基于高性能混凝土的应用研究

本文通过介绍高性能混凝土的发展历史背景以及目前国内外的研究现状,阐明了高性能混凝土的特性。不仅列举了高性能混凝土在国内外研究应用的重要成果,更对高性能混凝土的发展趋势做出了展望。随着我国建筑行业向着高层化、大型化以及现代化的方向发展,高性能混凝土势必会成为新世纪重要的建筑工程材料。     

百色水利枢纽消力池底板抗浮稳定计算与分析

根据百色水利枢纽“表孔宽尾墩＋中孔跌流＋底流式消力池”联合消能工的特点，结合消力池地质条件的复杂性，利用消力池底板动水荷载模型试验成果，考虑止水失效工况，进行底板抗浮稳定计算和分析。     

On Forward Induction and Evolutionary and Strategic Stability

We analyze which normal form solution concepts capture the notion of forward induction, as defined by E. van Damme (1989, J. Econ. Theory48, 476-496) in the class of generic two player normal form games preceded by an outside option. We find that none of the known strategic stability concepts (including Mertens stable sets and hyperstable sets) capture this form of forward induction. On the other hand, we show that the evolutionary concept of EES set (J. Swinkels, 1992, J. Econ. Theory57, 306-332) is always consistent with forward induction. A framework for assessing financial stability?

I worked as a consultant in the Financial Stability Department (FSD) of the Bank of England for several years (2002–2004). In this paper I reflect on issues relating to the work of such an FSD, starting with the difficulty of defining or measuring ‘financial stability’. Stress tests are commonly used, but, for an FSD, should relate to the system as a whole, not just to individual institutions. FSDs need to assess the probability, virulence and speed of occurrence of potential shocks. There is a need to develop appropriate analytical models. The focus on capital adequacy has diverted attention from concern about having sufficient liquidity.     

A uniform weak law of large numbers under π-mixing with application to nonlinear least squares estimation

Abstract  In B ierens (1981) we have derived a uniform weak law of large numbers for stochastically stable processes with respect to a finite-dependent base. In this paper we show that this uniform weak law carries over to stochastically stable processes with respect to a, more general, φ-mixing base. This generalization will be used for relaxing the conditions for weak consistency and asymptotic normality of nonlinear least squares estimators.     

Sound Money and Sound Financial Policy

Anna Schwartz has long promoted a policy of stable money. She also has advocated sound financial policy. The financial environment, according to her work, is strongly influenced by the degree of aggregate price stability. In this article historical evidence for the U.S. is presented that shows a strong association between aggregate price movements and measures of financial distress. Even in an environment of aggregate price stability in the face of shocks, however, a monetary authority should follow the financial policies of a lender of last resort as advocated over a century ago by Walter Bagehot—to promote adequate funds to allay the public's demand for means of payment in the face of a real financial crisis. Other circumstances involving asset market reversals that Schwartz calls pseudo crises should not be the subject of the monetary authorities' actions.     

农药化工厂循环冷却水水质稳定试验

针对某农药化工厂循环冷却水水质特点和工艺条件 ,通过静态试验和旋转挂片试验确定了其水质稳定药剂配方 ,并进行了初步的技术经济分析。试验结果表明 ,采用 HEDP和 TS-6 0 9(浓度分别为 6 mg/ L 和 1 0 mg/ L)作水质稳定剂 ,系统阻垢率可达 90 % ,碳钢、紫铜和不锈钢 3种材质的年腐蚀率均可控制在有关标准要求之内。采用水质稳定技术后 ,该厂年节约水费达 1 90余万元。     

Pursuing financial stability under an inflation-targeting regime

We evaluate two main views on pursuing financial stability within a flexible inflation-targeting regime. It appears that potential gains from an activist or precautionary approach to promoting financial stability are highly shock dependent. We find support for the conventional view that concern for financial stability generally warrants a longer target horizon for inflation. The preferred target horizon depends on the financial stability indicator and the shock. An extension of the target horizon favoring financial stability may contribute to relatively higher variation in inflation and output.      

Evolutionary dynamics on infinite strategy spaces

Summary. The study of evolutionary dynamics was so far mainly restricted to finite strategy spaces. In this paper we show that this unsatisfying restriction is unnecessary. We specify a simple condition under which the continuous time replicator dynamics are well defined for the case of infinite strategy spaces. Furthermore, we provide new conditions for the stability of rest points and show that even strict equilibria may be unstable. Finally, we apply this general theory to a number of applications like the Nash demand game, the War of Attrition, linear-quadratic games, the harvest preemption game, and games with mixed strategies. 区间时变时滞线性系统稳定性准则的改进

研究了区间时变时滞线性系统的稳定性问题,基于Lyapunov泛函方法,使用新的处理技术估计Lyapunov泛函导数的上界,以线性矩阵不等式形式给出了系统稳定性准则的改进结果。所给稳定性准则比已有结果具有更低的保守性,数值实例表明了结果的有效性。
