我国职业教育的国际交流与合作研究

我国职业教育领域的国际交流与合作在探索中发展、深化、拓展,经历了从全盘效仿到选择借鉴,再到双向交流的阶段性发展,逐渐形成了多领域、多形式、多层次的合作特点。在教学模式、办学模式、教学质量等方面都取得了显著成效,同时也存在一些问题。在全球化时代,如何抓住机遇,研究中外交流与合作的新模式,不断完善职教体系的建设,对促进我国职教事业的发展具有重要意义。     

The Relationship Between Energy Commodity Prices and Electricity and Market Index Performances: Evidence from an Emerging Market

We investigate the effect of energy commodity price movements on market and electricity index returns in Turkey for the periods before, during, and after the year 2008. Although the Turkish economy is highly reliant on oil, we find that oil price does not lead either electricity or market indexes. This might be attributable to sluggish integration of financial markets in Turkey compared to developed markets. Natural gas price leads electricity index in the pre-2008 period. Its significance is reduced following the decline in natural gas usage in electricity production. This suggests that commodity dependence may be driving the link between commodity and asset prices in related sectors.

人类对物质消费的本能及其本身所具有的差异以及物品的社会意义的多样性与抽象性导致简单平等的美梦难以变成现实。复合平等是优越于简单平等的另一种平等梦想。实现复合平等的关键在于自主分配，而确保自主分配的前提是承认差别和捍卫边界。垄断与支配是两个不同的概念，实现复合平等需要消除支配但不需要消除垄断。沃尔泽的复合平等理论对当前中国推进收入分配制度改革具有重要启示，有助于“中国梦”的早日实现。     

THE ‘WHO AND WHY’ OF LOTTERY: EMPIRICAL HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE SEMINAL ECONOMIC LITERATURE

Lotteries operate today in many countries around the world. This type of gambling is usually run by governments and is sometimes described as regressive. Lottery is an unfair bet, so explaining the purchase of lottery tickets by risk‐averse consumers has been a challenge for economic theory. Lotteries can be analysed from either of two economic perspectives: as a source of public revenue or as a consumer commodity. In this paper the state of economic research on lotteries is reviewed, focusing on its main empirical findings.     

Exchange Rate Crises and Fiscal Solvency

This paper combines insights from generation one currency crisis models and the fiscal theory of the price level (FTPL) to create a dynamic FTPL model of currency crises. The initial fixed‐exchange‐rate policy entails risks due to an upper bound on government debt and stochastic surplus shocks. Agents refuse to lend into a position for which the value of debt exceeds the present value of expected future surpluses. Policy switching, usually combined with currency depreciation, restores fiscal solvency and lending. This model can explain a wide variety of crises, including those involving sovereign default. We illustrate by explaining the crisis in Argentina (2001).     

从中石油A股上市事件看我国的价格垄断

中石油A股上市,影响到了整个股市,套牢了所有散户股民,带给社会长久的震撼。中石油属于国有控股企业,直接执行国家的有关政策,具有一定意义上的行政垄断色彩,但由于其经营产品的重要性和特殊性,又具有一定的自然垄断色彩。因此,对中石油价格垄断性质的界定,是新出台的《反垄断法》和其他相关制度对其规制的前提。

Leverage vs. feedback: Which Effect drives the oil market?

This article brings new insights on the role played by (implied) volatility on the WTI crude oil price. An increase in the volatility subsequent to an increase in the oil price (i.e. inverse leverage effect) remains the dominant effect as it might reflect the fear of oil consumers to face rising oil prices. However, this effect is amplified by an increase in the oil price subsequent to an increase in the volatility (i.e. inverse feedback effect) with a two-day delayed effect. This lead-lag relation between the oil price and its volatility is central to any type of trading strategy based on futures and options on the OVX implied volatility index. It is of interest to traders, risk- and fund-managers.
