近年来,我国政府积极推进供应链领域政策的制定与发布,如何更好地评估既有政策带来的绩效成为政府进一步完善供应链相关政策的关键。本文选取商务部“供应链创新与应用试点”政策(商建函[2018]142号)作为研究对象,并构建双重差分倾向得分匹配(PSM-DID)模型,将试点企业经营绩效中的盈利能力指标ROA作为被解释变量,利用Stata15.0对2015~2019年5年间覆盖3494家样本企业的面板数据,共15278个样本进行处理计算,以此对该政策实施对试点企业经营绩效的影响效果进行评价。结果表明:2018年开始实施的供应链创新与应用试点政策,对试点企业的经营绩效ROA有着显著的正向促进作用。此外,企业规模、企业的资产负债率、托宾Q值和企业固定资产投资比率都对ROA有显著影响。其中企业规模和托宾Q值对ROA有正向影响,资产负债率和固定资产投资比率对ROA有负向影响。 相似文献

Building upon the market, institutional, and cultural perspectives, this paper identifies the major impetuses and impediments
that affect the professionalization of Chinese family business at the environment, firm, and owner levels. Our integrative
framework projects that whether a family business owner will adopt professional managers is largely determined by the relative
strength of impetus factors and impediment factors. We then discuss the possible governance choices under different configuration
of impetuses and impediments. This theoretical framework is expected to help set the momentum for further conceptual exploration
and empirical study in this area.

Many firms assume that outsourcing partnerships may allow them to strengthen their overall competitiveness. Lured by its intuitive appeal, several enter into such partnerships, only to realize that they represent a marginal rather than a magical solution to their quest for increasing market performance. An important reason for this is the diverging beliefs and expectations held by both parties in the buyer-seller dyad. The purpose of this contribution is to develop a framework for understanding the divergences in expectations and relationship norms in cross-cultural business relationships among SMEs. We discuss four relational expectations derived from the B2B literature on relational norms for addressing these divergences: Quality, frequency and scope of communication, role specifications and coordination of work nature of planning horizons, and trustworthiness and link these to relationship performance. We explore the proposed impact of diverging relationship norms on relationship expectations using data from an ongoing field study of Danish buyers and Chinese suppliers. We link these diverging expectations to the business practices of Danish buyers and Chinese and their institutional contexts. In the concluding part of the paper, we discuss our findings and outline implications for management and academia. 相似文献

International strategies vary in their potential to exploit and augment a firm's resources, especially its knowledge base. Resource‐based analysis suggests clustering the diverse entry modes in terms of their exploitation and augmentation characteristics. We thus introduce a new categorization of entry modes based on their potential to augment the resources of an entrant. We then explore the antecedents of these modes, and advance testable propositions delimiting for which firms and in which circumstances each mode maximizes long‐term value creation. We report on two studies (a single and a multi‐industry) that empirically investigate a nomological network of relationships between strategic business unit product‐market strategy (differentiation, cost‐focus, and product‐market scope), marketing capabilities (architectural and specialized capabilities, as well as their integration), and business unit performance (market effectiveness and subsequent one‐year objective cash flow), along with a series of controls. Addressing important lacunae in the resource‐based view our main research objective is to augment understanding of how critical firm‐level marketing capabilities enable the realization of strategy, thus, further advancing both the resource‐based view and more recent capabilities theorizing. Specifically, we test seven hypotheses and find strong evidence that both architectural and specialized marketing capabilities, and their integration, positively mediate the product‐market strategy and derived business unit performance relationship. In contrast to many extant studies, both survey and objectively measured data are combined, and because the secondary data collected contains both resource‐level (input) data and subsequent one‐year financial data, a higher level of confidence may be attributable to our findings. Our existing model of media, based upon a consumptive-materialist–atomistic orientation, falls short in seeking to promote mainstream awareness of systemic and integral thinking in society-at-large. This paper presents evolutionary guidance media, a new model for media arising from evolutionary perspectives including systems science, humanistic, transpersonal and integral studies designed to promote planetary consciousness and give rise to an ecological–spiritual–integral mindset. Two key elements of evolutionary guidance media are discussed: a databank containing purposeful data from nine or more dimensions of human activity, and transception, the infusion of cyberception with qualities arising from mutual causality. Specific types of transception are introduced including Gaiaception, Agoraception, and Dharmaception. Organizations and companies already in the process of creating green media, socially responsible media, and spiritual, or transformational media are vanguards of the development of conscious media. 相似文献
