长三角一体化的矛盾根源与政府职能思考

长三角一体化的关键和核心在于行政体制改革和政府职能的转换。只有实现“小政府、大市场”的一体化模式,转变政府理念,改革行政体制,增强导向调控功能,引领发展定位,构建共同利益机制和提供区域性公共服务等,才有可能使长三角真正实现无障碍的一体化,实现区域内资源、要素、人才、产品的自由流动,以及工业、金融、贸易、投资、基础设施建设和生态保护(包括生产和销售)方面的协同发展。     

社会审计委托代理分析

本文分析了社会审计契约中委托代理关系及审计信息不对称表现及形成原因,通过建立社会审计的委托代理模型,揭示了在审计人和委托人均完全理性的假设下,委托人可以通过激励机制鼓励审计人尽最大努力完成工作。在此基础上分析了我国社会审计收费制度的不合理性、转轨经济环境下社会审计合约具有的不完全契约特性,并提出了改革的设想。

广东省四大旅游带比较分析及互动研究

根据旅游资源特色,广东省可分为四个不同风格的旅游带。四个旅游带空间分布呈梯状,且经济发展水平差异和旅游业发展水平差异一样,呈“中心─外围”特征。要消除四大旅游带之间的“中心─外围”界限,促进四大旅游带的互动发展,建立一体化旅游市场,必须发挥政府的主导作用。     

Asset Specificity and Vertical Integration

Asset specificity is usually considered to be an argument for vertical integration. The main idea is that specificity induces opportunistic behavior, and that vertical integration reduces the cost of preventing opportunism. In this paper I show that asset specificity can be an argument for non‐integration. In a repeated‐game model of self‐enforcing relational contracts, it is shown that when parties are non‐integrated, increasing degrees of asset specificity make it possible to design relational contracts with higher‐powered incentives.     

Social learning with private and common values

Summary. We consider an environment where individuals sequentially choose among several actions. The payoff to an individual depends on her action choice, the state of the world, and an idiosyncratic, privately observed preference shock. Under weak conditions, as the number of individuals increases, the sequence of choices always reveals the state of the world. This contrasts with the familiar result for pure common-value environments where the state is never learned, resulting in herds or informational cascades. Reinforcing the Link Between Contributions and Pensions: The Effect of the Population Aging

In this paper, we analyze a majority voting process on the earnings-related part of pension benefits in a Social Security system with flexible retirement. We show that the aging of the population may make it easier to implement one of the proposed reforms to achieve a delay in the average retirement age of workers, to reinforce the link between contributions and pensions.
