网络零售业中交易成本与顾客价值创造模式

交易成本和顾客价值创造之间存在着较复杂的关联,网络零售业交易成本的降低并不总意味着顾客价值的提高,网络零售业的交易成本与顾客价值相互关系模式中存在四种具体情况,交易成本不是越低越能创造顾客价值,网络零售业企业应注重对顾客交易成本的具体分析。     

Experimenting with Supply Chain Learning (SCL): Supplier Diversity and Ethnic Minority Businesses

This paper reports on an innovative UK-based ‘Supply Chain Learning’ (SCL) initiative to encourage the corporate sector to consider supplier diversity in respect of ethnic minority businesses. This follows academic and policy interest in programmes to empower ethnic minority enterprises to achieve breakout to mainstream markets and business growth. The first phase of the initiative, entitled Supplier Development East Midlands (SDEM) is examined. By adopting an inter-organisational action learning approach, some of the key attributes of the programme are delineated, focusing on the recurrent action-reflection cycle taking place in a learning group comprising SDEM, LPOs (Large Purchasing Organisations) and small EMSs (Ethnic Minority Suppliers).     

基于锁模的地区经济周期波动同步化实证分析

本文采用我国6个经济划分区1952～2004年的年度GDP数据,通过频域方法分析了我国地区经济周期波动的同步化趋势,并运用Granger因果关系检验、脉冲反应、方差分解以及非线性检验等实证研究了形成这种趋势的原因,结果表明,地区经济波动之间具有非线性锁模(mode-lock)发生的必要条件,这意味着锁模这一内部机制是造成我国地区经济周期同步化现象的可能原因之一。     

上市公司盈余管理行为研究——基于企业伦理理论的视角

本文将企业伦理引入盈余管理行为分析框架,认为盈余管理行为是企业的理财行为,更多的涉及到企业的理财道德;文章运用企业伦理的原则评价盈余管理行为,并剖析了过度盈余管理行为的伦理道德根源;认为相关者利益、企业利益与伦理道德是一致的,盈余管理使企业违背了伦理道德,其不能使个人利益和企业利益最大化。企业盈余管理行为可能能够促进企业短期利润的提高,但最终不利于企业的长期发展。     

A Stage Model of International Brand Development: The perspectives of manufacturers from two newly industrialized economies—South Korea and Taiwan

A review of the literature has revealed that insufficient attention has been paid to the international branding process. Following in-depth interviews with eight manufacturers from South Korea and Taiwan, a stage model of international brand development is therefore proposed. This model is a composite of three extant literatures, i.e., international branding, the Small Business Growth Stage Model, and the Internationalization Process model. The model highlights four successive and progressive stages underpinning international brand development: Pre-international, Lead Market Carrying Capacity, International Branding and Market Succession, and Local Climax. According to the proposed model, firms begin with the development of a strong brand in home markets, then, utilize OEM brands to expand and become familiar with international markets. A gradual decrease in OEM contracts and more concentration on international branding in the three global lead markets (i.e., the USA, Japan, and the EU) follow. The stage model ends with brand development deploying localization in the Third World countries. The article concludes by providing research implications as well as future research directions.

入世后，外资银行的大量涌入对我国的金融监管提出了更高的要求。那么应如何加强对我国外资银行的监管?本主要从监管工作的三个具体内容一市场准入、业务经营和监管方法及手段一提出了加强外资银行监管工作的设想。     

The determinants of relational governance and performance: How to manage business relationships?

It is the aim of this study to assess the influence of the determinants of the transaction, dyadic, and business environment level on relational governance and ultimately performance. We build an integrated framework for relationship management drawing from literature of transaction cost economics, marketing channels, and business networks. Dutch suppliers of potted plant and flower products (N=174) provided data for the empirical analysis. Our results show that joint planning, one of the constructs of relational governance, is positively influenced by interorganizational trust, information obtained from the network, physical transaction-specific investments (TSIs), and by fixed lines as the exchange mode. Joint problem solving, the other construct of the governance, is solely influenced by the two dimensions of trust. These two constructs of relational governance effect positively our performance measures. Managers should consider carefully each of the determinants of relational governance for the management of a relationship. As shown in our study, the success is dependent on some of the determinants of the three analytical levels of our integrated framework.

营业费用居高不下是困扰我国寿险业发展的问题之一。寿险营业费用是保险费的重要组成部分 ,在保费的三大决定因素中是保险公司自身最可控的一个因素。本文从分析组成营业费用的三大费用即新合同费、合同维持费、收费费用出发 ,通过研究其各自对保费影响的权重 ,得出结论 :从降低合同维持费的途径来降低营业费用从而达至降低保险费的目的是最经济的。要降低合同维持费用 ,必须提高管理效率 ,改善IT系统 ,实现可持续开发     

我国商业银行业务创新中存在的问题及对策研究

在20世纪80年代以后的20年里，我国商业银行的业务创新取得了很大的发展，然而由于在创新动因，创新主体，创新环境以及创新的技术支撑方面与西方发达国家的商业银行业务创新存在着很大的差异，因而我国的商业银行创新仍存在着缺乏系统性，科学性，国内的一些政策和制度以及商业银行的经营管理体制限制了创新等问题。作对这些问题的原因进行逐一分析之后，特提出进一步发展和完善我国商业银行业务创新的一些建议。     

新资本充足率实施对我国商业银行的影响

我国部分商业银行将在2011年开始实施新资本充足率的要求。目前的观点普遍认为,资本充足率对资产和存款的控制不如准备金率。笔者认为,这是静态分析的结果,存有很大的偏颇。如果考虑市场的制约,商业银行无法在市场上顺利实施股权融资,如此必然造成资金的短缺与紧张。商业银行改变盈利模式势在必行。
