社会治理创新:对行业治理的若干思考

经济社会转轨呼唤社会治理创新,实行行业治理将是我国经济社会发展的必然选择,也是实现我国国民经济高效运行和资源有效配置的必然选择。实行行业治理必须加强对行业和行业协会的调查研究与理论探讨,必须准确厘清并把握其基本内涵,在结合我国现实国情的基础上,从行业协会建设、政府职能转变、法制化建设以及行业治理的运行机制的创建等方面,努力探讨和构建符合我国国情的行业治理结构。

由于计划生育政策的实施和山西经济的发展,山西农村人口发展呈现出了老龄化、流动人口增多等新特点,这对山西的社会保障制度提出了新的挑战和要求.因此,尽快建立健全农村计划生育养老保障制度,并将其纳入社会保障体系,就成为山西社会保障制度完善过程中必须考虑的重要课题.以山西农村人口发展特点对社会保障制度提出的新要求为起点,提出了现行农村计划生育养老保障制度存在的不足和完善建议.     

Cellular phone etiquette among college students

There has been tremendous growth in the cellular telephone industry in recent years. This evolving technology has given rise to concerns over the social rules of etiquette governing cellphone usage behaviour. The present study was undertaken to better understand the perceptions of cellphone usage propriety among one of the most important target markets for cellphone products – young adults attending college. Data were collected from a total of 383 cellphone consumers residing in geographically diverse regions of the United States. Overall, the results indicated a high degree of agreement among respondents as to appropriate and inappropriate situations for cellphone usage. Respondents considered inappropriate situations for cellphone usage to include during worship/church, during class, in a library and in a movie theatre during a movie. Respondents considered it to be appropriate to use cellphones while on public transportation, in a supermarket, and to use a hands‐free set while driving. Specific differences were found as a function of geographic regions, gender and employment status.

本文主要探讨了现代畜牧企业社会责任内容以及当前我国畜牧企业社会责任存在的问题及原因。对于如何提升畜牧企业社会责任,本人认为主要从政府、社会层面、企业层面和行业层面来提升现代畜牧企业的社会责任。     

社会资本与就业行为的实证研究

通过社会资本对就业行为作用和影响的实证研究可得出以下结论：不同的社会资本拥有量对就业资源的获取与利用不同；就业行为受社会资本与人力资本双重作用；社会资本在就业中对性别作用存在差异；就业行为中两个“关系强度”的效用不同。     

The Ecology of Trade

Trading behavior occurs in many species but has a particularly elaborate form in humans. Trade is defined as the mutually beneficial, adaptive transfer of goods and services between organisms. Trade has a competitive element and responds to changes in relative scarcity. Trade is demonstrated to be a biological phenomenon rather than an artefact of human civilisation. Species’ characteristics that increase the likelihood of trade occurring are outlined. The evolution of trading strategies is most likely in humans and social arthropods. A formal model is presented to show that trade can simultaneously increase consumption among populations and reduce pressure on locally scarce resources. This allows a species to increase its density and escape the constraints imposed by local resource limitations. This represents a major ecological benefit to the trading species. 全媒体时代已经到来，传统期刊的编辑、销售、市场定位、整体传播等各方面要与新媒体进行联合。全媒体时代的期刊经营要与当前的技术创新紧密结合，从而增强期刊核心竞争力。面对期刊全媒体的表达形式，我们不仅要做好人才储备，也要处理好新媒体运作和传统纸质媒介的关系，并进行必要的技术革新，同时还要防范一些升级的误区。     

Backlash Hits Business Ethics: Finding Effective Strategies for Communicating the Importance of Corporate Social Responsibility

Recently, several articles have asserted that corporate social responsibility programs have gone too far and need to be reigned in. These critics have charged that corporate social responsibility is to be regarded with skepticism and that any changes in corporate accountability should be superficial at best. I will examine a␣number of these objections; I conclude that these critiques are largely ill founded, but that their increasing frequency in popular media is a cause for concern. I argue that these purported objections are better understood as one part of a long-term cycle that generally accompanies positive moral change in institutions. Using the feminist movement as a touchstone, I examine the similarities between backlash against the movement for corporate accountability as compared to backlash against feminists. I␣also suggest ways in which successful strategies adopted by feminists could be used effectively to communicate the aims of those working to increase awareness of business accountability.
