发达国家和发展中国家财政政策顺周期问题的研究与借鉴

国外关于发达国家和发展中国家财政政策顺周期问题的研究结果表明:(一)发达国家财政政策具有温和的逆周期性,即在经济上升期增加收入、减少支出、在经济下滑期减少收入、增加支出;也有一些研究成果认为发达国家的财政收入、财政支出具有顺周期性。(二)发展中国家财政收入、财政支出等政策变量,在经济上升期,具有快速增长的顺周期性;在经济下滑期,具有快速减少的顺周期性。     

大陆公民出境旅游的时空变化特征研究

基于21个主要出境旅游目的地关于到访大陆公民旅游人次的统计数据,分析大陆公民出境旅游的时空变化特征。从时间变化特征看,出境旅游的季节性明显、年际变化大,但目的地间的差异明显;从空间变化特征看,出境旅游目的地的地理集中指数不大,但从实际的空间分布特征来看,高度集中在港澳台地区、东南亚地区、欧盟和东亚,但呈现分散化趋势。同时分析大陆公民出境旅游时空分布特性形成的原因。     

Interrelationships among lean bundles and their effects on operational performance

The aim of our research is to disentangle the complex relations among lean bundles and operational performance. In particular, we focus on the direct and mediating effects on operational performance of three of the main lean manufacturing bundles, namely Just in Time (JIT), Total Quality Management (TQM) and Human Resource Management (HRM). We run statistical analysis on the High Performance Manufacturing round III database, a survey involving 266 plants in nine countries across three different industries. Our results show that JIT and TQM have a direct and positive effect on operational performance while HRM has a mediated effect on it. Theoretical and managerial implications of our findings are then drawn and discussed.     

Designing supply chains: Towards theory development

This paper describes a typology for designing supply chains that work in harmony to design, produce, and deliver products with different characteristics and customer expectations. This research discusses supply chain types that are necessary for success across three types of products: standard, innovative, and hybrid. It develops a framework for categorizing the supply chain types according to product characteristics and stage of the product life cycle. The key success factor for a product change as the product moves through its life cycle, and this may require different supply chain characteristics and capabilities. The paper blends literature and theory development with cases study research to create the typology and develop a set of research questions for further investigation.

介绍了四川电网执行丰枯和峰谷电价的背景,将实施丰枯和峰谷电价前后的状况进行了比较,指出了继续执行的必要性。同时分析了目前此电价中存在的问题,并对解决这些问题提出了建议。     

Predicting season ticket holder loyalty using geographical information

Season ticket holders (STHs) are an integral part of the sporting product. Interestingly, and contrary to the persistent interest in analysing the determinants of stadium attendances, sports economists have so far largely refrained from exploring the potential determinants of STH loyalty as expressed through regular stadium attendances. In this article, we address this notable shortcoming by exploring the potential determinants of STH stadium attendance demand. In particular, we examine the yet under-researched role of increasing opportunity costs resulting from larger home-stadium distances in STH stadium attendance demand. Our results suggest that STHs’ geographical location plays an important role in predicting STH stadium attendance demand. More specifically, we observe an unexpected, nonlinear distance–attendance relationship, indicating that behaviourally loyal STHs live either exceptionally close or far away from the stadium.     

中国木本食用油料价格波动规律分析——以油茶、核桃为例

以木本食用油料油茶、核桃为例,利用季节调整法、H-P滤波等方法对2002²010年油茶、核桃的季度收购价格进行波动性分析结果表明:这两种木本食用油料的收购价格均呈现出上升的长期趋势,具有明显的季节性波动,且易受到外部因素的冲击;20022010年油茶、核桃的季度收购价格进行波动性分析结果表明:这两种木本食用油料的收购价格均呈现出上升的长期趋势,具有明显的季节性波动,且易受到外部因素的冲击;2002²010年油茶籽、核桃收购价格均经历了5次明显的周期波动,同时波动周期具有不可重复性和非对称性。木本食用油料自身的季节供应以及物理属性、自然因素等随机冲击、技术进步和消费者对绿色、健康的木本食用油需求的拉动效应以及木本食用油生产成本的推动效应影响木本食用油料价格的波动。     

风景区规划中有关市场问题的计算方法探讨

本文以国内某风景区为例,对其淡季、旺季、平季的计算、游客人数与经济收入预测等有关问题的定量计算方法作了探讨。     

Information-Intensive Government and the Layering and Sorting of Citizenship

A systematic literature review identified 41 studies, including four reviews, reporting on process redesign interventions in hospitals. Success factors for the changes included mechanisms to facilitate participation throughout the process, clearly documented protocols and expectations for the health professionals which were supported by education, mechanisms to audit and provide feedback on behaviours and performance, as well as being able to hold the participating health professionals accountable. The success of process redesign methodologies is found to be highly dependent on these performance-based human resource management (HRM) practices.     

Four supply chain management systems: From supply chain strategies to human resource management

This article develops a conceptual model that supports and aligns supply chain strategies with organizational culture and leadership styles. We examine various supply chain theories and organizational behavior concepts to develop an integrated supply chain: the human factor model. Based on the underlying dimensions of environmental uncertainty and product complexity, we propose a 2x2 typology to identify four different supply chain systems that can be used by organization leaders to identify suitable supply chain strategies and compatible people management practices. We provide a useful and practical framework to analyze the alignment between the external environment and the internal organization of a supply chain system.
