试论韩非的技术价值思想

韩非重视技术,认为技术具有重要的经济价值、政治价值和军事价值,持工具主义的技术价值观。韩非认为,"缘道理以从事"是技术实践的根据,"以功用为之的彀"是技术实践的目的,"参伍之验"是技术实践的标准,"以规矩为度"技术实践的规范。     

陕西省榆林地区生态服务价值变化研究

引用陕西榆林地区土地利用动态变化研究的最新成果获取1986年,1996和2000年3个不同时段的土地利用变化数据。使用生态价值系数(VC)计算出本研究区生态服务价值,并使用敏感度指数(CS)对所选的VC值进行验证。结果表明,榆林地区1986-2000年间生态系统服务总价值从274．66亿元增加到283．67亿元,净增加9．01亿元,总体呈上升趋势。但在1996-2000年的四年间生态系统服务总价值表现出降低趋势,年下降率为0．02％,这主要是由于草地部分沙化、水域和沼泽湿地面积的明显减少。CS检验说明本文所选VC值较为合理。     

Underground land values

Very often, underground land values appear to be a missing factor in land economics and planning, both at academic and practitioner level. In general, ignoring such a variable and potentially valuable resource may seriously delay any underground land policy to be undertaken. It can lead the public as well as the private sector to a short-sighted over-consumption of shallow subsurface space and under-consumption of deep underground space. Considering subsurface land values in economic studies of underground projects increases their reliability for the decision-making process. This paper shows a theoretical and empirical way to estimate underground land values, with applications.     

意愿调查评估法在生物多样性非使用价值评估中的应用——以辽宁老秃顶子自然保护区为例

运用意愿调查评估法(CVM),以随机抽样方式对辽宁老秃顶子自然保护区周边区域320名居民进行问卷调查,得到辽宁老秃顶子自然保护区的生物多样性非使用价值平均支付意愿(WTP)为44.45元·人-1,非使用价值总额为4.30×108元·a-1,其中存在价值、遗产价值和选择价值分别为2.33×108元·a-1、1.27×108元·a-1和0.70×108元·a-1。被调查居民的收入水平和对保护区的偏爱程度与支付意愿具有显著相关性,而性别、职业和文化程度则与支付意愿不相关。     

普世价值:乌托邦与实托邦的对话——一种对相关文献的综述与思考

对学界有关"普世价值"的争论考察表明:作为一种类存在物的人类共同追求,普世价值是内在的植根于人们头脑中的价值认同,是具有相对自主性的、抽象的观念存在物。这种内含于人类思维中具有某种共性的价值观念,需要基于现实实践即具体实在物的活动来加以体现。就当前中国而言,对待普世价值的态度应该遵循"普世价值是观念导向、特色价值是行动指南"的原则,将普世价值理念内在地融贯于中国特色社会主义的道路过程中,为促进中华民族的伟大复兴提供精神动力和价值保障。     

The role of values for voluntary reductions of holiday air travel

Recent research has shown that holiday air travel constitutes a typical value-action gap as many people continue to fly despite their concerns about climate change. However, some people do voluntarily reduce their holiday flights. Little is known so far about the role that values play in this decision. This paper examines this question based on semi-structured interviews with participants in local climate change and energy-saving projects. It finds that people who voluntarily reduce their holiday air travel are more ready than those who continue to fly to accept that their behaviour makes a contribution to climate change; that they feel a moral imperative to act regardless of its effectiveness in mitigating climate change; and that they distance themselves from socially dominant norms related to holiday air travel. This paper argues that these characteristics are connected to values of self-transcendence and self-direction, and that in this way values remain important for understanding and supporting low carbon behaviour.

2007年美国爆发的次贷危机,通过关国体系的贸易及投资传染链条,在影响全球经济的同时,也带来了人们对传统金融价值观的反思,迫使人们重新审视虚拟经济与实体经济、金融创新与金融稳定、混业经营与分业经营、自由放任与政府干预的关系。此外,金融危机的全球蔓延也考量了国际金融版图的稳定性,并给发展中国家（地区）带来了前所未有的挑战和机遇。     

Segmenting tourists using sustainable values: a cluster analysis of Tanzanian inbound tourism

ABSTRACT

This study aimed at examining different segments of visitors to Tanzania with respect to their values around sustainability. Using a self-administered questionnaire, 286 cases were analyzed through a combination of non-hierarchical and hierarchical cluster analyses. The results indicated three clusters of visitors, each with different sustainable values. A follow-up analysis using ANOVA and Chi-square indicates the three clusters are significantly different in their sustainable values, their travel motives, and their demographics. These results provide insights for both public and private organizations on how to market and manage different destination elements to visitors in a sustainable manner.     

PREDATORY CAPITALISM,PRAGMATISM, AND LEGAL POSITIVISM IN THE AIRLINES INDUSTRY

This paper examines three of the primary structures of thought and some of the situational circumstances that enable and constrain the actions of corporate leaders in the airlines industry. It argues that lawyers and corporate leaders who understand the law and the structures of power in America have a unique capacity to protect and enhance share-owner wealth. Three examples are used to propose a model of force relations in complex, high-stakes situations.     

论保险合同格式条款的解释原则——兼论新《保险法》第三十条之修订价值

对保险条款的解释歧义是发生保险合同纠纷的常见原因。新《保险法》第30条对适用有利于被保险人和受益人解释的条件和范围作了限制性规定。司法实践中,裁判机关对保险条款的解释应当坚持以通常解释为前提、意思解释与表意解释兼顾、附加非格式条款优先、有利保险相对人解释四项基本原则。
