国有商业银行经营风险及内控机制

经营风险问题一直困扰着商业银行的经营者和管理者。尤其是国有商业银行,经营风险激增给其带来了巨大的经济损失,导致经营陷入困境以及银行信誉受到严重影响。这反映出作为预跨和控制商业银行的内控机制存在着严重的问题或缺陷。为此,本文从商业银行的经营风险与内控机制的关系入手,探讨通过建立和完善内控机制来预防和减少经营风险损失。     

Sequential control of time series by functionals of kernal-weighted empirical processes under local alternatives

Motivated in part by applications in model selection in statistical genetics and sequential monitoring of financial data, we study an empirical process framework for a class of stopping rules which rely on kernel-weighted averages of past data. We are interested in the asymptotic distribution for time series data and an analysis of the joint influence of the smoothing policy and the alternative defining the deviation from the null model (in-control state). We employ a certain type of local alternative which provides meaningful insights. Our results hold true for short memory processes which satisfy a weak mixing condition. By relying on an empirical process framework we obtain both asymptotic laws for the classical fixed sample design and the sequential monitoring design. As a by-product we establish the asymptotic distribution of the Nadaraya-Watson kernel smoother when the regressors do not get dense as the sample size increases.Acknowledgements The author is grateful to two anonymous referees for their constructive comments, which improved the paper. 年度预算与中期预算:比较及借鉴

传统上,政府预算是以年度为基础进行编制的。目前,许多OECD国家则已转向中期预算,以弥补年度预算的缺陷。本文对年度预算和中期预算进行了比较,并指出了中期预算对我国预算改革的借鉴意义。     

Deane–Draper stores: employee empowerment in a retail environment

This case focuses on the application of employee empowerment principles to a large retail group. It provides the opportunity to analyse the manner of the strategy implementation and the consequent impact on both individuals and the organization. The case establishes significant financial underperformance in one part of a retail group and investigates the use of ‘employee empowerment’ techniques - following Carlzon (1987) - to provide a solution. The case illustrates the dysfunctional activity associated with implementing empowerment without either appropriate management control or staff training, together with the dire financial implications. The Teaching Resource Note discusses alternative approaches that might have been adopted.     

关联交易与控制性股东的"隧道行为"

在信息不对称情况下,控制性股东能够利用其对上市公司的控制力或影响力进行非公允关联交易,从而以其他投资者的利益为代价从上市公司攫取财富.本文以1998-2005年实施配股的上市公司为样本,分析了配股后上市公司关联交易的分布特征,并研究了关联交易对控制性股东资金占用行为、股票收益和企业价值的影响.研究结果表明:(1)控制性股东通过关联借贷大量侵占了上市公司的资金;(2)投资者在关联交易发生后相应调整了股票价格,导致了上市公司股票收益下降;(3)控制性股东通过隐蔽的关联交易从上市公司输出了财富,造成了以托宾Q衡量的公司价值下降,关联交易与公司价值之间存在负相关关系.非公允关联交易成为控制性股东掠夺中小股东财富的重要方式,导致上市公司的资源被不断输送出去.     

视频节目复用情况下的一种码率控制方法

针对图像通信中多路节目复用的情况，采用联合码率控制的方法，通过参量反映图像的统计特性，进而根据图像的复杂程度在各路节目之间动态分配比特，以维持节目图像质量的均衡。试验表明，它优于传统的独立编码方法。     

提高高职数控专业实训教学质量的探索与实践

论述了在高职数控专业教育中建立科学合理的实训教学体系的重要性。并依据高职教育实践教学体系的枸建特点，针对当前实训教学中的困难，从实践教学组织与管理、多样化教学手段应用、校内外实训基地建设等方面介绍了作者在高职数控专业实践教学中的经验与体会。

项目工程的施工管理进度控制是技术性要求较强的工作，不仅要求施工管理人员要掌握组织设计的编制，还要熟悉建筑施工等方面的知识。     

基于Truetime工具箱的网络控制系统的仿真研究

网络控制系统(NCS)是目前网络和通信领域的研究热点,由于网络的引入,网络控制系统的仿真研究存在一定的难度。本文首先给出了NCS的定义,介绍了网络控制系统的研究现状,以及现有的网络控制系统的仿真软件,并重点介绍了Truetime工具箱。应用MATLAB和Truetime工具箱为基础,以一个三回路的网络控制系统为实例建立了Truetime仿真模型,通过仿真数据分析,验证了基于Truetime工具箱的网络控制系统模型的有效性。网络控制系统的推行,能够有效地减少人工错误,为用户节省大量时间。     

跨国公司股权进入模式的博弈分析

本文从股权和控制权分离的视角对跨国公司股权进入模式进行了动态的博弈分析。跨国公司的股权进入模式,尤其是对控制权的配置,是在满足东道国企业和跨国公司双方激励相容和参与约束的条件下,由双方共同决定的一种相机性配置机制,目的在于尽可能减少当地企业实施机会主义行为的风险,同时又能适时地给予当地合作者以足够的激励,以尽可能地利用当地资源。
