卖空威胁能提升企业创新吗？——基于融券交易的准自然实验

卖空威胁作为资本市场的压力,对企业创新具有重要影响。本文利用2007-2018年国内上市公司数据,依托融券制度为准自然实验,基于双重差分法探讨卖空威胁与企业创新之间的关系,检验高管团队职能经验异质性和行业市场竞争环境对上述关系的调节效应,并进一步考察卖空威胁的作用机制。结果表明,卖空威胁显著提升企业创新水平;高管团队职能经验异质性会强化卖空威胁与企业创新的正向关系,而行业竞争性则会弱化上述关系;卖空威胁影响企业创新的机制不仅包括公司治理机制,还包括信息机制。此外还发现了卖空威胁对提升成熟期的企业和国有企业的创新水平更为明显。本文结论丰富了企业创新前因性研究体系,更为企业在卖空威胁下的创新决策提供重要的借鉴。

论可置信性威胁在反倾销动态博弈中的应用

近30年来国际反倾销案激增使得诸多学者对WTO关于反倾销的相关规定表示质疑。现行的乌拉圭回合《反倾销守则》尚存诸多缺陷。正处于转型时期的中国作为当前美欧等发达国家反倾销的主要对象,急需掌握反倾销动态博弈规则以及反倾销概率、高额关税、市场份额萎缩的预期及市场行为举证费用等可置信性威胁因素在动态博弈中的运用,以便在国际反倾销中争取积极主动的地位。     

坦克打击目标威胁评估排序模型

针对坦克打击目标威胁评估准确率低的缺点,对威胁评估过程进行分析,结合打击过程实际,提出了一种威胁评估模型。首先选取基本的五指标体系;然后依据指标的影响建立三层交叉模型;最后利用层次分析法生成综合威胁度。算例结果表明,该模型能有效解决威胁评估问题,可为坦克分队火力分配提供依据。     

The impact of spring break behaviour: An integrated threat theory analysis of residents' prejudice

Within the study of residents' attitudes, the cognitive and affective dimensions of prejudicial attitudes towards tourists have been virtually ignored. If a deeper understanding of negative local attitudes towards tourists is to be achieved, the incorporation of new theoretical frameworks is required. Based on integrated threat theory, this study examines residents' perceptions of, and negative attitudes towards, a quite specific type of tourist – spring breakers – in Cancun, Mexico. Out of the four components postulated by this theory, realistic threats and intergroup anxiety are dominant constructors of residents' prejudicial attitudes towards tourists. The study's findings also reveal that, perhaps unlike local beliefs about many other types of tourists, residents' perceived threats are closely associated with spring breakers' overt behaviour in the destination.     

FATF全球ML&TF威胁评估及对我国的启示

2010年下半年,金融行动特别工作组(FATF)发布了第1份全球ML&TF(洗钱和恐怖融资)威胁评估报告(GTA),介绍了全球视野下ML&TF威胁及最终危害的系统性框架,并提供了用来判断和应对这些威胁的指导性方法。本文对该报告进行了翻译和研究,并提出了我国借鉴该评估框架的建议。     

The Threat Effect of Active Labour Market Programmes*

In this paper, we estimate the threat effect of active labour market programmes (ALMPs) for a sample of unemployed men in Denmark. Threat effects of such programmes capture the impacts of a system of ALMPs prior to actual participation. Rational economic agents make search decisions based on the expected discounted value of unemployment, and the perceived risk of future participation in programmes may affect job‐search behaviour early in the unemployment spell. We find a strong and significant threat effect, which is shown to reduce average unemployment duration by two and a half weeks.     

Comparing Bargaining Solutions in the Shadow of Conflict: How Norms against Threats Can Have Real Effects

In many economic environments agents make costly and irreversible investments (in “guns”) that may enhance their respective threat payoffs but also shrink the utility possibilities set. In such settings, with variable threats and a variable utility possibilities set, it becomes possible to rank different bargaining solutions in terms of efficiency. We compare bargaining solutions within a class in which the influence of the threat point on the bargaining outcome varies across solutions. Under symmetry, we find that the solution in which the threat point is least influential—the equal sacrifice solution—Pareto-dominates the other solutions. Since the equal sacrifice solution puts the least weight on the threat point, norms against threats (that can be seen in many seemingly rhetorical pronouncements in adversarial relations) can mitigate some of the costs of conflict and therefore have efficiency-enhancing effects.
