针对高校大学生对网上二手交易平台的迫切需求,开发并实施了基于SSH2的高校跳蚤网,介绍了系统开发实现的过程。该系统结合了大学生的需求特点,形成了具有大学生特色的跳蚤网站。

拟定焊接工艺,对16Mn无缝钢管进行焊接工艺认可试验。试验结果均符合NK船级规范,说明采用此焊接工艺可保证16Mn无缝钢管的焊接质量。     

Inflation adjustment in the open economy: an I(2) analysis of UK prices

This paper estimates a cointegrated vector autoregressive (VAR) model for UK data on consumer prices, unit labour costs, import prices and real consumption growth. The estimated VAR indicates that the nominal variables are characterised by I(2) trends, and that a linear combination of these processes cointegrate to I(1). This supports an analysis in which I(1) and I(2) restrictions are imposed. A key finding is that an increase in real import prices reduces productivity adjusted real wages, such that the change in domestic inflation is moderated. This may explain why the depreciation of sterling in 1992 left inflation unchanged.

基于web2.0的知识共享研究综述

随着知识经济的到来,知识已经成为企业最重要的资产。知识若被共享,双方所获得的资讯和经验都会呈线性增长,不管是在员工层面或是组织层面都需要广泛的知识共享。目前,传统的知识共享系统已经无法满足企业的需求,web2.0的出现给知识共享带来了新的契机。本文对现有的基于web2.0的知识共享的研究进行整理归纳,介绍目前对基于web2.0的知识共享的主要成果。     

Saddlepoint approximations to the mean and variance of the extended hypergeometric distribution

Conditional inference on 2 x 2 tables with fixed margins and unequal probabilities is based on the extended hypergeometric distribution. If the support of the distribution is large, exact calculation of the conditional mean and variance of the table entry may be computationally demanding. This paper proposes a single‐saddlepoint approximation to the mean and variance. While the approximation achieves acceptable accuracy for ordinary practical purposes, an alternative saddlepoint approximation is provided that gives much closer to exact results. It improves the accuracy of current approximations to up to more than four powers of ten.     

Economies in Transition: How Important Is Trade Openness for Growth?*

We investigate the effect of trade openness on economic growth in transition countries using a transparent statistical methodology that leads to data‐driven case studies. In particular, we employ synthetic control methods in a panel of transition economies and compare GDP growth in treated (that is, open) countries with growth in a convex combination of similar but untreated (that is, closed) countries. We find that trade liberalization tends to have a positive effect on the pattern of real GDP per capita. One of our most robust results shows that making the transition without opening up to trade considerably hampers growth.     

A reduced form framework for modeling volatility of speculative prices based on realized variation measures

Building on realized variance and bipower variation measures constructed from high-frequency financial prices, we propose a simple reduced form framework for effectively incorporating intraday data into the modeling of daily return volatility. We decompose the total daily return variability into the continuous sample path variance, the variation arising from discontinuous jumps that occur during the trading day, as well as the overnight return variance. Our empirical results, based on long samples of high-frequency equity and bond futures returns, suggest that the dynamic dependencies in the daily continuous sample path variability are well described by an approximate long-memory HAR–GARCH model, while the overnight returns may be modeled by an augmented GARCH type structure. The dynamic dependencies in the non-parametrically identified significant jumps appear to be well described by the combination of an ACH model for the time-varying jump intensities coupled with a relatively simple log-linear structure for the jump sizes. Finally, we discuss how the resulting reduced form model structure for each of the three components may be used in the construction of out-of-sample forecasts for the total return volatility.     

International tax arbitrage, tax evasion and interest parity conditions

Using a finite-horizon general equilibrium model with uncertainty and money, we characterize situations where tax arbitrage opportunities may arise for international portfolio investors in an economy with heterogeneous capital income taxation when there is some scope to evade taxes on foreign capital income. We derive tax-modified uncovered interest parity conditions and forward rates similar to the no-tax ones, but augmented by tax-induced “risk-premium” terms; covered interest parity conditions remain unaffected by the introduction of capital income taxes, a consequence of our approach of bounding tax-based arbitrage without restricting arbitrage per se.     

微型化放入式电子测压器红外通信接口设计

文章介绍了基于单片机的红外串行通信接口的设计方案。该系统主要由TI公司的MSP430系列单片机和SHARP公司的GP2W0116YPS芯片构成。文章介绍了红外通信技术、器件选择和系统硬件设计,并结合软件设计说明了系统要实现的功能,最后通过VB设计的软件验证了该设计方案的可行性。实验结果表明,该系统控制方便,工作稳定,在微型化、低功耗的前提下能实现可靠的非接触式实时数据传输,在工程实践中具有重大的应用价值。
