西部产业结构调整的有关问题和对策建议

1990年以来，西部地区产业结构正在按专业化方向加速变动，但是其产业结构的综合素质仍然普遍较低，并且与东部的差距拉大。影响西部产业发展的比较优势向竞争优势转化的因素，主要包括市场条件、制度条件和技术条件。促进西部产业结构调整，就当加快转变政府管理经济的方式，创造良好的体制条件；探索市场经济条件下产业结构调整的新途径；走适合区情的产业发展路子。     

国土资源系统人才现状分析与对策

通过统计报表分析与典型调查相结合的方式，对31个省(区)直辖市的公务员人才状况、16个部直属事业单位人才状况、19个省市县三级单位的人才状况进行了统计分析，同时对5个省级国土资源厅(局)、6个地市县、5个直属事业单位进行了调查分析。在此基础上，我们对国土资源部系统人才现状、存在问题及对策提出建议。

To characterize a US population of patients with irritable bowel syndrome with constipation (IBS-C) or chronic idiopathic constipation (CIC) using CONTOR, a real-world longitudinal research platform that deterministically linked administrative claims data with patient-reported outcomes data among patients with these conditions.

强化生产过程技术管理提高装置防腐能力

详细分析了原油品种及性质变化对中石化西安石化分公司常压装置的影响，结果表明，掺炼酸值、硫和盐含量较高的混合原油是引起常减压装置腐蚀的主要原因针对中石化西安石化分公司的实际情况，指出要进行电脱盐技术攻关，优化换热流程．筛选破乳剂，使电脱盐后的原油盐含量低于3mg／l。使用有机胺组分含量具有中和功能的“二合一”双功能缓蚀荆，以缓解和控制常压塔顶的腐蚀问题对重点腐蚀部分加大检测频率，建议安装探针以监测高温部位的腐蚀情况加大工艺防腐力度，加强设备腐蚀的检、监测和规范化管理，设备选材与工艺调整相结合，最大化减缓腐蚀。     

企业应对突发事件的措施研究

企业在发展过程中不可避免要遭遇一些突发事件，这些突发事件可能会给企业带来相当的损失，也可能使企业遭受毁灭性的打击。文章从事前、事中和事后三个方面，研究了企业针对突发事件可以采取的一些对策。     

The measurement of corporate portfolio strategy: analysis of the content validity of related diversification indexes

Measures developed for the analysis of corporate diversification have become fundamental to a broad range of strategy research. This paper examines the content validity of the two most widely used continuous measures of related diversification—the related component of the entropy index and the concentric index—and raises fundamental questions about their validity as indicators of portfolio relatedness. These questions are not driven by the use of SIC data for estimation of the indexes; they involve validity problems intrinsic to the construction of the measures. The related component of entropy and the concentric index are sensitive to features of corporate portfolio composition that may not be directly linked to portfolio relatedness. These sensitivities can create important ambiguities in strategy research. Copyright © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

党中央从统筹区域发展的高度，提出了“中部地区崛起”战略。武汉作为中部地区的特大型城市，担当中部崛起“龙头”既得天时，也有地利，更具人和。银行作为金融部门，支持武汉担当中部崛起“龙头”责无旁贷，其主要措施是：集合金融资源，积极支持武汉实施城市联动战略；加快金融体制创新和业务创新，积极探索和设立基金管理公司，成立中部开发银行和中部发展银行，支持国有商业银行在武汉市进行信贷资产和住房抵押贷款证券化试点，尝试资产管理公司与政府合作处理不良资产，大力发展投资银行业务等；改善金融生态环境，提高信贷政策对产业政策的敏感度和金融资源配置效率，引导金融支持的方向和力度。     

Measuring financial risks with copulas

This paper is concerned with the statistical modeling of the dependence structure of multivariate financial data using the concept of copulas. We select some special copulas and identify the type of dependency captured by each one. We fit copulas to daily returns and simulate from the fitted models. We compare the effect of the choice of copula on risk measures and assess the variability of one-step-ahead predictions of portfolio losses. We analyze extreme scenarios and fit extreme value copulas to the block maxima and minima from daily returns. The stress scenarios constructed are compared to those obtained using models from the extreme value theory. We illustrate the usefulness of the copula approach using two stock market indexes.
