐专业技术职务量化办法作用分析--以S学院为例

2011年,S学院制定并实施了《教学系列高级、副高级和中级专业技术职务推荐量化办法》。通过对该办法的结构内容分析,总结其贴近职教,倾斜应用实践育人,重视教学、科研质量等方面的作用；也指出学科及专业之间缺少差异,科研项目量化比重远超教学及实践应用比重等不足,提出相应建议。     

Inflationary shocks and real output growth in nine Muslim-majority countries: Implications for Islamic banking and finance

Low and stable inflation is important for maintaining the viability of Islamic banking and finance within a dual banking system. Inflationary shocks when transmitted to real output growth cause a shift of investment to fixed return products as a hedge against the uncertainty of returns on equity investment under Islamic profit-loss sharing contracts. This study examines the transmission of inflationary shocks to the real economy for nine Muslim-majority countries (Bahrain, Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey) that have introduced Islamic banking, all except Iran within dual-banking systems. A structural vector autoregressive (SVAR) framework is deployed to understand macroeconomic relationships using annual data from the late 1970s to 2014. The key finding is that inflationary shocks affect real interest and exchange rates which in turn impact real output growth. The paper argues that the absorption of inflationary shocks in real interest and exchange rates is the outcome of rigidities in nominal interest and exchange rates within repressed financial systems. Policy regimes that allow for greater adjustment in nominal interest and exchange rates under a deregulated financial system would offer better shock absorption capacity which would lead to less volatility in inflation, real interest and exchange rates, and real output growth. The resulting more stable macroeconomic environment would be more conducive to the development of an Islamic financial sector that would promote economic growth.

以往学术界都把美国心理学家马斯洛奉为需求层次理论的鼻祖;但最新的研究成果,彻底推翻了这一陈见,认为中国明朝的科学家朱载堉才是需求层次理论的鼻祖,比美国人马斯洛还要早约三百六十多年,且朱载堉对需求层次的认知,要比马斯洛更独特,更显棋高一着。     

嬗变的传统:赣南闽西重修族谱的过程考察

当代赣南闽西地区的修谱活动,既很大程度地继承了传统,也在传统的基础上发生了一定的嬗变,体现了一些符合时代特点的新特征。一方面,修谱活动的组织过程保持了诸多传统的特色,如谱局的成立、调草、发谱仪式等。另一方面,当代宗族也注重吸收现代社会的组织理念和新鲜经验,比如成立更趋民主和平等色彩的现代组织机构理事会;经费筹集上更多地是采用灵活多样的市场化手段,如成立董事会、实施灵活的套餐计划鼓励捐赠等。这表明,宗族不是一个静态的组织,并不封闭、保守,而是具有较强的学习能力与开放性。     

我国银行保险的发展变迁与路径选择

银行保险是20世纪80年代以来,随着银行业全能化和保险业产销分离趋势的发展而形成的一种新型金融服务形式,并在欧美及亚洲的许多发达国家和地区取得了长足发展。我国银行保险业务的发展虽然起步较晚,但发展很快,进一步向纵深发展的态势非常明显。本文联系我国银行保险的发展变迁,深入剖析其中存在的主要问题,并提出符合我国现实国情的银行保险发展的路径选择。     

A STRUCTURAL RISK‐NEUTRAL MODEL FOR PRICING AND HEDGING POWER DERIVATIVES

We develop a structural risk‐neutral model for energy market modifying along several directions the approach introduced in Aïd et al. In particular, a scarcity function is introduced to allow important deviations of the spot price from the marginal fuel price, producing price spikes. We focus on pricing and hedging electricity derivatives. The hedging instruments are forward contracts on fuels and electricity. The presence of production capacities and electricity demand makes such a market incomplete. We follow a local risk minimization approach to price and hedge energy derivatives. Despite the richness of information included in the spot model, we obtain closed‐form formulae for futures prices and semiexplicit formulae for spread options and European options on electricity forward contracts. An analysis of the electricity price risk premium is provided showing the contribution of demand and capacity to the futures prices. We show that when far from delivery, electricity futures behave like a basket of futures on fuels.     

论信托对现物出资财产所有权转移的保护

在公司设立中，现物出资是与现金出资相对应的一种出资方式。我国《公司法》及《公司登记管理条例》对于现物出资财产所有权转移的规定与传统民事主体理论的冲突，使得现物出资财产所有权移转的实际操作陷入了困境。通过对国内外立法例的比较研究，将现物出资财产所有权进行信托，以现物出资财产的独立性公示来明确现物出资的目的及其中的法律关系，利于解决现实存在的问题。     

改革开放以来中国现代舞的发展

本文对现代舞艺术的源头,发展,以及现代舞在中国的发展状况作了陈述,并对当下现代舞艺术发展之不足进行了反思,以及提出解决问题的方案。     

布哈林的思想政治教育思想研究

布哈林长期从事苏联的意识形态工作,有丰富的思想政治教育思想。他在1925年写作的《无产阶级和文艺政策问题》一文,论述了基本国情教育、集体主义教育、共产主义教育等思想政治教育的基本内容,提出了民主的方法、自我教育的方法、批评的方法等思想政治教育的基本方法,指出了思想政治教育对于巩固无产阶级的政治领导权和取得文化领导权具有重要意义。《无产阶级和文艺政策问题》是苏联思想政治教育史上一篇重要的马克思主义文献,对于我国进行思想政治教育工作具有重要的理论和实践价值。
