Cultural industry development and multiple group participation in Taiwan

Based on the unique historical site culture assets, series of culture activities and constructions are held by Taiwan municipal government positively in recent years to raise local strength. Though the city landscape of Taiwan is far away from the traditional one, the comparison and analysis of foundation of cultural industry and the situation of cultural participation should be carried on to find out the real issues in Taiwan＇s cultural industry and cultural marketing so as to strengthen the ability of local development. This study finds out the resources of culture administration and the social participation in hope for clearing up the matters of Taiwan＇s cultural industry development, avoiding type Ⅲ errors, and giving suggestions.     

Cultural Preservation and Urban Development: Case Studies on Chinese Old Brand Enterprise

Abstract

When we talk about “City Development, Preservation, and Hospitality”, we do not forget to discuss Chinese Old Brand Enterprises. These enterprises, labeled with distinctive historical character, enjoy high reputation and wide recognition, are very important parts of urban cultural preservation and economic development. Nowadays, China is called an emerging economy in the world. In fact, China has a long history of business tradition for thousands of years. Especially, Chinese Old Brand Enterprises are those that inherit Chinese traditional culture and bear unique techniques, products, and services in their operations. The urban system in most countries is influenced by market forces and enterprises. Cities that produce goods and services that are in demand and attract people to live in them will have faster growth than those that do not.     

公共文化财政事权与支出责任划分的府际协调

政府间公共文化财政事权与支出责任划分是基本公共文化服务标准化、均等化的基础性、支柱性保障,当前其划分改革仍存在事权共担模糊性与粗略并存、支出分担概括性与下移并存、财力主导性与保障不足并存,以及省以下划分改革尚未完成等缺憾。划分改革追求“权责清晰、财力协调、区域均衡”的中央与地方财政关系调整目标,但中央与地方的财政分权不能替代省级政府对省以下财政体制改革“负总责”,以及各级地方政府的分级负责。府际协调应坚持中央的统一领导,在省域内落实省级统筹调控功能,并实施地方政府的分级负责,突出“两个积极性”的地方积极性;在体制协调上保持财政事权、支出责任与财力相适应;在机制协调上实施标准化与均等化的衔接配合;在策略协调上强调动态化与确定性的适度平衡。     

文化语境下的英汉植物词汇意义与翻译

思维方式、民情风俗、心理以及文学积淀的差异,赋予英、汉语中植物词汇以不同的文化内涵。因此,在英汉翻译中了解与掌握植物词汇的文化意义差异是达到＂真实＂翻译所必备的条件。本文通过对英语汉语植物词汇的差异比较,提出了三种具体的翻译方法。     

资本时代的文化自觉

人是文化的动物,由此决定了人的生命活动同动物的生命活动不同:人不仅有本能,而且有自我意识。资本时代造就了一个颠倒的世界,因此必然产生颠倒的世界意识和异化的自我意识。马克思主义的政治经济学批判提供了一种辩证逻辑,它能够帮助我们摆脱实证主义的单面性思维,却不能消除物化现象本身,从而也不能消除资本拜物教这种颠倒的世界意识和由此产生的物化的自我意识。消除资本拜物教不仅需要实现意识形态革命,建立和扩展社会主义核心价值体系,更需要的是坚持科学发展的实践。
