以毕业生的视角看高职物业管理人才培养．

随着物业管理行业的发展,专业人才的需求也日益增多。本文将从物业管理毕业生的视角来谈物业管理的人才培养,以期从毕业生的学习＇就业以及工作经历当中寻找到关于人才培养的新启示,对坝在及未来的高职物业人才培养提出切实可行的建议和措施。     

基于结构视角的公司创业生态系统分类研究

公司创业生态系统是以大公司为核心企业构建的支持创业企业孵化和成长的生态系统,作为典型创业生态系统,相关研究成果并不多见。从结构视角出发,对公司创业生态系统进行分类研究,运用扎根理论研究方法,以8家企业作为样本,提炼出基于价值主张视角的公司创业生态系统与基于行动视角的公司创业生态系统两个主范畴,进一步得出结构视角下公司创业生态系统这一核心范畴。依据价值主张和行动方式两个维度构建分类模型,将公司创业生态系统划分为产品互联型、内部驱动型、授人以渔型、技术变革型,并进一步阐释4类生态系统内涵特征和选择策略。结论可丰富公司创业生态系统分类研究,对我国具备平台化能力的大公司创业生态系统构建具有一定的启示意义。     

欧盟《2007-2013年财政规划》解读

2005年12月17日,欧盟各成员国终于就《2007-2013年财政规划》达成一致,从而为欧盟《2007-2013年财政框架》的正式出台以及2006年以后的年度预算的制定铺平了道路,为其应对内外挑战,在深度和广度两方面继续前行提供了保证,同时透露出一系列重要政策信息,对其进行深入解剖有助于我们预测把握2007-2013年欧盟较长一段时期内的政策走向。     

Farm resources,transaction costs and forward integration in agriculture: Evidence from French wine producers

This research aims to understand why French wine producers venture into direct sale to customers instead of selling bulk wine to wine companies. The empirical tests on the French Farm Census confirm the value of both Resource-Based Perspective and Transaction Cost Economics in understanding organizational choices in agriculture and food markets. Because asset specificity in wine trade is low on average, large wine producers have an advantage over smaller ones and so are more likely to venture into direct sale of generic wines. By contrast smaller wine producers are more likely to rely on the bulk wine market, which is less risky for them. In addition our model helps us to understand the effect of the State-sponsored certification of grape and wine quality, the Protected Designation of Origin system. All other things being equal, producers with vineyards of high reputation (PDO) are also more likely to bottle and sell their wines; we guess this is because they wish to capture the value of the PDO reputation, the collective brand name capital owned by the farmers. Finally, saving on transaction cost is only one side of the coin: the most educated wine producers can profitably reinvest their knowledge and capabilities into new activities. These choices have important consequence on the French Wine Supply Chain governance.

运用博弈分析方法,以农村金融机构和农户为参与人构建博彝模型,基于农村贷款的实施过程来分析双方的行为和可能产生的结果,为"功能视角"的农村金融组织体系重构提供逻辑依据.     

Banking as a basis for economic cooperation in less developed Europe

This article examines to what extent Russia's increasing reliance on foreign capital could potentially kick-start the economy and generate growth. The analysis highlights more fundamental issues of governance and institutional arrangements, for which the focus on foreign economic activities serves merely as an example to reflect on pathologies of the Russian economy as a whole. The article consists of a theoretical framework, discussing the change of institutional arrangements in the first section and analysing crucial issues of corporate governance and property rights in the last, while empirical information is compiled for Russia as a whole and its constituent regions in the second and third core sections. The article concludes that the Russian map of high foreign trade activities will be shaped only by patchy growth spots, located either where the domestic market is largest or opportunities for export exist, mainly in large urban agglomerations (economies of scale) and commercial hubs, resource-rich and gateway territories (gravitation to international trading blocs). Major investment disincentives will remain as long as the existing system of taxation has not been substantially changed, property rights are not protected, land and bankruptcy legislation is not properly enforced and local authorities are not prevented form rent-seeking activities.     

基于市场与能力协调观的敏捷制造战略实证研究

以市场与能力的协调理论为基础,研究敏捷制造战略模型.通过对战略合理模型和制造战略理论的研究,提出企业的敏捷制造战略决策应该以企业对市场环境和自身能力的协调为依据.在国际制造业战略调查数据库的支持下,文章主要分析了制造能力对竞争战略态势认知和敏捷制造战略决策关系的调节效应.实证结果显示,产品的产量柔性和上市时间受到竞争战略态势认知和制造能力交互变量的影响.     

基于融资视角的我国中小企业的信用信息共享机制初探

当前在货币政策从紧的条件下,中小企业融资越来越艰难,一个重要的原因是银行等金融机构无法取得中小企业全面而有效的信用信息。因而,要想缓解中小企业融资难的问题,一个不可忽视的方面就是建立一个能方便银行部门查询、调阅从而评价中小企业信用状况的中小企业的信用信息的共享机制。     

中国道路的本质和中国未来的选择

是否存在中国模式的争议涉及经济学的基本问题:劳动分工的发展方式究竟是趋同还是多样的?均衡经济学派与演化经济学派有完全不同的观点。文章从历史和比较的分析出发,论证中国的改革开放探索了一条不同于英美模式和华盛顿共识的道路,而且中国未来的发展也要求中国探索不同于已有市场模式的新路。政府的作用不能由意识形态先验地决定。中国所处的生态历史条件,要求有远见的政府。只有这样的政府才能再造中国,并引领世界走出金融危机。     

驰名商标权人责任承担的法经济学浅探--由雀巢事件谈起

与普通品牌相比，驰名品牌在市场占有率、信誉、影响力等方面占据优势，因此它所造成的损害后果就更严重。雀巢等事件的发生，在一定程度上显示了驰名商标特殊保护的背后忽视了其所产生的负面影响，忽视了制度设计的平衡——权利的扩张与限制、权利的配置与利益的均衡。为保证权利义务的一致性，立法上应规定驰名商标权人应对自身的产品承担比普通商标权人更多的义务和更大的责任来保证其超额权利的获得。
