产品属性与网络市场的柠檬问题

产品属性(搜寻品、经验品和信任品属性)与网络柠檬问题密切相关。本文通过对大量文献和事实的分析发现,并不是每一种产品属性都会引起网络市场的柠檬问题,网络市场上的柠檬问题通常指的是经验品的柠檬问题。本文重点分析了网络市场上经验品柠檬问题的成因和机制,并提出了未来的研究方向。     

Technology gap,imported capital goods and productivity of manufacturing plants in Sub-Saharan Africa

This paper uses firm-level data from Ghana, Tanzania and Kenya to examine the effect of capital goods imports on domestic firms' productivity, and the role firms' technology gap plays in aiding the transmission of knowledge embodied in capital goods to domestic firms. The results show that increasing imports of capital goods and closing technology gaps have positive effects on productivity. Furthermore, domestic firms with technology standards farther from international best practices benefit more from capital goods imports. The results also imply that trade liberalization policy aimed at eliminating tariffs on capital goods will significantly improve the performance of technically incompetent firms in the African manufacturing sector.

基于真实收益率的中国外汇储备最优币种结构分析

本文利用Markowitz提出的资产组合理论(Markowitz,1952),结合中国外汇储备结构的具体情况,根据经济实力、币值稳定性和交易匹配三大原则,摒弃含有诸多弊端的、单纯以美元计价的外汇储备收益率,改为采用以商品篮子衡量的外汇储备真实收益率作为期望收益率,利用二次规划工具求出了以4种外汇储备最优资产组合的风险有效前沿,测算出我国外汇储备最优币种结构,并给出相应建议,以期实现外汇储备保值增值的目标。     

河南省农村公共物品投资的收入效应研究

通过运用面板数据模型对河南省农村公共物品部门固定资产投资对农民收入的影响进行分析,主要结论表明,河南省农村公共物品投资对农民收入的增长起到了积极的推动作用.当前,河南省农村公共物品供给匮乏且结构不合理,河南省农村人均收入和人均累计公共物品投资的地区差距在逐渐拉大.针对这些问题,我们应采取相应措施,以进一步提高河南省农民的收入水平.

基于奢侈概念历史考略的奢侈品管理科学范式研究

奢侈品管理科学的范式研究是以广义定义为核心内容的规范研究到论证和确定狭义定义为主要方向的实证研究之间至关重要的一个研究阶段,起着承上启下的作用。从奢侈品形成的历史考略入手,对奢侈概念进行了系统的整理,确定了现代奢侈品定义的发展逻辑,理清概念间的逻辑关系和差异的历史成因,构建了奢侈品管理科学的基本范式,并在此基础上对奢侈品广义定义进行了修正和补充,为奢侈品管理领域的研究解决了科学划界问题。     

Afriat’s theorem for indivisible goods

We identify a natural counterpart of the standard GARP for demand data in which goods are all indivisible. We show that the new axiom (DARP, for “discrete axiom of revealed preference”) is necessary and sufficient for the rationalization of the data by a well-behaved utility function. Our results complement the main finding of Polisson and Quah (2013), who rather minimally modify the original consumer problem with indivisible goods so that the standard GARP still applies.     

Institutionalism and the New Classical Economics

Neoliberalism has transformed markets supplying public goods. Analysis of five real-world Australian markets reveals the eligibility rules for access and ongoing participation, interaction of participants, the role of intermediaries and government, the extent of competition, complex regulatory regimes shaping and controlling these markets, and key market outcomes. Contrary to neoliberalism's free market rhetoric and the view promulgated by mainstream economics, a spectrum of market configurations and governance regimes were found along with participation being highly dependent on technology access and skills, market outcomes inconsistent with policy rhetoric, market interrelationships posing adverse cumulative impacts, and government is strongly interventionist through multiple roles.
