经理市场、管理才能专用性与外聘高管规模--基于民营上市公司的经验证据

高管管理才能是企业经营不可或缺的专用性资产。公司治理目标不仅在于解决管理者道德风险,还在于挑选出优秀的管理者。文章考察管理才能专用性和经理人市场发育对企业外聘高管规模的影响,以及经理人市场发育是否会弱化管理才能专用性对外聘高管规模的影响程度。以2007-2013年间民营上市公司为样本的研究发现：管理才能专用性越强,企业更愿意聘用内部人为公司高管;经理人市场发育越好,企业聘用外部高管的比例越高;在经理人市场发育良好的地区,管理才能专用性对外聘高管规模的影响较弱;研究还发现,经理人市场发育对企业外聘高管规模的影响比对外部董事规模的影响更显著。文章丰富了资产专用性和高管聘用方面的研究成果。

从1957年到1966年的近10年，是我国开始全面建设社会主义的时期，也是我国民族区域自治曲折发展的时期。在这一时期，民族区域自治呈现出成绩与失误并存、经验与教训交织的双重特征。     

Growth is (really) good for the (really) rich

This paper analyses the relationship between mean income and the income of the rich. Our methodology closely follows that of Dollar and Kraay (Journal of Economic Growth, 2002, 7, 195), but instead of looking at the bottom of the distribution, we focus on the top. We use panel data from the World Top Incomes database, which collects top income data from several countries using tax returns as the raw source. We define the “rich” as earners in the top 10%, 1%, 0.1% and 0.01% of the income distribution. Using data since 1980, we find that economic growth is good for the rich in the sense that the mean income of the top decile of the distribution grows in the same proportion as that of the whole population. However, we also find that the income of earners in the top percentile of the distribution and above grows faster than average income: therefore, economic growth is really good for the really rich. We also find that during economic downturns the average income of top earners responds proportionally less to changes in mean income than during economic expansions. Our results are consistent with the increase in inequality that has been recently observed at the top part of the distribution in many countries, and they are robust to different specifications, country samples and time observations.

本文以日本加入中日韩东盟自由贸易区的贸易效应为研究对象,通过对相关国家的经济指标时间序列(1980～2007年)进行了回归分析,得出了既定研究条件下的日本经济贸易的相关影响要素的相关系数,进行经济动向分析,得出了日本结盟后的相关贸易效应的相关分析结论,为促进东亚合作打下基础。     

Top pay transparency in Europe: codes,convergence and clichés

Following the waves of corporate scandals and the increasing attention to corporate governance, the transparency of reporting on director-level pay has increased across Europe. This article examines the extent of convergence in laws, codes and corporate reporting practices in regard to director-level pay in France, Germany, Switzerland and the UK. The paper analyses annual reports and the websites of 23 companies, using institutional theory to discuss the coercive, normative and mimetic pressures for convergence that are revealed, not just in the laws and codes in each country, but also in the standardized wording in the relevant sections of reports which have become clichés.     

Co-creation with clients of hotel services: the moderating role of top management support

Hotels can strengthen their competitiveness by expanding their innovation process beyond the boundaries of the firm to exploit the valuable knowledge and skills of their customers. This study examines the effects of new service (NS) co-creation with customers in the hotel industry on NS performance, as well as the moderating role of top management support. The research also explores the main barriers faced by hotels to co-create service innovations. Partial least squares structural equation modelling results indicate that Customer co-creation exerts a direct impact on NS market outcomes and NS development (NSD) speed, which in turn favours NS quality. NS quality translates into better NS customer-related outcomes as well as in improved NS market outcomes. Top management support enhances the effect of Customer co-creation on the NSD speed. The main barrier to NS co-creation in hotels is to find customers interested in devoting time to this activity or with the appropriate knowledge and experience.     

290m刚构桥三角区施工期间支架及上弦箱梁的受力分析

北盘江大桥主桥为(82.5+220+290+220+82.5)m预应力混凝土斜腿连续刚构桥。受下弦梁段浇筑、扣索张拉、预应力张拉等工序影响,该桥三角区受力复杂。针对此问题,结合三角区施工工艺,采用通用有限元软件建立三角区模型,分别对不考虑下弦箱梁变形及扣索和上弦箱梁预应力张拉影响、不考虑下弦箱梁变形及扣索张拉影响、考虑各工序影响的三角区支架及上弦箱梁进行全过程受力分析。分析结果表明,扣索张拉及下弦箱梁变形对上弦箱梁受力影响较小;随着扣索的张拉,各排支架轴力增大;但随下弦箱梁浇筑、上弦箱梁预应力筋张拉,各排支架轴力又将有所降低;受上弦箱梁预应力筋的张拉影响,第2~8排钢管支架在整个三角区施工过程中出现了脱空现象。

高管团队作为核心决策群体已成为企业的重要战略资源,高管团队的良好运作是企业稳定和发展的关键。本文在分析企业高管团队特征的基础上,概括出影响高管团队运作效率的主要因素,包括团队的结构组合、规模、权力分配、凝聚力、成员的人力资本价值方面。要提高企业高管团队的运行效率,一方面,需要借鉴现有研究成果,有针对性地对团队人员结构、规模、权力进行合理设计;另一方面,必须建立科学有效的沟通机制、激励机制,以改善企业高管团队的运行质量。
