火力发电厂加装脱硫后引风系统的改造

节能已成为影响我国经济发展的关键问题,尤其在电厂脱硫改造工程中,风机的变频调速控制对于实现能源的节约与再利用起到重要的作用。通过变频输出频率的改变来实现对风量的实际需求的即时控制,从而实现生产的自动化及能源的节约化。本文就我公司电厂脱硫引风系统变频调速系统的改造作了较为详细的论述。     

Microfoundations of companies' dynamic capabilities for environmentally sustainable innovation: Case study insights from high‐tech innovation in science‐based companies

To achieve sustainable development, companies are increasingly putting an emphasis on the creation and the promotion of environmentally sustainable innovations. Environmentally sustainable innovation often involves a significant shift in a new strategic direction. This paper studies this shift from a dynamic capabilities perspective and aims to identify the microfoundations of science‐based companies' dynamic capabilities for high‐tech environmentally sustainable innovations. It investigates the development of high‐tech environmentally sustainable innovations in two distinctive science‐based companies. To scholars, this study provides an in‐depth process analysis, over time, of how and why microfoundations of dynamic capabilities influence the development of a science‐based company's high‐tech environmentally sustainable innovations. To practitioners in science‐based firms, this process study can function as a frame of reference, enabling the tailoring of a strategy for high‐tech environmentally sustainable innovation.     

Innovation Offshoring,Institutional Context and Innovation Performance: A Meta‐Analysis

Innovation offshoring (IO) has become a widespread management practice. Yet, evidence on the performance implications is inconsistent, and scattered across disciplines and contexts. We argue that the benefits firms can derive from IO depend on the institutional environment at home. Drawing on recent work on institutional theory in international business, we explore institutions that facilitate reverse knowledge transfer and/or institutional arbitrage with respect to innovation‐related activities. The results of our meta‐analysis that synthesizes evidence from 48 samples show that IO is related positively to innovation performance. As predicted, this relationship is moderated by differences in the institutional environments across countries. Specifically, when national innovation systems are weak at home, IO appears to enable institutional arbitrage strategy whereas Confucian cultures enable more effective reverse knowledge transfer. However, contrary to our expectations, the beneficial effects of IO appear to have diminished over time.     

基于CFD的羧化釜搅拌改造设计

通过改变搅拌桨形状,对8立方液固两相体系的羧化釜进行了搅拌流场、固含率进行模拟,从流体力学角度对羧化釜进行了优化。将模拟优化结果用于实际工业生产中,结果表明:计算流体力学(CFD)模拟优化后的羧化釜能够改善釜内流体流动情况,从而对反应产生影响,使原料转化率提高了5.6个百分点。     

互通立交跨线箱梁支架设计及验算

本文对高速公路互通立交跨线桥的现浇箱梁支架设计方案及验算进行了阐述,主要包括支架布置、支架计算、结果分析等。利用大型有限元分析软件Midas Civil建立模型,对支架的受力、变形及稳定性进行了分析验算,为施工提供了可行依据。     

青海省社会信用体系建设现状与发展路径

党的十八届三中全会以来，青海省全面实施深化改革工作，地方社会信用体系建设步伐显著加快。但是，还需通过自上而下的统一部署和强有力的制度约束，来解决信用基础薄弱、共享平台缺失、建设合力不足和以点带面机制不健全等问题。提出建立“总体要求———任务分解———基础工作———专项示范———支撑体系”这样一种全面的制度安排，以此为深化青海省社会信用体系建设提供新的思路。     

经济改革对技术创新能力的影响--基于中国1987～2013年数据的协整分析

本文采用中国1987～2013年的宏观经济数据，对经济改革与技术创新能力之间的关系进行了深入的研究。研究结果表明，经济改革与技术创新能力之间存在单向因果关系，经济改革是技术创新能力变化的原因；长期均衡状态下，技术创新能力提升的近30％可由经济改革解释；短期中，经济改革的短期波动对技术创新能力短期波动的影响在所有的短期波动中占主导地位。
