泛东亚地区八景文化研究进展

围绕八景溯源与地方八景研究、八景诗图文研究、 八景空间格局及其传承更新三大方面回顾和阐述了泛东亚地区 八景文化的研究进展。从八景溯源论、传播影响、方志八景意 义、八景演变等方面综述了中国八景的文化传播价值及其在泛 东亚地区的宗源地位;从形成发展、文化输出等方面综述了八 景诗图文发展脉络及其作为传播媒介的重要意义;从八景格局 分布、现代空间组织、保护恢复、传承更新等方面综述了八景 对当代城市规划建设的价值。     

东亚货币合作可行性的经济数据检验——基于OCA理论的分析

在最优货币区理论构筑的分析框架下,东亚区域在经济开放度、出口产品结构相似性、经济冲击对称性方面达到了OCA理论的标准,而在生产要素的流动性、金融市场一体化等方面距离最优货币区的标准尚有差距,但是这种差距正在缩小。通货膨胀相似性方面东亚整体虽未满足OCA标准的要求,但是有次区域已经符合这一标准。考虑到最优货币区标准的内生性,而且大量文献通过对东亚地区进行分组并采用不同的研究方法,证明东亚地区存在形成最优货币区的潜力,因而对次区域的货币合作可行性分析依然乐观。     

Gaining legitimacy through hiring local workforce at a premium: The case of MNEs in the United Arab Emirates

This study examines the process and outcomes of cultivating external legitimacy through the employment of host country nationals by multinational enterprises’ (MNEs) affiliates in the United Arab Emirates. It builds on the literatures of both institutional theory and legitimacy. Analysis of data obtained from 48 managers of MNE's affiliates located in the UAE shows that in sectors where the employment of host country nationals is almost taken for granted such as in banking, MNEs are driven by a sense of appropriateness and social legitimacy. In contrast, in sectors where the employment level of UAE nationals is almost nonexistent, those MNEs engaging in localization are driven by the logic of economic efficiency and tend to employ nationals in order to extract rent from the government. The authors discuss the results and their managerial and policy implications.     

Lebanon: From cataclysm to opportunity—Crisis management lessons for MNCs in the tourism sector of the Middle East

Lebanon is a complex country of extraordinary promise; often thrust into crisis, including recent military assaults, terrorist attacks and bombings. The authors share findings from a longitudinal field-study of the evolving political and business climate of Lebanon, emphasizing a particular MNC that is thriving amidst social, ideological and political conflicts. A synthesis of primary and secondary data revealed the InterContinental Phoenicia hotel as a model institution in the face of extreme crisis. Key managerial insights that can be helpful to investors, MNCs and managers in the Middle East and other places subjected to similarly extreme conditions are shared.     

丹凤县铁树沟铜矿矿床成因及找矿标志

铁树沟铜矿床是近年来在东秦岭地区铜找矿的新突破。以矿区地质为切入点,深入分析了矿床地质构造、含矿围岩蚀变、矿石特征、矿床成因、控矿因素和矿化富集规律等方面,从而提出了铁树沟铜矿矿床成因为岩浆期后含矿气水热液交代围岩而成的矽卡岩型铁铜矿床,并总结了找矿标志。     

期权加油卡的产品设计、定价和套期保值研究

在消费者被迫接受成品油价格风险、石油零售商零售业竞争日益激烈和我国成品油定价机制矛盾日益突出的背景下,本文提出石油零售商可发行期权加油卡来实现下面三个目标:(1)为消费者提供成品油价格风险管理的工具;(2)为石油零售商提供一种新的锁定客户的营销手段;(3)推进成品油的市场化改革。本文首先设计期权加油卡,然后采用蒙特卡罗模拟方法对加油卡定价,接着分析石油零售商发行加油卡的风险的套期保值损益,最后讨论期权加油卡的相关实际操作问题。     

Revisiting the risk/return relations in the Asian Pacific markets: New evidence from alternative models

This paper examines the risk/return relations in eleven Asian Pacific stock markets and explores if the 1997 Asian financial crisis significantly influenced market behavior in the region. We use a plain vanilla time-series regression approach as well as various GARCH models. Although results significantly vary across model specifications, the overall evidence from GARCH models supports a significantly positive risk/return relation in several markets but only prior to the Asian financial crisis. These results accord with Glosten et al. (1993) and Harvey (2001) and suggest that the relative risk aversion is sensitive to both model specifications and structural breaks.     

关于东亚区域货币合作问题的分析

1997年的亚洲金融危机给东亚各国的经济带来了沉重打击。此后,东亚各国纷纷认识到开展区域内货币金融合作的必要性,并以此来增强抵御风险、化解危机的能力。这次亚洲金融危机改变了东亚国家的政策取向,区域经济一体化步入制度性安排的快车道,这也为东亚区域货币合作创造了条件。另外,美元区与欧元区的相继建立和运行不仅证实了最优货币区理论在实践上的可行性,也增强了东亚各国在货币合作问题上取得成功的信心。本文将要对东亚区域货币合作问题做以探讨分析,从而说明东亚区域货币合作的必要性和可行性。     

广州亚运会对广州休闲经济的影响

广州亚运会后,广州休闲经济发展迅速,经济效益明显。广州亚运会在城市定位与发展规划,基础设施建设、环境改善、服务水平提高、整体应急系统建设等方面,给广州休闲经济的发展奠定了基础,使广州休闲经济在商业零售、文化产业、旅游业以及绿道休闲经济等方面获得丰硕的成果。     

东日本大地震对日本经济与世界经济的影响

2011年3月11日日本东北地区发生了日本有史以来最大级别9.0级大地震,随之引发了大海啸,对东日本沿海地区造成了严重破坏,夺去了2万多人的生命。更为麻烦的是这次大地震和大海啸还导致了福岛第一核电站的核泄漏,这一次生灾害带来的恶劣影响甚至超过地震和海啸带来的灾难。总体来看,如果核泄漏能够得以控制,其对短期的日本经济影响很大,但程度有限,对世界经济和中国经济的影响也有限,但对日本经济发展的长期影响则不可低估。
