浅析成都的房地产市场结构

成都的房地产市场属于企业数量众多、资产规模较小、集中度低、产业组织结构高度分散的结构。从规模经济和提高社会福利角度出发，成都的房地产业应通过资本市场的兼并重组、提高行业进入壁垒、打造房地产企业品牌等手段来构建垄断竞争的有效市场结构。
